Justin and John are very helpful and friendly. They will patiently explain the differences between products to help you make an informed decision—in detail. Plus other tips that are useful to know. I was a new customer in 2021. Justin took the time to explain the different devices, pods and juices from their wide array of products. I have been a loyal customer since. I have never experienced such cheerful, amiable staff.

Ive always enjoyed my time here. Helpful staff and comfortable seating. Not too crowded, and a good place to work on your laptop. I had a glass tank that wouldnt unscrew, and they spent 30 minutes helping me get it off. They were very patient and no pressure to buy(although I ended up buying 3 flavors). I hope this place becomes more popular.

I came here this afternoon with my girlfriend. The guys were great! I met Igor, Roman and Lev who were extremely knowledgeable, very helpful and they definitely know their stuff! Best Vapeshop in Brooklyn that Ive been so far. Always friendly and helpful staff. Their e-juices recommendations are always on spot for me. They will always offer you to try out juices. They have great selection of mods and atomizers. And they always have coils for all my atomizers. Would definitely recommend for newbie and experienced vapers.

These guys helped me out a couple times when I was having trouble with my coiling in my mod and also the prices are pretty good. I went here again today and despite them not having what I needed the worker at the counter was super nice and as helpful as he could be despite not having what I needed.

Every time I’ve been here the staff has been amazing. Not only are they knowledgeable, but they are patient and polite. I never had an issue here or felt I was just being sold something. They really know what they’re doing there and willing to help you with everything. If you’re looking for a vape store that’ll do you right then it’s here.

I walked into this shop, with basically zero knowledge about what I wanted, and asked for a hard-hitting e-cig mod that blows huge clouds. The staff was courteous and helpful to the point of explaining the ins and outs of electronic cigarette mods and the differences so I could make a more educated decision on my purchase. Instead of pushing for a sale on a high ticket item, they suggested that I start off with a cost-effective, beginner friendly mod.The fact that they took my experience with vaping into consideration before is how I know that the focus of the staff is always on the customers satisfaction.They take good care of you, I definitely recommend this shop.Just like the other guy stated in his review, newbies need not be afraid of coming in.

Very knowledgable staff and plenty of goodies to spend money on. They carry a really good variety of mods. But my favorite part of the shop is the bar. You can actually try-before-you-buy, and there are tons of flavors to choose from. My fave is LOOPY by Sweet Tooth. Theres always a few interesting people bellied up to the bar who themselves are always willing to offer up advice to a rookie like myself. I bought my gear there as well, which includes the IPV Mini and an Atlantis tank. They offer discounts for referrals also. Check it out. Youll be blowing huge clouds in no time.

Fast, friendly service with a great selection. I was so relieved to find this shop, after being disappointed at the tiny smoke shops that pretend to carry vape supplies. These guys are the real deal, and worth leaving your area to come here if you live far away.

Came in for new juice. They built me a new coil also, free of charge, wasnt the the type of coil I was expecting. After asking how I liked it and telling them the truth he spent 10min building me a new 24guage Clapton which is perfect. And got to sample a few flavors of juice before making my pic

Went in there with an ancient rig that (unaware to myself) would not suit my needs in helping to stop smoking cigarettes.Justin explained this in detail to me and showed me the salt-based setups that would be a better fit. He offered personal anecdotes when asked about how it helped him quit and was extremely knowledgeable in all topics discussed. Samples were available for nearly all offered juices.I walked out of there confident this could be a solution for me. I have now gone 24 hours without a cigarette for the first time in a couple of years.Prices seemed more than fair and I joined their membership plan which offers discounts and cash back. Needless to say I will be returning, and highly recommend Nextgen.

I went there last minute and bought vape and to find out the bottle was more than 3 months expired. I been vaping for months and never experience that. I developed a very strong cough. Until I look at the bottle I noticed it, it was to late. I change juices and I was perfectly fine ever since then been perfect .

HUGE shout out to the staff at Nextgen VapeShop‼️ I went in blind not knowing too much about Mod’s and Tanks and the staff was extremely helpful and took there time to explain everything to me with no hesitation. I purchased a VooPoo Drag 2 and couldn’t be more happy with their recommendation and their choice of flavor. I was so pleased with the level of service and patience they provided that I went back a week later and bought a second set-up for a friend finally found a vape shop I can trust and call friends. This place is amazing. Let me elaborate as to why I say this.My husband capes for a year and I always thought it was gross, to sit there and blow clouds and put all that into ones lungs to me seemed childish and ridiculous. As a cigarette smoker for almost 7 years I always said cigarettes are better than vaping. UNTIL i walked into this place with my husband one day, the staff is very courteous and knowledgable , they instantly greeted me and started explaining everything to me because I didnt relieve my husband. They elaborated on what it is, how things work, maintenance , etc. I purchased one for myself and was called a hypocrite, given that I dont blow clouds I did it to get off cigs. My house never smelled better, my car never smelled newer, no more ashes . No more smelling like garbage.The staff was great, the pricing is cheapest I have found to date and its been about 3 months of me vaping and the selection is insane!!!!! Absolutely amazing. So this places deserves 5 stars and then some. Thank you guys for opening up and thank you for everything you have done for me. UPDATE 1-22-15 ----- THIS PLACE IS STILL #1 IN MY BOOK, THEY HAVE BEEN OPEN FOR A WHILE NOW AND STILL TILL THIS DAY HAVE NOT BECAME COCKY IN ANY WAY LIKE MOST OTHER VAPE SHOPS WHO GET A SMALL TASTE OF $.... SO TILL THIS DAY I STILL GIVE THIS PLACE A 5*BEST vape shop i have been to so far, my rating is based on 4 aspects, cleanliness , customer service, amount of products offered, and knowledge.all of which have been satisified every time i walk in there, I have been to this shop over 10 times, spent over 800$ and did not regret any of it whatsoever, the first time i have ever walked in here i was greeted and instantly helped, found my favorite flavor that helped me quite smoking cigaretts after 15 years! (FYI Its caleld Number 9 by the mad alchemist).also I have been to many vape shops, none of which give you the time and dedication to help you find the correct items for you like NEX GEN.As far as the amount of products that they sell, lets be serious they opened june 2014 or so, and they carry over a dozen companies for EJuice, thats a HUGE amount to be offered considering they have been in business only a few months, and good thing is they dont carry the nasty juices either they personally try them all before supplying them so if i had to say i give them 5 stars just for the fact of how much they sell over a few months of being open.as far as knowledge goes, i dont see what more you can ask for. they know absolutely everything, have a Professional Mod builder on site, and they build your initial piece for free if you purchase from them. For me personally i feel like that is above and beyond good customer service and knowledge. as a customer they taught me how to build, if it was not for mark and igor i still wouldnt know what im doing.All in all I am just a customer so i am writing about MY personal experience in the month that i have been shopping there they are a up and coming business and I feel that in a few months they will have more inventory than any other shop in brooklynThank you guys for opening and thank you for everything you continue to do for me as a customer and helping me quit the horrible habbit of smoking cigs! i feel 100 times healthier than i ever did in a decade!And did I mention theyre open super late for the night owls thst want to go shop a bit for themselves.Just to add,..... the staff is AWESOME!!!!

Been to four other vape shops around this area, this is by far my favorite! The customer service is outstanding, amazing selection of juices, mods, rdas, etc. Very clean and nice look inside and out, and these guys and gals are funny and entertaining! One gentleman has taught me A LOT and is ok with any question you ask ( noobies dont be afraid to come here and ask anything! ) 10/10 My #1 shop to go to.

Very over priced. Found coils and liquids much cheaper in other neighborhood shops. Mods and batteries were much higher than the other local shops. Staff didnt know how to operate a few of the mods and had to ask each otherGuess collectively they knew as much as 1 person in a real shop.Alot of liquids available but over priced.

Literally the best vapeshop in Brooklyn/New York has everything you need from over 400+ Juices, to Pod system vapes, and always has Juul in stock. Prices are fair, and staff are amazing and they give discounts!

I came in to try vaporizers because i was developing a smokers cough, also i heard the guys are knowledgeable so i went to their store and avoided online retailers (even tho i could get a better deal online) to show my support for local small businesses. I was on a budget so I ended up buying a $100 Easy Vape Deluxe Digital Vaporizer which the sales person explained had the same mechanism as and therefore was as good as a volcano just had less functions and cheaper build on the outside. I asked what return policy was as I wasnt sure if id want to keep it and he specifically said to me that once its been used there are no refunds, fair enough I get thats for sanitary purposes. I also got a $30 starter kit e-liquid cigarette and got a flavor. Up to this point 5 star experience!!!The Easy Vape Deluxe Digital Vaporizer was on display on a shelf with a thin coat of dust and residue (probably because the smoke shop is constantly filled with the exhaled vapor of customers and staff) It was the only one they had and so when he demod it and said hed pack it up for me i asked for a new one, but he said they had no sealed box models, i thought, w/e not a deal breaker, ill wipe it down as long as its as good as he says. I brushed this off and took it home, pre heated for 20 minutes as recommended to get it prepd but didnt bother cleaning it yet... meanwhile i went online and checked out reviews unboxings and demos and tutorials on youtube and i got upset, I am a purpose who will do a lot of research usually before making a purchase on a technical item, and in the past going by other peoples reviews has worked out for me wonderfully... Every post, every video, every side by side review said that other models were miles better in comparison and that comparing it to the volcano was like comparing an ice cream cone to the sun,and allthe videos were from 2010 or 2011, so i decided to return it, save some more money and get a better model, but this would take some time. I quickly replaced everything the way it was given to me, the only thing i had done was pre heated it, which is what the sales guy did in the store anyway, to show me that this old dusty display model was still working. I went back to the store same day within 90 minutes... I was refused a refund... Why? You sold it to me off the shelf, I did nothing with it... look at it, smell it, examine it... I still want to purchase something at ur store just at a later date... but nope... he pointed to some sign and said no exceptions. Then later he made a smelling gesture towards the box and said... come on, youve given this a try already, dont lie... That caught me off guard and made me a bit mad! It was standing for god knows how many months on your shelf in your smoke shop thats constantly hot boxed with sweet e liquid-y aromas and covered in a layer of dust and the greasy byproduct of peoples constant vapor exhalation, if this vaporizer smells its because of that, and how dare you accuse me of lying... There was nothing sealed in that box, the mouth piece, the tube, the glass part that attaches, were all out of there once sealed plastic even when i got it... presumably to demo it. After a few minutes of staying super polite and calm and trying to understand why he was treating a possibly loyal customer like this, at which point i was forced into taking a gift card instead.This interaction is not good customer service, so I may end up using that gift card there for something or other at some point, but after that Ill never shop here again. I like supporting little local shops because they usually take care of you, and form relationships with locals, but after this im going to shop online, not for the $ savings, but for the superior customer service that may take longer and require shipping but wont call you a liar to your face and wont refuse to give your money back.All this aside the selection of e-liquids was amazing, and shop smelled good and people were nice, and they let you try flavors, and theres like a bar stool setup very cool.

This was not an experience for myself or for the shop itself. I had found out my fourteen year old brother made a purchase for a vape pen from this company, which I assume was online. Perhaps should up the security on the selling of the products over the internet.

Friendly, chill, Knowledgeable, and stocked with the merchandise you want. They have a great membership program with respectable rewards for being a frequent customer.

This place does not have a wide selection of starter kits for people that are trying to quite smoking for the first time. Also they are using an RDA to try new juices for first time vapors. In my opinion that is not the correct way to introduce vapeing to a current smoker.
