I made a transaction. The spot has a wide variety of cigars to choose from. I had buy gifts for the holidays. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s so organized. You can find just about anything you want. I recommend the store to anyone.

First of all the guy was very rude but thats not the main problem. I asked for a rechargeable disposable and he gave me one and said $25. Thats a bit high so I asked him if he has a cheaper one. Instead he told me hell just do $20 for it. A few hours later I noticed that its actually not rechargeable. I specifically needed rechargeable. Non rechargeable I can get for $10 at my corner store. I dont recommend this dishonest business.

This has been my go to smoke and vape shop for about 4 years now. The owner goes out of his way to make sure you’re satisfied. During Covid they were a Godsend, delivering sometimes when we weren’t able to get there. Not to mention personal check ins to make sure you’re satisfied with your product and the best selection in the area. Refommended.

There are several shops in this area but this is one you want to go to. Great selection. Great prices. Friendly staff! They have everything you need plus a whole lot more!

Decent selection; really helpful staff if you have the patience to wait for them to take care of regular biz 1st. They have even helped me find ways to save money. Top juices are usually a little more affordable than your ave BK shop; Naked is all $20 for instance.

The definition of good, personalized service. Ali and the gang knows all of the customers and honestly cares about them. If more businesses were like this one, wed all probably smile a little more.

Went in for a battery replacement and the person who helped me was super friendly! Tbh I dont know much about the more complicated setups and am sometimes intimidated by the sheer amount of THINGS available in smoke shops these days, but it was fun to commiserate with someone else who thinks its wild that this is where the industry is headed. I got out of there with exactly what I came for, without feeling like I was being sold anything I didnt need and that was tight.Ill definitely stop in again next time I need something!

They always hook me up with all the cigars I am looking for. Amazing customer service, wod come here especially with the great prices they have. You need to come to this place!

The guys there were very nice and helpful. Very clean establishment.*update* waiting on my replacement vape device, i went in for a couple disposables. 1 stopped working after 2 or 3 hits so i went back and they replaced it without question. Great customer service! Really happy i already rated them 5 stars.

This place is killer they have a vape bar but the main seller was how they mix flavors for you. I didnt do anything g special just grabbed their waffle blend and its tasty. It truly was an awesome experience will be coming back anytime im in the area.

I’ve been going to this shop for the past 3-4 months. The owner is really knowledgable with everything he sells. Yesterday my mod fire button wasn’t working properly. I intended to buy another mod. He suggested to save my money and he fixed my broken mod. For free!!!!Customer Sevice 10 stars!!!!!!! I will recommended everyone to shop here if your in the stuy/crown heights area.

MASSIVE selection compared to anywhere I’ve been in Brooklyn. Ahmed was a very nice guy, helped me with questions about juices. Way cheaper than anywhere in NewYork I’ve been too. I’m now a dedicated loyal customer of vape n cloud. Blew my mind...the cigar selection as well as water pipes and e cig stuff was all of high quality!

These guys are awesome very competitive pricing and awesome customer service to boot walked in there today for the first time to get some new juice and the guy even threw in a free unicorn bottle. Will definitely come back.

Ahmed and his dad run a great store. They are very familiar with all new vape trends, mods and have a great juice selection. Highly recommend this store to new and advanced vapers. They are very helpful to everyone and running a great business.

THEY NEVER OPEN ON TIME. I work at night and get off at 8am. I have sat in front of their store as late as 11am. I just want to buy something and go home. EITHER THE WEBSITE SHOULD CHANGE OR THEY ARE JUST LAZY LIARS. The products are great but what does that means when they are always closed after I get off. Im sick of it.

This shop will have you always comming back for more. Very very respectful staff. The knowledge and the patient that the staff member Ahmed showed me was unbeatable.
