Staff is super friendly and helpful in a very chill non overbearing way. The storefront itself is always impeccably clean and organized.

Went in to buy 2 Monte Cristo Nicaraguan Series. Price on the shelf was $15.50 a stick (bogo). They charged me 18.95 plus tax. I told them the price on the shelf was $15.50, he went in the humidor and verified I was right and then said “Oh the price just changed today and we haven’t changed the price tags yet.”I said I thought they were supposed to sell them to me for the price they have advertised and he just didn’t respond. So I finally just said to refund me my money and he wouldn’t even go through the trouble of figuring out how to refund the money back to my card, just gave me the cash.First and last visit to wild bills.

Jordan, Todd & Jay have been amazing with providing me with great customer service every single time I stop in the Brooklyn location. By far my favorite to go to!

Wild bills is the only place I ever go to get my cigarettes but Ive never went in one that was worse than this one If I could give it 0 stars I would the guy and girl working were so rude I decided to go to a different location to spend my money Would rather spend the extra money on gas to go a little farther for better customer service

Its A tobacco shop that also sells paraphernalia among other useful non tobacco products. Personally Im a Tobacco shop fan simply for the huge assortment of glass but this shop has things the other does not. Also the fact they ID everyone despite your looks tells me they are just doing there job and practicing CYA (Cover Your A**) which these days is professional to me.

Took a friend to buy salt nicotine vape juice. The 3 of us were not ID at the door. My girlfriend and I do not consume nicotine so we were looking at non tobacco products. When my friend went to checkout the two employees called us over and demanded we show identification for his purchase. Mind you, he is almost 40 and we are mid 30s with full blown Grey beards. I was appalled at the level of ignorance these two possessed and will not return to this location. If there is an age requirement or any suspicion that we were underage, they should have ID us at the door. Go to The tobacco shoppe across the street instead! Where common sense is a little more common!

The manager Jordan has helped me on multiple occasions and has always been very knowledgeable and kind. Highly recommend!!
