I woke up with terrible neck and back pain, but I was able to schedule a massage on the same day! I know I probably got lucky with an open spot, but I’m so glad I checked. The entire experience—from scheduling and check-in with Angela to the massage with Carmen—was amazing. It was relaxing, professional, and most importantly, it helped relieve my pain. I will definitely be back. The process was hassle-free, the staff was friendly, and it was everything you could want in a spa experience.

Such a pleasant environment. The relaxation room prior to services is just what I needed. It made my facial that much more relaxing. My aesthetician,Anna, was very professional. Definitely recommend her and will be back.

Appointment scheduling was a headache, had no security measures to taking cc over phone...gave here an easy remedy, but would rather turn business away, than be proactive. Sometimes the end of the day is more important than customer service.

This was my first time at Spavia. It was a great experience! I did one of their packages that came with a massage, facial, and body wrap. Diane and Sydney were both fabulous!The heated neck pillows, robes, and relaxation lounge made it feel like a much higher end spa and really added to the experience.

The massage was pretty good but they clearly dont read the super long form you have to fill out prior.

My 60-minute stone massage was the first stone one I have ever had…and it was spectacular! Life has been stressful as a mom of two, wife of a high school teacher and a full time teacher myself. This massage was just what I needed for the busy week ahead! Definitely will go back!!!

Ive always had good experiences with this spa. However, today was not a good encounter. I was on the waiting list for a massage. They were kind enough to get me in. However, something came up, and I had to bring my daughters with me. I understand the liability part of no children in the room. However, its not like they are babies. So I said to cancel the appointment and walked out.Then, I proceeded to call the spa as I drove off, saying they would not charge my card for a service I didnt receive. That I have no money in that account. The money I did have was for a bill.I repeatedly said, Do not charge my card . I will not pay for a service I wasnt able to receive. I said i would go pay cash if I needed to see as I was going to pay cash to begin with.Walked in with cash, and the lady said they charged my card. After I specifically said DO NOT CHARGE MY CARD. I said, Let me speak to the manager. She said she wasnt in. I said, then call her. She said she couldnt call her. Furious , I said every manager has a phone that you can call any time. So get her on the phone. She refused and said she wouldnt take my cash for the massage until i was refunded. I literally said do not charge my card, so now they will cause me to have an NSF fee.I am not happy that they went against what I said and never even called me to say they needed to charge the card.So noted, I will be calling every day until I get ahold of a manager to reverse the charge on my card. And trust I will not be pleasant, especially since it was done without my approval.

Spavia at the Orchard is a great place to have a massage! They treat you with the upmost care! The massage therapist that they assigned to me was great! Dian knew the stress spots in my body that I didnt even know! From the moment I walked in their service was excellent! I would recommend anyone that needs stress relief or any relaxation to Spavia!

I felt extremely rushed, felt my massage was rushed and not as relaxing as I would hope. I dont know if it was because it was close to Christmas and the lady didnt want to be there or what but it was not relaxing at all. Dont know if I will be coming back.

I had a great experience here. My Aesthetician recommended the right service for me instead of what I had signed up for (which wasn’t going to be great for my skin concerns). Olivia did a fantastic job on my peel and had a lot of expert advice that will definitely change my skin care game.My deep tissue massage with Brittany was more than amazing! I left feeling like she worked out all the tension and I wasn’t too sore the next day. I highly recommend this Spavia and Olivia and Brittany.I will be back regularly!

I’ve been here a handful of times for massages and have never been disappointed. This last time I had Carmen. Wow, I can see why she books out so far in advance. She was fantastic. I will continue to book services here 😌

Spavia is wonderful! Jessica always does a great job with my massages. She gets all the knots out of my shoulders and really pays attention to my needs. Mary has been doing my facials for the past 3 months. My skin has never looked better. The products she recommended were affordable and easy to use. She is very knowledgeable about skin care. My husband goes every month to get a massage from Jessica also. She is very talented. The atmosphere there is also very relaxing. I recommend this place to all my friends and family. Good prices and great staff.

My husband bought me a gift card to Spavia for Christmas. I decided on a massage. Victoria did it & it was the best massage I’ve ever had. The front desk ladies were awesome & helpful too. Loved it here!

I love this place! The little oasis room where you wait for your massage or facial is so relaxing with soft nature music, hot tea or cold water to drink, warm neck wraps and a cozy dim lit area. And that is just the waiting area! The massage by Katie was relaxing and facials by Michele are the best Ive ever had. Michele is so knowledgeable and great at her craft. She also does great waxing! It is well worth the monthly price for such a relaxing experience every time. Ive used other places and none compare.

Dont waste your time booking an appointment with this company. I had a facial appointment booked for over a week, cleared my work schedule (My appointment was at 10:30am during the weekday) to have it canceled as I was driving to the appointment. The voicemail I was left told me that the service provider was not feeling well, yet when I called back they stated she had a family emergency so there is some deception happening. How is that I will get charged for cancelling not 24 hours in advance, yet, we get nothing but a we can reschedule you the next day from the company? Do they understand that we have jobs and cant just move and appointment? I will never spend my money here and I suggest by the other reviews you dont either. So unprofessional.

I have been to this location on more than one occassion and the massage is never good. We scheduled a couples massage this past weekend we asked for 2 females and got 2 males instead. One of the misuses talked the entire massage and they never massaged any area but our back. The massage me and my spouse agreed was terrible, it was like they had never done a real massage before. It was not at all relaxing and we left feeling like we just paid $178 for nothing. I am pregnant as well, and the maternity massage is not recommended. I did not feel relaxed during or after at all. waste of money.

It was very peaceful and pleasant from beginning to end. I enjoyed the music and the mellow ambiance throughout. This was my first spa experience. The front desk ladies were very kind and helpful. Molly, who did my wrap and massage, was amazing. Kaitlyn, who did my facial, was very helpful and knowledgeable about skin care. She also helped me get product for my teenage daughter.

I went to this business once in 2018. I never signed up for a membership. About 6 months ago I started being bombarded with marketing emails and emails telling me it was time to set an appointment for my next treatment. They refuse to remove me from the account they set up for me and I am unable to delete the account. I have unsubscribed many times and the emails keep coming. I have called and emailed and I still keep getting emails from them. Bad Bad business practices. They have my email address for life now and they claim there is no way to remove it from their system.

It was a good experience with the services except for check in and out, the massage therapists were great and the woman that did my facial was great, but at check out they didnt credit our account properly with the gift cards and then charged the rest on our card! I am not happy that my card was charged 344 dollars! This left a bad taste in my mouth they had a girl check us out didnt know how to do it. Will update review after issue is resolved.

Friends bought me a gift card and I was very excited to get a massage. I was not sure how this would go during a pandemic, but the environment felt very safe and their were a number of protocols (wearing masks, hand sanitizer and limiting exposure to people) in place to keep all of us safe. The massage was amazing and very relaxing. I will definitely be going back.

Spavia is doing a great job at keeping the place clean! I went in for a deep tissue massage and Emma was amazing. Emma was very intuitive and she really cater the massage to my needs. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a really good massage!!

I had my first maternity massage by Michael today!! He was absolutely amazing. He made sure I was comfortable and okay the whole time. He definitely hit all the spots that were hurting!! Highly recommend him if you ever go here for a massage!!! Thank you so much for making me feel like a whole new person :)

Got a Mens deep tissue massage and Hyraderm. First time ever getting a facial and I enjoyed both experiences very much. Brittany and Brittany (yes I got 2) were very friendly and professional. Will definitely be a returning customer.

Don’t sign up for the membership - it’s impossible to use, and impossible to cancel!I came in for a massage a few months ago, and enjoyed it enough to sign up for the monthly membership. Unfortunately for the entire 3 months I’ve been a member, it’s been very difficult to schedule an appointment, because they’re booked weeks in advance, which is frustrating and inconvenient.This month my monthly massage appointment was cancelled the morning of the appointment because the therapist was sick, and they had nobody on staff to take over the cancelled appointments for that day.I had another appointment booked for 2 weeks later, and the morning of the appointment I was called and told that appointment was cancelled because the therapist had quit.Again, there was no contingency plan in place to bring in another therapist to take over the cancelled appointments, and they were unable to book me another appointment until the following month.So, even though I prepaid my monthly fee for a massage, I spent the entire month trying to get an appointment, only for them both to be cancelled, and no alternative was provided for either cancellation. I was ultimately unable to use the massage I paid for because they don’t hire enough therapists to cover the services they’re selling.I was told I could use my membership at any Spavia location, so I called every single Spavia in the state of Colorado, and was unable to find even one location with an available appointment for weeks.I feel that the business should have made efforts to find an alternative therapist to cover the cancelled appointments, and/or have something to offer me (and others) for the inconvenience of being unable to use the monthly massage I paid for. It’s not acceptable to me that I was the one responsible for trying to call every Spavia location myself, and also that they didn’t even offer to refund my monthly payment.The fact that they are so understaffed that they never have an available therapist to take cancellations or walk ins, and that their therapists are quitting without notice, leaves me to think they aren’t paying them well enough to provide customers with the services we’re paying for.After taking it upon myself to try and find a way to salvage my massage and being unable to, I called them back and asked for a refund and to cancel my membership going forward. I was told that the person on the phone didn’t have the authority to do that, but would have a manager call me. Nobody ever called me. I went online to try and cancel the membership myself (without a refund) and was unable to do that either.They make it impossible to cancel your membership without walking into a Spavia location in person. Due to the poor way cancellations have been handled, the lack of alternative options offered, and the inability to use my membership or receive a refund leads me to write this review, warning others to seriously consider the risk before signing up for a membership that will be very difficult if not impossible to use.I’ll be visiting the spa in person tomorrow to make another attempt to get a refund and cancel my membership, and if unable to do so, will dispute the charge on my credit card.

Had an amazing & relaxing experience here! I went and got my first facial by Jessica. This was really needed because I am a makeup artist and I always have a full face of makeup on. I got the deep cleanse facial & I couldn’t be more happy with it being my first time! The atmosphere was very relaxing & they made sure they took really good care of me! My skin is glowing! I can’t wait to go back :))

Great experience! My massage therapist Mario was excellent and very professional. I really enjoyed having tea beforehand and relaxing for a few minutes prior to the massage. Make sure you take advantage of the warm neck wraps!

I found Spavia on Groupon and figured I would try them as its close to home. Im glad I did! What an amazing experience. The girls that sit at the front desk are friendly and happy. You get to choose from 5 or 6 lotions during your massage so youre not stuck with a stinky one. They have private changing areas, robes and a very peaceful ambiance throughout. I chose an 80 minute massage and the tech listened to my concerns and gave me my best massage Ive ever had. I was truly relaxed and comfortable thru the entire experience. Glad I took a chance and chose them for sure!!!

I have been a member for over a year and really loved the SPA LIKE experience here. I love getting there early to relax in the cozy waiting room inside with my neck wrap and tea. I have tried regular massage, deep tissue and facials and really enjoyed it! Very pleasant staff and everyone is really nice!

I had a facial with Skylur and she was super knowledgeable and took really good care of my skin. 100% recommend. I also had a massage by Lelia. It was amazing. Ive never been more relaxed. Her spa voice is also extra soothing.

I have been going to Spavia at the Orchards for just over a year. The services are affordable and never a disappointment. I have seen 5 different massage therapists and 2 estheticians throughout my 10+ appointments and have had a great experience every time. After the first four months of going, I went ahead an took advantage of their membership packages offered and would definitely recommend it to anyone who goes every 6 to 8 weeks for a service.

This Spavia location has the best environment but be sure to sit in the mens relaxation area as the furniture there is much more comfortable. As a woman its aok to sit there so dont worry about that..just go through the sliding door. There is a typical amount of turn over in masseuses here but thats normal for a chain. Get recommendations from the staff as to what you prefer in your massage as they can help you select the best person for your liking. Enjoy!

I have been a Spavia member for over a year now and have always enjoyed my experience. They are the perfect spot for a little pampering and relaxation. Once you find the best person for your services, stick with them. I work with Anthony as my massage therapist and Amy as my esthetician and I highly recommend both.

The first girl that checked us in looked like she hated her job. She was very unprofessionally rude. The other girl working the desk was pretty great, that was at the end, she also had to tell us the pricing promised was wrong. Things and prices were promised and not filled. The manager was equally unpleasant. She fixed one of three issues but was rude. Since they record all calls, maybe her boss should listen in. When you have estheticians on staff that make people feel bad about the skincare they use or they dont listen to you when you dont like something its a problem. I was charged good money for a normally great service but with yet another person that didnt like their job or was having a bad day. Have your bad day at home when Im paying for it. I was warned not to go to this spa. Lesson learned. You can go to real day spa and get excellent service for the same price. Save your money. Management is deplorable. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Just had a facial at Spavia (Orchard location) with Caitlin. Shes good...my favorite.Spavia is a nice place. One of my favorite things is that they have different scented massage lotions and different music choices and heated beds. Your first visit, you fill out paperwork to let them know what you want/like or dont.Theres a nice locker/shower/bathroom area where they have robes/spa sandals (if you want). They have a nice quiet waiting area where you can relax before/after & help yourself to cold water/hot tea and a nice heated neck wrap.The rooms are welcoming, comfortable, and quiet. A couple times the rooms have been too warm for me; but Im sure itd be difficult to control the temps in Each Room.

Great place for a relaxing experience! You can easily book your services online or by phone. Very serene atmosphere. Never been disappointed by any of the services ive done - massages,facials,body wraps & lash/brow tinting. once you change into your robe & sandals - they get you started with a heated neck wrap. earlier this year i joined their membership program - best investment ever! quality ME time. check them out - you wont be disappointed

Great place! My husband purchased a massage and facial for me as a birthday gift. I enjoyed them so much I purchased the membership. Its a fantastic value! I honestly was suprised at how wonderful the massage and facial both were being very reasonably priced and kind of tucked away amongst shopping and restaraunts. Spavia is inviting, friendly, clean and relaxing. I always look forward to my once a month service with my membership!

I have been getting monthly facials with Amy for about six months now, and I cannot believe the difference in my skin! The entire staff is wonderful right from the moment you step through the doors and are greeted and escorted to the locker room or retreat room. I look forward to my visits every time!

Having a massage once a month for the last four months with Tommy has been an amazing experience. Ive never had a massage before that I can remember. My husband gave me a gift card for Christmas and finally got around to use it. He is very professional and knows what body part needs worked on the most.

I was happy with the massage and the atmosphere of the spa. I think they could allow a tiny bit of wiggle room on being slightly tardy due to things beyond our control, such as the car accident that delayed us slightly. We were already a bit tardy because of this, and then when we sat down after changing, another 10 minutes (total 20 minutes) before picked up by therapist(s). I understand I paid for the amount of time reserved, but starting 20 minutes late meant I only got an upper body massage, not a full body massage which I paid for. Some of its my responsibility but if there is a strict policy about tardies, then as soon as the client is changed, the massage should start.

Never had any issues with our massages or the staff at this location. My issue is with Spavia as a company. I signed up for a membership at $80 / month. Well, life got a hold of me and I havent been able to come in. I decided to cancel my membership as its just not worth the wasted money. I had 11 sessions saved up. Come to find out, you only have 30 days to use your saved sessions. This was not made clear to me when signing up. Who has time to get 11 massages in a month? Not any working person I know. I was told this is corporate policy. What a rip off. Do they realize how much money they are taking out of the pockets of their therapists in tips when I cant come in to use all of the sessions IVE ALREADY PAID FOR? What do they have to lose? Dont sign up for a membership. Dont go to Spavia and feed the corporate greed machine. Contact a local independent massage therapist. I have found they are actually cheaper, better quality, and will come to you. Good luck.

Got a facial here using a Groupon. The hydrating facial noticeably decreased redness in my skin. Courtney was great. I love their relaxation room and those heated neck pillows. Although I didnt sign up for their monthly membership, it seems like a great deal. Would definitely go back.

Friendly hardworking staff with warm neck towels, soft robes, and plenty of tea. They also ask preferences I wish every massage place would ask like how much talking do you prefer and what lotion and music do you prefer. Its very customizable to the client making it a luxury experience as soon as you walk in the door.

I always have a great experience here. Very relaxing, clean atmosphere and my massage therapist, Caitlyn is the best! She listens to my needs and delivers a great massage every time. I would definitely recommend Spavia over massage Envy any day.

Atmosphere is pretty subpar compared to the several other spas Ive been too. The womens locker room was picked up but dirty. There was dust clumps on the walls and in the vents as well as all the shelves. Ew. The relaxation lounge is not relaxing. Its very thrown together and has more of a doctors waiting room feel instead of a spa. My therapist did a good job and was very professional but the other therapists kept popping in and out of the relaxation area and there was LOTS of loud talking everywhere. If youre looking for a spa experience, this isnt it. If you want to get a quick massage before picking your kids up from school, then this might be for you.

I have a membership at Spavia and get massages once a month. The atmosphere at the spa is very professional and relaxing and the massage therapist there are great! There are a lot of different massage techniques, facials, wraps and other treatments to choose from. You can also customize music and massage lotion scents to what relaxes you the most. The prices are reasonable and the location is good. I highly recommend Spavia at Orchard Town Centre!

Update: the general manager called me and said the owner would call me to address my concerns. I never got a call.It was the worst massage I’ve ever had. This was supposed to be a relaxing birthday present and I all I wanted to do is leave during the massage. I get massages every month, and what was done to me is not a massage. It actually hurt. Save your money and go anywhere else.

I got eyelash extensions using a groupon. My real eyelashes are currently ruined. They are short and not as full as they were before getting extensions. I do not recommend anybody get extensions ever as it ruins your natural lashes. I was hesitant to get fake eyelashes anyway but the company reassured me that nothing would go wrong. I am also disappointed in the service I received from spavia. The technician was rude and non conversational. She became short with me a couple times during the visits and made a few snarky comments as well. They also make you pay half the cost of the service provided if you need to reschedule the day of your appointment. In all my years in the service industry I’ve never heard of such a requirement.

Chelsea was very pleasant and was really helpful. I have been having numbness in my hand at times due to a knot in my shoulder, she focused on finding the knot and working some of it out. She suggested focusing on that area in a few sessions may help to alleviate the problem. I agree and made another appointment with her. I can already tell a difference. She was great. This was me second visit to Spavia, and I recommend Irving it a try.

My husband and I really enjoy our couples massages at Spavia. The atmosphere immediately evokes relaxation and tranquility. We have been going to Spavia for quite some time, and have had many different therapists. Thats the reason for a 4-star review, not 5. There seems to be a high amount of turnover, so when you find a therapist you like, they may not be there for long.

This place is awesome! The experience from the time I walked in from the time I walked out was amazing. The ladies that did my massage and facial were so personable and so pleasant. Oh and let me not forget to tell you that the place is sooo clean! I usually waver when other places try and get me to do the monthly package but I did not waver at Spavia. I was all in!! Great place to get you mini retreat in. Ladies we need it!

I wanted to try eyelash extensions here since I’ve enjoyed the other services I’ve gotten (facials and massages), but these were terrible!! All of them fell out within a week (just one week!!) of getting them done, without me getting them wet once. I’ve gotten eyelash extensions at many other salons and know how to take care of my lashes and what to expect but Spavia was by far the worst experience I’ve had yet :(

I have been a member of Spavia Orchard for over a year. Ever trip has been amazing! I love Spavia the services are exceptional and so is the customer service! There are so many relaxation options and they really provide you with an opportunity to tailor your spa time to your personal needs. Highly recommended!

I bought the package $299 including 3 specific services that I would like to try. I did one then try to book another one. However, I was told they increased the price. If I want to do the other two I have to make up the price difference. And the manager who called me was not professional at all and tried to lecture me about gift card. Its not simply a gift card! its a package deal. Anywhere else if I purchased package deal no matter what the package should be honored! Very bad customer service!

I didnt know what to expect because I had never heard of Spavia prior to this appointment, but it was fantastic. The soothing ambiance in the retreat room started off my experience. From there it just got better. My esthetician was amazing and very personable. This was a great first time visit. All the staff were very professional. I would highly recommend Spavia.

I have had a membership with Spavia for almost two years now; one of the best purchases Ive bought. This spa is one of the best spas Ive ever been to and that includes 5 star resort spas in Mexico and Las Vegas as well as the Denver area. The atmosphere is the ultimate relaxation experience and the the therapists are a cut above the rest!!

Like most women I love spa treatments. They are not something I can afford to have all the time, but I make an effort to have either a massage or a facial once a month.I found Spavia online while looking for spas in my area that accept Spa Finder International gift certificates. My husband gives me those every year for Christmas because he knows what I want.The very first service I had with Spavia was a facial. It was sublime and surpassed my expectations. The atmosphere is quiet, beautiful and relaxing. The treatment rooms are warm, inviting and private. The spa and facilities are immaculate and the staff professional. The products are superb. Clients get to choose the fragrances and music they prefer. Clients can also state preferences like whether or not they like conversation during their session or if they prefer silence. Because my job involves a lot of communication, Im partial to the latter and really appreciate that Spavia takes things like this into consideration.Ive done a lot of spa treatments over the years and Spavia has everything I want in a spa. This is why I joined and gladly pay a reasonable monthly fee for a premium service because they meet all of my needs and my experience there is always optimum so thanks Spavia for doing it right!

Didnt like that they had a promotion with $30 off that turned out to be just during the week. They called me the day before my appt to let me know, I booked massage weeks in advance for my sisters wedding relaxation day. Massage was very good and the staff was friendly

Spavia is an oasis where you can relax and have a great spa experience! I have always gotten an excellent massage, no matter which therapist I get. The music, the mood, the hot neck wraps and the value for the money is exceptional. I would highly recommend Spavia!

I received a gift card from my wonderful husband from this spa. Let me tell you. If you want to be pampered, come here. Very nice staff. Very clean. A great place to relax! I will continue to go back.

The massages are great. But you have to remember the legality of setting up a membership with them or you get SCREWED! As the Owner explained, its like a gym membership, if you dont use it you dont get a refund. I put my account on hold for 3 months and thought I had canceled the account. I noticed in November that I had been billed since March; ouch, approx. $440. I take responsibility for not getting it closed, but I did not receive an email that the account was being taken off hold and they have no interest in returning any of the money; guess they desperately need the money. And I was told that I can close my account online and that isnt possible or they deceptively have hidden it. I have to go to their location and fill out a form, for which I will be billed another month.THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! I will make sure I find every online place to repeat these comments (copy / paste away) and let everyone I know about this experience. I never had to do this before and wish I didnt, but they left me with no choice. BUYER BEWARE.

I went today for an appointment that was made May 9th!! I called to make sure it was the same person who did my eyelashes in January. I was assured it would be. I get there today and it was a new lady and I was instantly bummed. Janiea did my lashes in January and was absolutely amazing and the only reason I came back AND the reason I purchased a membership. Julianna is who I was stuck with today. I was rejected because my lashes were too short, but they were shorter in January and I had no problems, they have been growing back as I am a cancer patient and lashes make me feep girlie. After being embarassed and rejected I cancelled my membership and left in tears.

Excellent experience! Quick and friendly reception, private changing areas, locker for personal items, comfy robe and sandals, relaxation room with your choice of tea or water, warm neck wrap, great massage staff, choice of music and scented lotions, then back to relaxation room for more tea or water, quick and friendly check out. You would never know all of this is in a strip mall :-)

Be careful when you call one location they may book you at a different location! This happened to me I called the orchard location to book a massage but they booked me at bradburn and I had no idea. I show up to the orchard and they tell me your massage is at the bradburn on 120th which is 15 minutes away at least. So I leave and called saying I would not make it because I had no idea I was at the wrong location. If I showed up I would have gotten half the service I paid for. So Brandy tells me she has to charge my card because I am canceling. She did not even listen to what happened. This was infuriating I showed up on time to where I called. Spavia incompetent staff is at fault and I get charged. Awful. I will never recommend this spa to anyone for this fact alone.

We had my best friend’s bachelorette party at the spa. Everyone was so great, wonderful services. Awesome experience! They were so accommodating to all of our needs. Brandy was so wonderful, she set up everyone service.

I went for the first time and was extremely impressed with the clean, calming environment and all-around exceptional customer service. This was seriously one of the best waxes Ive had in a while.As far as the reports Ive read about peoples gripes with membership packages, at my visit, I was never talked to about these packages. When I read that some clients felt pressured to join, I had to chuckle. Are we not all adults and is this not a free country? Just say no people. Furthermore, as adults, we should responsibily read contracts we are signing that involve automatic debits from our bank accounts. Blaming Spavia seems like a cop out to me.

Staff is very friendly and really strives to make your experience a great one. Had a signature facial with Katie I who was amazing and had some great suggestions to help me in-between facials! Highly recommend!!

Spa via is a great find in the Orchard shopping center. I have the membership and get a monthly massage. The massage therapist are very professional and do a great job. I also get fabulous facials that leave me glowing😃

Spavia Orchard is a first class facility with a warm, welcoming front desk and telephone notification crew, plus mainly the very skilled and professional massage staff. They all are there to please and take care of your therapy needs.

The whole experience was absolutely amazing. From walking into the door to walking out, the service was awesome and the massage was so relaxing. Caitlyn was friendly and definitely helped the knots in my back!

Spavia Day Spa is a great place for a membership. I have been going there for years and they have the best service compaired to other big chain day spas. It’s like being on a resort on vacation without having to take a vacation.

We all need to do something for ourselves in today’s fast moving world! Spavia offers the place and space to relax! Abi is an amazing deep tissue massage artist! It’s easy to stay on track taking care of yourself with the affordable membership fee!

Not only is this place clean and sanitary, it is peaceful and relaxing. They are doing really well with covid restrictions, so no concerns there. I definitely enjoyed my massage.

Tori was/is amazing. She is tiny but don’t let that fool you, she can get in there and rub those kinks out! Exceptional! The front desk on the other hand- exceptionally RUDE! The girl that helped me talked so fast and kept saying “ Does that make sense” No I can’t understand you!!!! I’m going back only to see Tori again! If she leaves I will never go back. Got my eyelashes done here they all fell off within 3 days and the manger Brandi did nothing about it but say sorry to hear that . Terrible customer service. Be careful your eyelash extension may fall out too.

I went to the Orchard Town Center location and got a 60 minute deep tissue massage. The lady was excellent and listened to what I needed instead of just giving me a cookie cutter massage.

Great experience! I felt pampered and relaxed the entire time. Not comparable to Massage Envy. Totally worth getting a membership with all the perks.

The front desk staff was friendly and attentive. Ali is experienced in deep tissue massage and has really helped me to get full movement again in my shoulders

My first experience was great. Loved that they didnt talk and its an option when you get checked in on the tablet. Im here to relax and hopefully get the stress out.

As someone who was employed here, dont waste your time. They dont train their employee correctly plus theyre overcharging you. Theres better, cheaper, places that have products that actually work.
