Smoker Friendly

Was just there and wanted to buy papers. A very rude young lady worked there and didnt accept my id. She denied service . I asked to have someone else buying me the papers, she said that is illegal too. Which is a lie . She refuses to serve me, Im 40 years old. Fire this girl. Im a loyal customer, this was rude and immature behavior

Decent selection and nice staff with one glaring exception. If youre looking for help from the irascible older man who works there, be prepared for disrespect, rudeness aplenty, and condescension at even the most basic of questions. There are two women there sometimes and theyve always been nothing but kind and helpful. Just dont hold your breath for the same treatment from him. Also be advised, they dont do returns or exchanges even with a receipt so definitely test in-store if youre there for a vape/make sure its taking a charge properly.

I’ve been going here for years. I’ve gone to other shops as well, but this is the shop I always come back to.Solid team of people who work there. They are always friendly and helpful.

Great people here! They will take their time and explain anything you need to know.. And they handled my request for more inventory of a specific item with enthusiasm. They take care of their customers!

Excellent customer service from the younger guy who works there. Remembered us after one visit, was extremely helpful and full of great knowledge about their products. I would employ him in a heartbeat.

Rude!The staff at this smoker friendly is atrocious, there is a boyish looking woman who works there who continues to be rude demanding my id every single time I walk into the store, not at the counter but the second I walk in, and mind you I know its her job but I have visited this store once a week for at least the last four months if not longer, she should recognize me by now. I was willing to put up with this at first but I expect better or at least fair treatment of regular customers. Ive been extremely polite to her up until now, but Im tired of the poor customer service at this location and will not be returning, the owner- whoever they are should try to find a more courteous staff because the poor management is losing the business at this location.

Ive read the negative reviews, and strongly disagree with them. Its either a younger looking person complaining about someone following the law and denigrating them with attitude, or someone who more than likely has a negative disposition wondering why a clerk is a bit standoffish. I, personally, have had very positive interactions with the personnel there, and who will converse with their customers quite easily. Im always thanked, and wished a good day. Even so, your mileage may vary dependent on attitude.

I went into this shop because it was near my work and had a retirement to gi to that evening. Other smallers civar shops where recommend but my fault i was running short on time. When arrived I let them know that I want something for a person who was a seanoned cigar smoker. The youger man said he was the wrong person to ask the older gentleman threw up his arms and shrugged hugged shoulders. I said can you at least show me the cigars. The older gentleman got up and opened ghe humidor and showed my in but did not made any suggestions. A customer told me ine he liked. Are tgey rude or really dont know their products

Great shop with great employees, who remember you and what you like. The employees are extremely friendly, so much that its nice to sit around and talk to them. And if you buy cigarettes and sign up online for that brand, theyll send you coupons which makes you able to save even more at Smoker Friendly

Honestly Weekday clerk is unfriendly and abrubt. No greeting, no smile. Her customer service skills need work. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

Debbie is amazing! We are social distancing due to a newborn but still had to buy smokes for an elderly family and she was very accommodating. Extremely nice and helpful!

Never shop here. Why is it so many of the bad reviews are written by either young people who were trying to ask a question or by African American men who were treated unfairly? Seems to me like management needs to take a step back and reevaluate how they treat customers.

Never had a bad experience at this store and associates are all very pleasant. Was able to quit smokeless tobacco after over 25 yrs because of Smoky Mountain and The Oregon Mint Co with their chew made from mint leaves. Was very disappointed when I brought in an emty can for The Oregon Mint Chew to see if they might stock it. The manager seemed to have no interest when shown product and didnt want to keep the can. At least humor me and act like you might check into it. Guess Ill have to go to 120th and Colo or 76th and Sheridan they have it there. Thats too bad.

Do not ask for my ID as soon as I walk through the door as if Im a known criminal. That typically happens when your ready to check out. The customer after me wasnt greeted in that manner, and the clerk tossed my receipt at me when I asked for a copy! Will never return to this location again, nor have I been greeted that way since moving to Colorado for my job!

Would not sell me cigarettes because I didnt have a ID, Im 40. Its all good though went next door to the Liquor store and they sold me a pack of smokes and a beer with no ID. I know where to take my business! P.S. probably the same price give or take at 10 cents.

The older gentleman that works during the week is very abrupt and rude. Doesn’t really tend to the younger crowd how he does with the older. Also is very against anything related to smoking THC with. (Examples, pipes, dabbers, etc.)

Cigar humidor is not the best selection I’ve seen. Primarily drew estate, padron and CAO. Nice staff.

Good little tobacco store. Their cigarettes are about the cheapest around. The carry everything for vape pens and have a large selection of pipes and lighters ect.. they also have an amazing cigar selection.

Theres been alot of bad reviews about this place but I love it! I roll my own cigarettes and they have the best selection of papers and tobacco ive seen in a long time.

Not a good store for vape products. They dont sell coils for vapes.
