I love all the unusual & interesting products in the front of the store. Natural soaps and oils, backpacks, hats & shirts, tapestries, and paintings - all sorts of fun products for your home & closet that you wouldnt normally think youd find where you find vaping products. Its always organized and well-kept in a pleasant atmosphere.

I am from Washington state and found them online, they were one of the only suppliers of the new Refillable Dazzle RandM 5000 that I was dying to try. The lush ice has been my go to but hated how expensive it was to just buy a new one when I ran out. So I was stoked to get the new refillable option.Unfortunately the vape pen was a complete bust- BUT, the customer service I received made up for the product malfunctioning. They sent out a replacement insanely fast and they even tried to troubleshoot with me to get the original one working. When the replacement one malfunctioned in the same way, they offered me a full refund without even having to ask.They were personable and they weren’t robotic about their responses. I could tell I was talking to an actual human being that cared about my experience and wanted to make sure I was satisfied and taken care of. Thank you guys for being awesome!!! If the manufacturer fixes the problem you’ll be my first stop!

Modest juice collection the guys that Ive met are nice. Some are knowledgeable but the new guy shouldnt be allowed to speak unless hes asking a senior staff member a question. Ive had some house juice, high VG and SUPER THICK. No complaints there especially with the 15.00 30ml price tag. The only reason Im not giving 5 stars is they are ALWAYS out of 3mg premiums in all desert flavors.

They are very friendly and have a good selection of products and things. I really liked it.

Not a bad shop has a lot of product and selection for its size slightly more expensive than the old shop I used to go to before I moved here. Got two bottles of their top house juice wasnt overly impressed one lack flavor in the other was a 50/50 blend didnt realize it till I put it in a dripper, but thats totally my fault all in all not a bad little shop.

They dont put really any flavoring in there in store juice and did nothing about really agrivating when your juice taste like nothing and you spent over $20 bucks on something going in the trash highly would not recommend e vape hut bad setvice

Honestly first few times I went there were these two people one chick and a dude, the chick was rude as hell when I asked a question and the dude was playing with his friends and didnt bother to help us. But on my third visit there was this awesome man with a beanie and was extremely friendly and helpful. there was also another person there as well who helped and was fast at it. If it was not for these two people I would never go back. The juices there are really nice with a large selection and would highly recommend their Chucky Larms. overall a nice place to go depending on who is working.

Best vape shop in the world

Would give it zero stars but not an option. You shouldnt be allowed to sell coils that are in a open pack. Fine if the person seen you open to compare but not to someone that didnt know it was open.I went back in to get it made right before I posted this. The guy chuckled and said when someone comes in and doesnt know what kind their coil is we open them to compare. I said I knew what I wanted didnt need to compare (plus they are in plastic bubble with a foil back you can see what they look like with out opening them) he said its fine no one used it.

Great customer service. They truely know their products and what would be good for you.. Dylan is a great sales rep!! He is highly knowledgeable on what he sales... they sure know their stuff...highly recommend this great vape shop!!

Poor flavor quality and overpriced clones abound here. There may be a few dim gems among the trash, but Im not spending the cash to find them... The only reasonably priced thing is their coils for tanks and thats all Id recommend buying from them.

This shop is awesome has bunch of juices an mods pretty much everything you need, coils, tanks, tips, etc. The girls that work there dont greet you, dont help unless asked an they dont have a clue on 99.9% of the items in the store! They procrastinated on helping an getting fluids bad service! Tyler and Brandon are the only reason I go there, their helpful know what there talking about and awesome guys to talk to! I dont like that Brandon no longer works there an if Tyler goes to Ill definitely be going elsewhere! Brandon an Tyler make it worth going without them that place sucks!!! ONLY GIVING IT A 3STAR IS BECAUSE OF BRANDON AND TYLER!!! Also just stopped up there an bought fluid the girls dont kno how to make fluids then I go to exchange them an the owner wouldnt let me! Shes very unprofessional and greedy!!!

Been sampling there Kratom for a while now. There new House product is some of the top quality strains Ive had. I travel the country for my company and sample in many different places. For the price u cannot beat the 50g powder packs.

Best service ever, came in after tripping over the curb and breaking my glass. The guy helped clean out my mod, got me a paper towel for my scrapes, and also helped put everything back together.

I love passing through this shop when I am in town. It is great to see the changes everytime. Thier grouth as a business is amazing and always improving. Their product knowlede is way up and i love thier juice. I recomend trying them out.

Just went in there on February 29th of 2020 and bought 2 bottles of their homemade juice... And do I regret spending the 40$ on these.. I dont know if it was the guy who made it but I got Jamaican sunset and Momo adomo and I got both at 70/30 ratios.. first the Jamaican sunset.. cant even vape it.. has a terrible terrible after taste and I have let it sit for 2 days and even let it breathe hoping that would fix the issue, but no luck just terrible flavor with a disgusting after taste still.. the Momo adomo is just very bland with a weird after taste too... I would not recommend buying their house juices.. just pay the extra for the high end juices that are blended right.. sucks because now Im out 40 dollars and I have 200 ml of juice.. they are a good vape shop just the home made juice is not even close to high end vape juice..

Usually get my coils here about every 2 weeks or so, never have any problems. The same guy most of the time is great!

Great store with great products. Good selection of ejuice, glass and recently saw that they sell gemstones, clothing and kratom. Even if youre a non vaper they still have very cool items

Been coming here for 6 months..best local shop i have ever been too..they have always had my back..have never done me wrong..employee mikey is a pretty good kid I know him personally..new guy dylan seems to know what hes doing..i highly recommend it here

This place is awesome. Bryan is my home town. I came to visit and was in a vapetastrophe and they rescued me. I love the juices they recomended . I will continue to use them every time Im in town.

They are ok. Just dont buy e cigarettes or hookahs from there because they do not stand by their products. They do make good ejuice though.
