I love planet K, the employees are always happy and helpful, if youre looking for something specific, theres also a wide variety of things to get there from glass pieces, vintage toys, posters and more. Its more than just a smoke shop. Good place for specialized fertilizer for certain plants.

I was immediately greeted by the employees and the store cat! I absolutely adore the vibe as it reminds me of Hastings, Spencers, and Earth Bound rolled into one store. I have passed by daily and never stopped in! I can definitely see myself shopping here for decor, incense, and so much more!

Good gravy, don’t expect the 20 year olds to stay open more than one minute more for you to look around. Adolescent, stoned , unprofessional staff with low inventory. 😂

The workers are extremely friendly very helpful and they know a lot of product knowledge the store looks awesome they have great prices and basically anything you could ever need I will be going back and I would recommend the store to anyone and everyone

Everytime I go, all of the workers are extremely nice and very helpful/knowledgeable with everything. Very large selection too. When I make an average to large purchase I always end up getting something for free, like a pipe bag or a torch lighter. Absolutely recommend!!!

Love this store. The employees are always nice. The atmosphere is cozy to my wife and I. We like the CBD products a lot for us and to help our dogs and cats feel calmer during storms.

They definitely got your back when it comes to helping you get rid of unwanted smoke smell. Candles candles candles everywhere alongside a while wall of sprays too. Cool accessories and awesome home decor especially for young college students.

Went in bought some papers and a pipe. A woman named Katt, was a huge help in my selections. Very knowledgeable about planet ks merchandise, she was very polite, well mannered, easy to talk to and wasnt pushy! I know its their job to push other products, but she wasnt obnoxious about as some other people ive come across at other planet k locations. She also helped me find a great place to eat! Good job planet k, she is a keeper!

Thrifty place that has some great people working there. I received pleasant, patient and informed service.The hookah/shisha section is okay, but a bit on the pricier side, but for sure better than many other places in town.

Best spot to go get glass for your tobacco!😎 The people there are super chill and helpful.!If your running low on cash this spot always gives you crazy deals! Very nice friendly workers they go out of their way to help the customers store was very clean. And as a truck stop store manager with 10 years in my position I can say truly amazed me.

I bought a silicone water pipe because the employee raved so much about it. When I got home to test out the pipe it leaked water, which kinda defeats the purpose of the water pipe. I contacted the store and spoke to the owner and he claims “we test every pipe before we put it out”. He let me bring it back in to exchange it for a different silicon water pipe.When I brought the defective pipe in the employees had a hard time getting a hold of the owner to even confirm my story. Once they got a hold of the owner they decided to change out a piece on the original pipe. They tested it out and guess what it still leaked. Instead of offering me a partial credit or complete exchange, they sent me home with the exchanged out piece and gave me some ideas to fix it at home.Don’t waste your money here, and don’t trust the employees advice.

Awesome place to shop for all your smoking needs. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. They have some of the same products as Fattys and Smoken Joes but at a fraction of the price.

Mads, Kody, Clay are freaking amazing. I kicked my keys in my vehicle while doing Door Dash and I was stuck. No one would help me, not even the police. Clay was outside with me assisting and finally after one hour we got it taken care of. NONE OF THEM had to do a damn thing but they did. Mads provided the coat hanger and optimism, Kody held down the fort while Clay did the man work. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR ASSISTANCE AND GOOD VIBES. I live by Rock Prairie and Ill make the drive to see them. THANK YOU

My girlfriend and I went to Planet K for our first time and met Xander and Sam. The atmosphere was eclectic and quirky. Xander and Sam were both extremely knowledgeable and inviting. Both were genuinely pleasant human beings and we enjoyed our visit thoroughly!

I love this shop. It has a wide variety of products. The staff are knowledgeable and create a chill vibe.

Odd vibe in this place. The employees seem very distracted when I shopped here. The neon colors they use for signs are a terrifying nightmare from the early 90s. During my visit, somebody was playing very inappropriate music for a business.

Had to wait 15 minutes just to be checked out. As I waited in line, the customers before me received 35% discount cards and were given the discount then. I asked and they said I had to bring it in or they could give me one to use the next time, so I had to pay full price for my item. An all-in-all bad experience.

I bought $90 worth of product on 2 delta eight carts and a battery... first of all the carts aren’t even filled up all the way (the guy at the cash register thought we had used it already upon arriving back) one of the carts didn’t work AT all and the other one kept clogging up! The battery hardly heated up and he didn’t even want to exchange it! NOT COMING BACK!

This Planet K is amazing. Best Planet K ever. Xander is the best employee of all time. Xander is the bee’s knees. He will sing you the songs of the world being that he is the song bird of our generation. He helped save my cat Señor Meowenstein while also helping me with calculus.. now that is good customer service😌
