Had the BEST massage today from Kyndal! She really made my whole week and feel like she took the weight of the world off my shoulders👏🏾👏🏾🩷 will definitely be back !

Friendly staff, I was able to digitally fill out the paperwork prior to my appointment, wonder massage therapist (Megan) was attentive and checked on me during the massage to ensure I was comfortable. I’ll definitely be coming back soon for a longer visit!

Megan was not only knowledgeable about the best massage to achieve full relaxation but she still had a gentle touch. I will definitely be back to see her

Easy to book the appointment, was received by friendly personnel and the lady that did my massage was incredible. She really took the time to ask me what my comfort level was, the type of pressure I wanted, she made me feel comfortable and made the experience relaxing.

She found knots I didnt know I had, she made sure I felt comfortable and safe the entire time, and by the end of it I felt years of built up tension melting away. They helped make the whole experience clear and comfortable. They are wonderful conversationalists, and extremely kind hearted. You can tell they have a genuine team looking to ensure the wellbeing of others. I’ve already recommended Elements Massage to my significant other and my friends! Looking forward to my next visit!

The staff are friendly and professional. The facilities are comfortable, well kept, and provide for a wonderful experience. My only wish would be a more mobile user-friendly interface especially when needing to change or cancel an appointment.I also LOVE that any of my unused sessions as part of my membership can be rolled over or gifted to a friend. Thank you for the extra peace of mind that my investment can be used even if my hectic schedule makes it challenging. Also thank you for the option to pause my membership when the monthly budget necessitates.

It was my first time visiting the Bryan location as I live closer to the Tower point location . my masseuse was approachable and friendly. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed with his great personality and personable demeanor. I have recently started heavy weight training and am often sore all over every day after my workouts. I give my myself the treat of a professional massage once a month to help with the aches and pains, and this trip honestly made it all seem worth the work. My pain was gone, I felt loose and limber .. and decided on becoming a regular at this location with this masseuse. I totally recommend to all who are looking for a great massage as well as a great atmosphere.

Sky is amazing for deep tissue and Brittany is great for the lighter massages!! The checkout process is so easy. I make my appointments and they remind me the day before and the day of which is so helpful! Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Very relaxing atmosphere as well as very clean!! Love having a membership at Elements!!

Staff is always super friendly and helpful. Sky is a fantastic massage therapist and is great as listening to the needs of her clients and uses special care to work problem areas. If you have muscle pain, Sky will be sure to take that away. I feel instantly better and more relaxed when I walk out of my appointments and always look forward to booking my next one.

I have been seeing Sky for years, she is the absolute best! I have chronic pain and sciatica after breaking my back, and she always makes me feel better, truly listened to what I need help with. I am moving and so bummed to be leaving her care, she is truly a gem! I have also seen Mary and Nini who are wonderful as well. Can’t say enough good things, really enjoyed my membership here!

Very professional, good ambiance. Their monthly rates are quite good, while their one-off rates are a little high in my opinion, but the prices match other massage locations. They have good options for what kind of massage you want. The staff are excellent and very kind. Im working to try and budget a massage a month. They helped a lot with my back pain.

My recent experience with Karrie was the best massage Ive had at Elements Massage. She had exemplary professionalism and listened to me when I was describing my problem areas. Ive been coming to Elements Massage for over a year, and this appointment was the first time Ive had over 24 hours of relief from a massage. Ive already booked another appointment with Karrie and look forward to less back/shoulder/neck pain!

Friendly and accommodating! I called in the afternoon and asked if they had an appointment later in the evening and they were quick to find someone. Skye was awesome! She asked the right questions and ensured that I was comfortable the whole time, adjusting techniques and pressure as needed. Would definitely go back!

The customer service at Elements is Bryan is excellent! My husband and I always have a great experience when we go! I love Brittany for a lighter massage and Sky for a deeper massage! My husband prefers a deeper massage and Sly and Lacey do a great job working out the knots he gets in his shoulders!

I have anxiety due to the pandemic. The salon made meet feel at ease with the pre-check-in in and general clean environment. I had a full body massage and asked for a little extra attention to my sinus to help my congestion. I walked out relaxed and needing a tissue! Will definitely be back next month!

The massages are great and the people are even better. This pandemic as negatively effected us all and that ended up with me having to end my membership here. And I feel like the people who work here understand and genuinely care and understand that. As soon as I’m able, I’ll be a member again. Thank you again Erin.

Ive had such a wonderful experience at both the Bryan and College Station locations. Walking in they already knew my name, offered me water before my massage, took me back in a timely manner, the therapist asks would you like a relaxing massage or what area needs work. They always do such a great job for myself and my husband!

My massage experience was fabulous today! I’ve been to elements a few times and have always had a good knowledgeable massage therapist but, today was different. I had originally asked for a deep tissue and then proceed to explain some of my areas on my body that were giving me trouble. The massage therapist Savannah suggested incorporating a few stretches in with the massage, and going with medium pressure (opposed to the deep pressure)with the stretches how it might have a better impact on my body. It was incredible!!! Hands down one of the best professional massages i’ve ever had. Thank you, Elements for having such a professional team of massage therapist that cater to individual needs.

This place is awesome. They listen and work on your problem areas really well. I have a bad back and bad circulation in my legs. By time I leave I have no more pain and it last until I go back again. They are very friendly and follow all guidelines that cdc recommends. Have used them for a little over a year and will continue to. Never had a bad massage

Nini was amazing! She listened to what I needed to relax and relieve stress. She did not chat during the massage (which I LOVE), and she used intensely amazing trigger point massage! I was able to feel the knots release and I felt so much better immediately after as well as the next day.

Ingrid was amazing! I already scheduled another appointment. I was worried about having a prenatal massage, but she talked to me about it before she began and put me at ease. Her soothing voice and her confidence was relaxing.

The massage by Caryna was fine. She is clearly knowledgable. I always get the deep tissue and she penetrated satisfactory enough, which is sometimes an issue for me. She also did some arm manipulation that Ive never had done before, and it seems to have opened up my range of motion.The ambience was also nice and relaxing.The reason for the 2 instead of 5 star rating is: I requested the hot stone and aroma therapy once I got into the room, but only got aroma therapy. Perhaps youre supposed to request that beforehand but that wasnt made clear.More significantly, by the time I was finished with the paperwork, disrobed and on the table it was close to 2:10. I was finished, dressed, paid and out the door by 2:50. So the one hour massage was actually closer to 35 minutes.When asked if I wanted to leave a gratuity on my card, I said, Yes, 20. That was a pretty quick hour though.The receptionist simply disregarded the comment and sent me on my way (after charging the 20, of course).

Elements is fantastic! I have been pain free for almost a month since my last massage. I highly recommend them! The atmosphere is very relaxing and I love the heated tables.

This was my first massage ever and I had a deep tissue massage because Ive had pain shooting down my arm and I couldnt move my head without pain due to knots in my shoulder and neck. I went to John and afterwards the pain went away and I woke up the next day and I felt incredible! There was no more pain at all, I could move my head! Im very very grateful that he helped me out! I will definitely be going back monthly!

My 90 minute massage with Delana left a lot to be desired. I might try this place again but Im not sure if I would reschedule it with her. I got into the room at 12:05 (was left for about 5-10 minutes to undress) and Delana was done by 1:20. Given that with a tip I spent over $100, I dont feel like it was worth it. My favorite part of most massages is the face/head part and I didnt get my head massaged at all. Kind of disappointing because I was hoping to get more from a 90 minute session here but Ive gotten better 60 minute massages for less elsewhere

My regular therapist is away, but thankfully David R. did a superb therapeutic massage. As a walker I need my monthly tune up and Elements is my go to place. Blessings to all!

I have never in my life been treated the way these people have treated me and my husband. I have been canceled on 5 TIMES IN A ROW. How can you run a business like that and expect to keep clients happy? You have charged my card multiple times during a month and been completely unprofessional. THUMBS DOWN!!!!

Horrible experience from start to finish. The massage therapist was on her phone the whole time, said a few cuss words. Then turned on the lights and tried to tell me my shoulder was out of place, then she left the room for 10 minutes, comes back and is trying to pop my shoulder, like a chiropractor!!! Forget relief and relaxation! You’ll get more stressed and have more issues when you leave. I will be calling my lawyer.

Everything! From the moment I walked in, a sense of calm came over me. The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful, and Amy (the massage therapist) was excellent. Not a bad thing to say about it.

Horrible customer service, if they are not canceling your appointment times by mistake they only have men available on fridays because the women are fully booked!Perhaps whomever is hiring or scheduling can take a huge hint and lesson on what the customers want. Just saying I’m done with this worthless company

I really liked how the massage therapist (Britny) focused on my troubled areas. She even asked if I needed more or less pressure in some areas. There is good attention to detail and communication here.
