Employee was not informed at all about your products. Told me the reason he didnt have the brand I use is that the government is banning all the ecigs. Just say you hardly carry anything, dont just make stuff up. Nice enough guy, but not helpful and lost a sale.

We’re good spenders and regulars but no more. The doors were locked upon arrival. We were just stretching our legs having a cigarette and we were rudely approached at the front door after kindly walking our butts to the dumpster by an unlocking noise and a clerk who was well almost unfriendly questioning us. I told him we were just smoking first he went back in LOCKING the door again made us stand outside for several minutes knocking when he finally let us in he made me put my election behind the counter and was not very pleased to be there. Miss the other night clerk he was funny interacted with us enjoyed going there then, now I doubt I’ll go back unless I have too :( you lost a few hundreds every week or two Bye $$

Everytime I go in Amanda is great she is very helpful in all areas. If you have a question she can not answer it she finds the answer for you and always has a smile. If it is something they do not carry she will recommend you a item that is justas good if not better. Thank you for always taking care of me.

Manager was extremely friendly, while I was shopping she asked if I needed help and what I was shopping for. I informed her it was an Anniversary, she offered some suggestions. After my purchase she motioned me to her office and gave me a few samples, told me to enjoy our night. Been a customer ever since! Very discreet not busy and I felt comfortable.!

It was my husbands bday today and I didnt know what to get cause Im not privy on the smoking life. I went in expecting to get a good recommendation from the cashier. The cashier, Amanda, was so nice and explained all the inventory to me extensively so I knew exactly what I needed. She explained what would be best to get within my budget, as well as what she thought would fit my husbands needs. Needless to say my husband is in love with his new smoke tool, and I would recommend going to woodys for all your smokers needs!!!! 10/10 would recommend going to woodys and if you get a chance, talk to Amanda!!!!

My gf and I stopped by the other night and truly enjoyed the customer service Tina provided us. She really went out of her way to take care of us. Her knowledge and assistance was personal and thorough. Will definitely visit her again. Thanks Tina.

I had to give a rating of one star otherwise I couldnt leave a review, had it not been for that reason this place wouldnt get a single star. I recently went by to purchase some tattoo ink. I purchased it, and before leaving I notice the ink was very dry in the tubes. I went back in the store almost immediately and addressed this issue with the clerk. A very polite young woman, and a young man they were fairly new I think. She called her boss to see what could be done and he said over the phone to me that he doesnt do store credit or refunds, and dry ink is what I have. I began to tell him that is basically robbery and soon we were in a heated argument. Rather than conduct themselves like a business they choose to swindle their customers. I guess its my fault for going there in the first place when there are other places that offer ink. Buyer beware with this place.

How can you be that rude and still be in business. Very very rude lady in there. Guess she was mad because I interrupted her lunch! Terrible terrible experience. Wont be back. Ever! Would give a negative star if I could

This place is terrible , they sell defective products that’s why they don’t do refunds. I tried to go ask a question about a vape I bought there the manager started raising her voice saying no refunds then called the police and lied telling them I smell like weed. Very very bad service and I feel her feud was racially charged DO NOT GO THERE. There are great shops on Texas ave.

If I could rate it a 0 I would but it doesn’t allow it! Robin the “new store manager” is extremely rude. Has no knowledge of the products she carries within her store and refuses to give a price over the phone. Why is that? Is she charging people by the way they look. I believe that’s wrong and I will never come back to this location again.

Sold me an expired drink and did not want to exchange it.Employee (male) with long hair was a real dick about it. Should find a different job maybe in a wearhouse where your away from people.

This place is too expensive. Other smoke shops in the area have better prices. Not to mention they quote different prices over the phone to my wife and me. I guess its cheaper to be a female here. Will take my money elsewhere.

Manager was friendly and informed on upcoming deals in the store. Very open and well lit. Not too busy. Be careful when getting into the parking lot

Didnt mention additional charges then wouldnt retrove manager after I asked and wouldnt fix the bill. Cashier was obviously high and rude.

The gentleman behind the counter was extremely rude ,and unprofessional as well as ,uniformed about the product he was supposed to be selling. Your staff needs to be more educated about your product.

Has a little bit of everything employees are friendly and carry good knowledge of products would definitely recommend

Got a small vape and I absolutely love it and it works perfectly and the employees are super nice and helpful.

Failed to inform me that there is a dollar upcharge for using debit/credit and he was rude when I asked about the charge. Dont bother with this place and their rude service.

Kelly is very helpful and sweet. Ever since the new manager has taken over it is also very clean.

If you want to be limited to a small selection of the cheapest products available at a 300% mark up then Woodys is the place for you.
