These shops are the best place to go. I know the people there by their first names. The owner is outstanding. Tasha makes her stores so beautiful. Its a great experience every time I go there. The only problem I have is that the people she has working for her, are mostly college kids, sometimes they graduate and I dont get to see them again 🥺

Hands down the best smoke shop I’ve ever been in. Extremely friendly staff, great prices, and great products. They allow you to test products before purchasing, and recommend similar/better brands to what you were originally intending on purchasing. I would recommend everyone ditch their current favorite store and start shopping at tooters

I get all of my vaping equipment, supplies, and juices from the Bryan location. The staff is always extremely helpful.Matt is kind of a tool but Bailey and Anna are cool!The owner is an awesome lady and I love doing business with them.Oh, and Matt is a cool dude! I just had to mess with him a little.

GREAT SERVICE! Nice and clean shop and if 21+ you can test out sterilized vapes before you buy! I love this store and will be definitely be coming back sooner within the week!!!

The lady that owns that place is amazing. The only vape shop that lets you try it before you buy it. She treated my kids even better than me.

Great prices, terrible management. manager on site had an open conversation about how i dont care thats her only day off, shes working at my store. shouldnt have taken the position if she couldnt handle it. im working (forgot number) doubles in a row as imagine talking openly about how youre not giving a worker any days off just because you decided to not care about your own schedule and well being. wont be going there anymore until they show they care about their workers.

Weve been going to them for over a year now and they used to be well stocked. Now they barely have products anymore and their new location is far more difficult to get in and out of. I went there today and there is no possible way to get out; unless you go in the opposite direction you need to go. Their old location parking lot was a bit cramped; but at least I could get in and out easily. I do not think we will be returning customers anymore. This new location is just too unsafe for those of us who are cautious drivers. We are giving our business to Fattys now.

My experience here has been a real delight. My favorite location so far has been the Texas Ave by Villa Maria. Very helpful in many ways like describes product, helps put them together n recommends whats best. Will continue my service here n recommended to all my friends n family.

Everytime I go to Tooters in Bryan, Tx, I always get exceptional service from the employees and they just make me feel very comfortable. There honest about the products if you ask questions and they dont say I dont know when you ask them their opinion on something like a juice flavor or something like that. Its my go to store and always will be. Im even hoping to get a job there soon if theyre hiring!!!!! So I hope you see this MATT or whoever the hiring manager is because I know Id be awesome working for your store.

TooTers is by far the best Vape Shop Ive ever experienced! They are always so helpful, so happy, and super chill. They have free snacks and drinks to take just for stopping by. The owner is really nice and willing to help. And of course, really great prices. I always go here over anyone else!

Went during shift change apparently. I walked up and the doors were locked during regular business hours. I was confused as it said open. I noticed a car in the parking lot taking up a lot of space. Started wondering what happened. I decided to ask and they told me shift change, so Im guessing the next person was late. That was a disappointing situation so I never got to try the place.

I love this Tooters. It has the same friendly helpful staff as the other Tooters in CS and its closer to my house and work. The times I went in there, it seemed there were much less college kids than at the other store. Sometimes I feel old around all those kiddos 🤣But they have free drinks and snacks, a big screen TV and a couch to hang out on. You can sample all the different house flavors and the staff have always been happy to help me. They carry kratum there which is great and its good quality with a good price. We stopped ordering it online because the price here is actually better. Today when I went, they were out of my usually house flavor and the very nice guys there suggested another one that is similar in taste but... Its actually better! So ... Yayyy! I have a new favorite flavor. Thank you guys! Keep up the good work.

The owner, TINA was actually there during our 1st visit. She provided us with the BEST customer service that we have ever received at any public establishment that we have ever been to! Also, her store helpers at both the Bryan & CS locations have treated us with the up most respect every time we have returned (except the red headed mgr at the Bryan location, his cust. serv skills are lacking thereof to say the least).

Love going here. Knowledgeable staff who really just want to make sure you get the right products and leave happy. Great deals and they always have a couple specials going.

I used to enjoy having convenient shops locally that had decent selection, however since the pandemic they have highly disappointed me. No employees wear masks, and do not require customers to wear masks. There is no reason to endanger customers. The customer service is unmatched by any shop around town or any vape shop i ever entered. There simply is no where else to go for low prices and a great experience! Both Tooters, in my opinion, are the best of the best. Their customer service is perfect and they really do make you feel like a family! Jeff has always helped us out when we had a question, and Nicole has always made sure we were taken care of! Tooters should be everyones go-to vape shop.

Best shop if youre in bryan, came in to replace a tank and buddy said no, i was like what? So he proceeded to repair it and saved me some money so I was able to purchase a bottle of the one and some coils. Definitely coming back even tho I live no where near

Just wanted to give an updated review. Tooters is FAR AND AWAY the BEST vape shop anywhere close to B/CS. Their owners and staff ALWAYS go above and beyond just “good” service - they truly make their customers like family and will do whatever they can to help them/us with whatever we need... even when it’s a sacrifice for them. As long as I vape, I will NEVER go anywhere else. If they don’t have what you need, just ask... they’ll get it and make sure you get it. Love this place. Adam is great at the Harvey location and it’s alway nice to catch up with Tasha at the Bryan location. She turned me on to Kratom and it has helped me with my back pains

The staff has a great knowledge of the products and can point you in the right direction if you need help. They dont try to push off expensive MODS, they give you what works for you. I tell everyone to go here.

I came into tooters to try and quit dipping. Bailey was very informative. He took his time and listened to me. He took the information i gave him and made me a juice that helped me. I have started slowing down on my dip usage and i will not visit any other vape shop in bryan college station. Tooters has earned my business for life. I am thankful for Baileys knowledge and his patience in helping me.

One way that Tooters will always stand above other shops is the service they provide after youve already made your purchase. If your new vape isnt working properly and it obviously isnt due to misuse or something, they typically will fix it or replace it without a second thought.This is nice, considering other shops will blame their distributor or some other outside factor before showing you the door.

Really cool guys working in there providing outstanding service and knowledge about the juices and vapes. Even though they were out of pods he still called around for me trying to find some. Keep up the good work!👍

Selection wasnt horrible. Not great, though.Very unprofessional atmosphere. I get that vape stores are somewhat counter-culture-ish, but the cussing and carrying on was simply too much. Im a pipeliner and was once a deckhand (ie: sailor), so Im not senstive to colorful language, but this was overboard (*zing*).On top of it, when the owner came in, they started blatantly gossiping about employees who werent present, and not in a flattering way.I gave a list of what I was looking for in a vape pen, and was then recommended something that fit almost none of my criteria.During the purchase I was not recommended any extra anything, be it liquid or coils. The guy really just wasnt that interested. Not really how Id want my business run, but the lady who I gathered was the owner (she came in with a money bag and set it on the counter) didnt step in or say anything, so I guess thats how they roll. Not a great experience overall.

The customer service here is great every time I come in I actually stopped going to the other vape shops because of this I never feel pressured into buying anything just great hospitality all around

Ive been vaping for 6 months and my best experience so far in product and customer service at both stores have been greatI come here from Houston and spend $50-60 every time.I was caught off gaurd today though when the price of the Novo pods just about doubled.Ill still shop here though , Ill just get my pods in houstHo

Had a unit go bad, tried to fix it myself thereby voiding the warranty but they took an exchange anyways. Very helpful staff and good variety of mixex/flavors. Hit them up for all your vaping needs!

Brought a vape back, that didnt last, even thou I was told if this one gave me any trouble to bring it back and the receipt in and they would make it right, all he did was make excuses and didnt replace or give me my money back.
