Had a poor experience a day or 2 ago, finally a Screw in dab vape, IT was Terrible, U HIT IT AND NO COUGH. Watery and was gone in 1 day, I barely hit it, Well I was asked by a review specialist to come in and Remedy this issue. And they did, they understood completely, Gave me a New Expensive Vape TORCH to replace it and for my inconvenience. What a wonderful day. Thanks Chain Vapors.

Great owner who really cares that youre satisfied with any products you buy. Will go out of his way to find you what you need. I have moved out of south buffalo recently but still come to this shop even when others are less of a drive for me.

My Hyde I only had for a day and it gotdamaged... both ends of it started spraying out so I took it back in and that amazing owner gave me a new one shes the best!!!!!!!!!💯💪

Since moving to south buffalo I started coming here. Now I love the store so much I refuse to go anywhere else. The employees are amazing. Especially the guy who I think is the manager. And the blond chic with tattoos 😉😉

The store is not convient to my location BUT I go out of my way to come here because they have a great selection of juices and hardware and the prices are by far the best Ive come across. The owner and staff are outstanding.

Good service, helpful employees. They have botch custom house juice and premium juices so there isnple ty to choose from as far as vaping goes. They also carry many other products and I really like the selection.

This is our GO TO vape shop!!! The owners and the staff are very knowledgable, friendly and incredibly accomodating! They have a vast selection of products & juices and their prices are reasonable. We usually visit weekly!!

While its not one of the cheaper vape shops in the area, it can be worth sacrificing for convenience. Chain Vapors also has a fun reward system for purchases via the Clover app.
