Great place. I use Vaporesso GTi coils and searched everywhere and no one seemed to carry them. They had them. I was looking for specific vape equipment, they offered to order it for me. Very professional and knowledgeable both on the phone and in person. I am the type of person who is loyal to businesses I frequent… after 20 years out of state I moved back… looks like I found my new vape shop!

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Has an issue with a value I purchased. One staff member gave me a hard time but eventually did assist me. The other guy with the beard always knows what you’re asking and how to help.

Convenient location with large selection of products and glass along with super friendly staff. Will definitely return!

Sold me a defective disposable vape would not return. I don’t like wasting $25 on a vape that’s burnt. Hyde vanilla. Was told “oh well”. Last time I go there for my product.

If your going to any other vape shop in Buffalo just stop .Cloud 9 is the beat vape shop in Buffalo you cant dispute it anyway, from their great customer service to the shops are always clean and organized. The one specifically on hertel is awesome. I talked to the cashier once about specific product I was looking for and sure I stopped in today and they had the piece and specifically remembered talking to me about. All around awesome place to shop and they actually care

The owner is a really solid guy who greets you once every time you walk in the door. Has a huge variety of products for good prices. The service is phenomenal. I highly recommend giving this place a try.

Great friendly service. Just went there to pick up some coils and juice, but plan to go back this weekend to get a new vape machine. My friend however bought a $500 gravity feed hookah. From them and are deeply satisfied with it.

Love cloud 9!!! They have a great stock of everything you could want or need in Vapes and CBD. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They also have a large selection ofglassware their hours are great 7 days a week Monday through Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Sundays 11:00 to 7:00. 😘

I always go into cloud nine for a majority of my Tobacco needs. The customer service is outstanding. If you need anything they will do their best to accommodate you and help you get what you are looking for if they don’t already have it. The place is very clean and organized and has a great overall vibe.

The staff here are very knowledgeable. I am very much a review person but I bought a new device solely on the recommendation of Kal (I think that was his name). I grew to trust him after discussing different options and my new device (a Smok Nord) has perfectly suited my needs. This is definitely the place to go for vapers in North Buffalo. I will be back.

The customer service of the store was fantastic and the interior was clean and inviting. The staff was efficient and helpful along with them having a large selection of products for many uses.
