By far my favorite vape shop!! Employees have been so helpful with helping me find the right flavors. ( I suffer from migraines so certain flavors or smells can set me up for horrible head pain).

I was going to buy a vape online until i discovered this vape shop not too far from where i live. So i came here and the staff recommended the very same vape i wanted to buy online! Easily decided the vape i wanted and was a very smart decision. I love my new vape! i like the juice that was recommended too. Friendly staff and perfect recommendations. I love this place. Big selection, decent prices and an awesome loyalty program. You can also get random coupons at check out like half of your entire purchase. They always have 3 for $24 on tons of disposables. They have great customer service. I had a vape not work after leaving the store and they let me exchange no questions asked.Lastly the owner will get things in for you if you are after something they dont have not too mention is super handsome 😊

The workers are super helpful and happy. Honest recommendations. They are very willing to order something if they dont have it in store.Edit: One more thing I wanted to add. They have never tried to sell me more products than what I come in for. I really appreciate that and its one of the many great things about this place that makes me coming back. Literally the only place I go for vape supplies. Very knowable and helpful staff. I have bought a few mods from them and they never try and push me into a more expensive one, on the contrary they explain that I may be happier with a less costly item. The rewards system they have is also very generous. Keep up the great work you are an amazing small business

Was in there just this last weekend was very new to this they were very helpful and chill. They said take your time look around not pushy at all troy and hus guys know there stuff and yes i signed up for the points program. And they set the wife up the next day thanks guys

I absolutely love this place, they are super friendly and custom make my juice just the way I like it!On the down side.. They have a high turn over rate and the new employees dont have a clue how to make my very easy juice and I have had to leave high and dry many times, Which tends to make me a little grumpy..If You cant keep employees around, please TRAIN your new employees BEFORE you leave them alone so I dont have to start going somewhere else!

First time there, the gentleman was kind, professional, thorough explaining things to me (first time vaper for me) He was patient as well. Im under the assumption his name is Patrick. I bought two setups. Both are amazing. Two different flavors. A week and a half later I had forgotten how to change the coil so I went in and asked if he could show me, the same man was there and he did show me. They are all so patient and professional. I didnt feel out of place when I walked in either. Youre greeted and treated pleasantly. Ill be returning for sure. Thanks for the good business.

A smaller shop that has everything you could possibly want. They focus on vaping products. Staff knows my husband on first name basis (Joey, lol) and orders things we mention if they dont have it. Awesome place. Also very knowledgeable about different vaping choices.

Tyler is the most helpful person I have met. He is always willing to help with anything and everything. By far the best vape shop! I have been going here for years and today I was in need of some assistance with products for dog who is in some pain....he was more than happy to help, and taught me a lot about CBD products....Never had a bad experience here and thought they deserve to know they are TOP NOTCH!!! Pros-The staff is very friendly! I wont recommend any other shop in the buffalo area! They also have a large selection of juice and hardware!Cons-The juice is very good however a little over priced compared to online. The quality of rhe juice that is there brand name isnt that great. I guess you have to pay more for not having to wait for it to be shipped.

Smokin Monkey NEVER disappoints!! This particular purchase, I was in a desperate situation with my vape and needed a new one. I text the number they provided for orders during this pandemic on a Sunday evening and wasnt expecting to receive a response but did within minutes!!! Came to the Buffalo location today and sat in the front for a half hour or longer before I decided to leave because no one showed up to open the store at 10 oclock as its stated they open at 10 mon-fri. Honestly thats poor business and I watched 6 people as well as myself pull up wait and then leave in that amount of time I waited yall are losing business because you dont put your customers first js I will not go there again after todays visit

Stopped in yesterday to pick up a new mod after having fallen off the wagon and gone back to smoking for a few years. Andre was behind the counter and helped get me up to date on the new mods, pod regulations, and this new salt nicotine thing. Super friendly and knowledgeable. So much so, that he inadvertently convinced my girlfriend to finally try vaping, to help her quit smoking.He and I went over a few options for myself, and he helped me settle on an Argus GT160, which is pretty close in size and function to my favorite old IPV D3, and an extra Adapt PnP pod.Next, he gave me his thoughts on some new juice flavors when asked and, I ended up with 2 great flavors. The Pacha Mama Mint Leaf Honeydew and Off the Record LAMF are both excellent.My girlfriend wanted something a little simpler and he helped her pick out a Caliburn pen and a house menthol liquid to get her started.My only criticism is that the mods are a little overpriced when compared to online retailers, like DirectVapor. The Argus I purchased was marked for $69.99 on the shelf, but since my girlfriend and I were both purchasing entire new kits, juice, etc; he hooked me up and knocked $10 off the mod. That brought it down to $59.99. However, I was able to find the same mod online for

SAVAGE PREMIUM TRILOGY VI is off the charts & is the only reason I switched from nasty (cough), smelly cigarettes. Seriously, this blend turned me from a 25yr smoker into a vaper overnight.
