This place and the gentleman that were working when I bought a cart tonight were awesome. There is a massive selection of products. The atmosphere is very clean and welcoming. I did seek consultation and explained what I was looking for. I expressed that I did NOT want to be misled and would be mad if the product sucked. The vape cart I bought was a different kind of fun than Im used to, but well worth the price. I highly recommend this shop.

By far the best place to go to even if my drive is 25 minutes they have everything you could want plus some. Awesome staff and they have good prices as well. Highly recommend this place for your go-to. Side street to park on helps avoid traffic and get in and out quick as well

I use to go to this place until I realized how money hungry they are elf bars are 15-20 in other stores but if you come here its gonna be 25 unless you buy 2 then you can get it for 20. I get it you gotta make money but dont have to rip people off to do so.

This place was very rude. The guy asked me for my ID and I was like okay, I look young I get it. After that he kept talking over me and acting like he knows better than me. Keep in mind I just started talking to the guy, and I was being polite. I just asked him what the options are and he immediately got irritated.He didn’t even mention the receipt and he even got angry at me while I was putting in my card and made a mistake. He was like “seriously?” I literally just saw the card machine for god’s sake!All the way in the end I feel way overcharged for my product. I got something for like $18 when I know very well most places sell for like $11. In the extremely short amount of time I spent here it was terrible customer service. Didn’t even get to see the options properly because he was rushing me (the only customer at the store). I can’t believe this place has such high ratings. 1 star.

Went by and checked it out, and this place has everything! Whatever they don’t have, they could place a special order just for you. The Lounge itself was very relaxing. One of my go to places to chill nowadays. As soon as you come in, AJ becomes your new bestfriend. Love this place!

I called this morning to see if they had a coil I needed, the owner told me to just come in. About an hour later I go to go in, door is locked. Open sign on and flashing, with a sign on the door to call the owners cell phone. So I did, he said hed be back in ten minutes. I went and did an errand for twenty, came back to locked doors. Probably wont come back here, no point coming if I cant rely on it being open.

By far the best place Ive been to in Buffalo very reasonable prices all the employees are extremely polite and they always seem to accommodate all customers to the best of their abilities overall Ill give this place a 5-star rating
