Went to get a cigar last minute because I left mine at home and we were hanging out in Old Town. First the selection is very minimal. The cigars were behind glass in a cabinet with Boveda packs so I assumed the cigars were well kept. I was wrong. I picked out a couple of cigars and went to check out. They were priced about $4 to $5 more than they should have based on the type but I went ahead and made the purchase. Once I unwrapped them and attempted to cut them, I realized just how dried out they were. The wrapper just tore. I would not go here if youre looking for cigars.

It’s one thing to run a business it’s another to actually have GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. I walked in the girl was rude with a bad attitude. I go to different smoke shops around the DFW area, this by far was the worst one with the worst customer service skills. I live down the street from here and I will never go back. I don’t mind driving the extra 40 minutes to go to my favorite one in North Arlington. Cheaper and a lot more friendlier. It’s actually sad because the vape pen I got is really good. But I refuse to spend my money at a place that lacks customer service skills.
