Yan Reflexology

Called in because I saw they haveAshiatsu rails in their pictures. They said they don’t do that here and hung up on me! I would have still booked for something else but never mind. Definitely not now.

First spa experience. They were very skilled, I had serious back pain, I left feeling 100x better. The music is relaxing and the price is reasonable.

Linda was awesome! I experience a lot of elbow and scapula pain due to my job, but she made me feel 1000% better! Shes very sweet and when she needed me to clarify where my pain was she used a translation app which really came in handy. Im so glad I found this place!

I have been here twice as far as I know there is only 2 girls here because I only saw two message license hanging. I do not remember ether one of there names but the first time I got the younger of the 2 and asked for a deep tissue message. I did not want to seam like a wimp because this little girl really new how to do her job and if you ask for a deep message that is what you will get it was just what I needed but it was at times panful in some of my sore spots. I would like to get her again and I am sure I will as I will be back just asking for a lighter message. the second time I got the older lady and she was lovely and I asked for a soft message and she delivered. I will defiantly be back.

Nice and relaxing. The lady who gave me a massage was accommodating for my daughter I brought. The massage was enjoyable and I feel fresh. Will go back and recommend. I also went late after 8pm so glad they were open my shoulders needed it. She put a lot of pressure where it needed it most and relaxed on parts that didn’t. I felt like she knew where my trouble spots were. It wasn’t too dark and I felt comfortable with the lighting I loved the hot stone massage and warm towel wipe down. I got the body massage but asked her to focus on my back I did not do the foot massage.

I thought the place was well kept and the dimly lit room made it easier to relax. I felt comfortable and they didn’t make me feel like it was a chore to rub my feel. She was young but knew what she was doing and payed special attention to my problem areas without me even having to ask. The hot stones was a nice touch and will be back. They are wonderful!

Some things have changed during the pandemic like most businesses Im assuming. Except their prices. Pricing is still good. I used to love how they took their time massaging u. The most recent time I went, it was rushed and painful. True, I had tensed muscles but after asking my massage therapist to lighten up 2x, it didnt happen. And my massage was very rushed and the energy was not relaxing this time. Felt angry...Nice people before massage and when its done but I dont think I will return this time. Maybe I came on a bad day. And if thats the case, close down shop to regroup because people are coming to u for relief and relaxation..

I called yesterday to set up an appointment for 530p to do a 30 min chair massage. She said yes come at 530p. I showed up and the lady was sitting on the massage chair and told me its broken. She cant do the chair massage. I was a bit surprised she said yes on the phone and I drove from Hurst to this Burleson location because no one else in Hurst does chair massages. I was disappointed. When I asked for the table massage she said she already had an appointment with someone else. So I left. I didnt understand what the point was booking appt ahead of time.Next day, today April 30th, 2022. I decide to arrive here again for a 2nd try as a walk in at 10:30am. Cindy a different lady then before, welcomed me to the spa. She was friendly, she did a 30 minute shoulder, neck, feet massage on me. It was out of this world amazing!! I recommend Cindy and will definitely be returning and asking for her. She did a excellent deep tissue massage & got out all my kinks and knots from sleeping on my neck wrong and I had pulled a shoulder muscle. Everything felt much better after Cindys massage my previous pain went from a 10 to a 2. Thank you Cindy!!

Never again! You can probably get a bad one hour massage anywhere for $60. On the phone they tell you its $40, but when you get there, its $60. The communication was very poor, they could speak very little, if any, english. I wouldnt go back if it was $30. They were cooking something that stunk, and was not what you want to smell during a massage. I left there with the same crick in my neck that I went in with. Im not sure who is leaving all of these positive reviews.

The girls there a very good! Great shoulder Massage and foot reflexology。 So friendly and professional！ I will go again!Went again! I think they have gotten better since last visit! They work so hard to give a great massage! Very professional and Thorough. I always feel relaxed when they finish!

Terrible customer service. They will tell you to come for a massage but have you waiting over an hour to even start. After I complained, the manager also took the time to get my phone number from their caller ID and send me harassing text messages.***edited***This business has been in Burleson for several years. Whether you have new management or not, does not mean you established the business at a different time. Clearly, based on the poor reviews about new management, I wouldn’t be proud.

I will not be returning to this establishment. the man that works here is always unnecessarily rough and impatient, going so far as to toss towels and throw what feels like tantrums. Hes a brute in his massages to a point where, this most recent time, I actually cried because of the amount of force. It felt like he was punching my back and just yanking on my skin. If you value a pain free experience, you wont get it from here.

Since the new ownership took over this year the service has went downhill. I have called to make an appointment four times. Each time I’m told they had an opening. I booked and every single time I’m told we are busy, no opening, come back later. The lady is rude each time. If you want great service with great prices go to the Burleson one next to Walmart.

Great pricing, they are great at helping you unwind. Really good massage skills and flow to the massages. Left relaxed each time with different massage therapists.

It was nice but more like an all around massage with hot stones at the end than reflexology if thats what youre specifically looking for, which I was. There wasnt a lot of focus on specific pressure points which I have come to expect from my reflexology sessions in New York. But it was nice.

I feel like I was hit by a truck... but in a good way. Peter worked out all the stress and tension in my neck and shoulders and had me so relaxed that I needed a nap afterwards. Just amazing. Thank you!

This used to be my favorite place, but Betty is no longer there, and the new management leaves MUCH to be desired- I left and came to Foot Joy tonight. I won’t be back to Yans- and that really makes me sad! Very poor customer service tonight!

Betty is AMAZING!!! She cares about her clients! Her full back vertical massage is so relaxing. My neck and shoulders at times are on fire with stress and tension, Betty instinctively knows how to work that stress out of my neck and shoulders.

4 stars for the body massage! I got a male reflexologist there (didn’t get his name) and he hit every pressure point in my neck to release my migraine!Decreasing a star because the only bad thing about this place is that... it smells like a hotel room with cigarettes and it hurts my head a bit. Hopefully they can read this review and fix it because I’d like to come back!

Was given a gift card no expiration date went to use it lady said would only honor half the gift card amount. After I asked why she said it was too old even tho there is no expiration date needless to say I will never go or recommend this company to anyone Ever!

Me and my 2 daughters had an apple at 6 but this other man comes in and they go ahead with him which leaves 1cof us with no massage for 30 minutes ..the man is too heavy handed and he pushed so hard it tore a muscle...will never go back and now Im out the 50.00 for poor massage and 350 for co pay and meds

Betty gave me the best deep tissue massage, she worked me over very good. I needed that so bad. I will be back she is the best I have had ever.

Such a ridiculous experience I didnt even get a message and I was still out $60.... all I can say is wow and not in a good way.

This place has now lost my business. It is 7 o’clock on a Saturday and they say they’re open till nine but they are closed and this is happened before.

I paid for half a massage. Pretty rude. Wanted more money because masseuse was slow.
