Front Lady wasnt friendly at all. I made my appointment for 6:30 pm I got there and she asked my ethnicity not even a hi it anymore. My message didnt start till 6:48 the message was decent but it was cut short. It was disturbing because he went to get a towel and came back and left the door open. Soon shortly the lady started asking him if he was almost done very loudly as they were shouting across the rooms. I find that very disrespectful as he was not done with my massage just because they started late they cut it short. Be aware that she charges an extra fee and its behind one of her little signs if you dont pay cash you pay extra for paying with card which she did not tell me over the phone. Then I told her I dont carry cash she said you do it the American way. Well we are in America and so is she no need for those type of comments. Terrible customer service from her.

I went today for the first time in over 20 years to have a massage. I was more than pleased. Jim gave the best massage. While his English is very limited I found a way to understand what he was telling me. My shoulders and neck fell so much better. The reception area & room I was in was so clean & well kept. I highly recommend Royal Spa.

I came here a few days ago to make an appointment for a massage. A girl answered the phone at that time. When I came in, the girl told me that a man would serve me today. She asked for my consent and we started the massage. It was a very bad experience. I told the male masseur that I only needed 30 minutes. He didnt understand English at all and couldnt communicate. After he did it for 75 minutes, the front desk staff thought it was an hour. The male masseur said that it was 90 minutes. I explained to the front desk that I only asked for 30 minutes and he did 75 minutes. Note that this male masseur smelled of cigarettes and kept chewing gum. He didnt understand English at all and couldnt communicate. I wanted a deep tissue massage, and it felt like he didnt massage at all. Very light pressure. If you dont ask for a designated masseur when making an appointment, you will be randomly assigned a masseur like me. I dont want anyone to have such an experience as mine. I was introduced by a friend and didnt expect to encounter such an experience. However, when I went to the front desk and explained it clearly to the front desk, the front desk was very understanding and apologized. They only charged me half an hour. They are very honest, so I still give this company a five-star praise! Next time I make an appointment I will definitely not ask for a male masseur. I’m just telling everyone that I don’t want you to be like me.

My first time getting a massage and Hannah did an amazing job on the deep tissue massage. She knew which spots were bad and she worked on those the most. My back and neck were so tense, she made sure to relieve that tension!

I was in so much pain after a couple of arm injuries and then overdoing things in dance classes. My body felt crumpled over most of the time, I couldnt sleep through the night without pain, and I would have random spasms that would bring tears to my eyes. After one deep tissue massage with Hannah, I felt energized and the most pain free Id been in months! I did a few more sessions over a couple weeks time and felt like a new person. I am finding my flexibility and strength again, not to mention comfort. Though I still have some healing to do before Im totally pain-free, Hannah has brought me back to life. Thank you!

Amazing deep tissue massage. I spend too much time working at my desk and it had really aggravated my shoulders and lower back. I went in to see Hanna and she worked out all the tension getting nice and deep, it was a very relaxing environment and Hanna listened super well to focus on where I was hurting. After she gave me some stretches to help loosen those tight muscles. I will be a repeat customer again soon and I cant recommend her enough.

Only had 30 minutes but Hannah did a wonderful job. Told her where my pain was and she focused her time there with no wasted movements. Definitely come back again, but make an appointment for sure.

Today I meet Hannah and without a doubt I was probably not a good client (only my 2nd time to ever get a massage)there were time it hurt (but I dont do pain)with that being said she adjusted and explained why it hurt. I can say she is AWESOME. I do feel so much better. She told me if I dont come back to make sure to do the exercise she showed at home it will help with the tension and stiffness.To me that is a person that looks out for the greater good of a human. So if your looking to a get massage see Hannah.

Wow so thankful I found this place after reading all the great reviews. My back had been hurt and sore for a week and after getting a Deep Tissue massage from Hanna I can’t belive how great it feels now. She also recommend 4 stretches to help loosen my muscles and help correct the back pain at home. Thanks for the help!!

Hannah was absolutely amazing!! It was my first massage ever and she made me feel so comfortable and pointed out exactly the problems I was having and how to fix them. She even showed me stretches to do everyday to relieve stress in my shoulders and back! Will definitely be back!

I happened to walk in on a slow day and was ushered right in. The staff was friendly and made me feel great, and even shared some tips to help alleviate some of my sore spots at home with some easy exercises. I will definitely be back.

Okay, I will have to agree. Hannah did an awesome job. I have major issues due to injuries, and this is the first time in years I felt this good. The deep tissue message did the job and then some. That was hands down the most amazing massage ever! I will definitely be back without a doubt! The lady that gave me my massage was very good at what she does! When I was almost finished she was also very kind and helpful to tell me some ways to help prevent the pain and discomfort I had, stretches, firmness of mattress, how to rest my head on the pillow, etc. She was extremely knowledgeable about muscles and what was likely to be causing my particular problems… I don’t think I could ever go anywhere else it just wouldn’t ever be the same!!

Being a Disabled Vet with serious back and neck injuries, it doesn’t take much to “hurt” my back more. Feeling more intense pain, limited mobility, constipation, and no sleep in two days. I was in desperate need of attention. My normal therapist was out so I went to Google Maps and looked up massage parlors near me. I picked Royal that had longer business hours and read some of the reviews on Hannah. Wasn’t holding my breath being the last minute and on the Friday before Christmas. But Hannah was able to get me in. 1st off, she was very professional and had a great attitude. Her skill level was fantastic. At my age, I have pain from head to toe. Hannah worked on all the areas that needed attention and then some. But she also listened to me and did not work the areas that had physical damage, I.e. my broken neck.When we were finished, my pain was gone. I could stand up straight . . . Oh, and I went to the bathroom !!! That was major for me. I highly recommend Hannah and will be coming back to her again. Ron

This place is great!!! Went in because of neck/shoulder pain, and I walked out feeling so much better. Facilities are very clean and staff was very professional. Walk-ins are welcome, but (me just being me) I called for same day just to be sure. I would definitely recommend this place.

A waste of time. I drive from Burleson, Texas, to purchase supplements to curb my appetite. There was only one lady there and appeared to know very little about that department. I had to show her what I knew on my cellphone supplements options to look for in her department, including the side effects. It was very sad to even witness her attempts to help me. It is challenging to receive good, knowledgeable customer services these days. 😔

Worst massage experience ever. Would be 0 stars if possible...I dont remember the ladies name, but I wouldnt recommend her... or this place... ever.When she started the massage, the first question she asked was why I had asked how much the massage would be. I explained that some places charged twice as much as they did, and I couldnt afford that. She proceeded to tell me how much rent was and how it broke down per customer due to only having a few customers a day and how they barely make more than a waiter at a restaurant that requires no experience, education, or license. She just kept going on about the fact that they offer such a great rate for massages but make very little profit.After that rant, she finally started asking questions that would typically be asked by a massuer. She asked me the last time I had a massage. When I told her it had been over a year, she said that this was going to hurt. (That was an understatement but I didnt think much of it at the time as it had been a while since my last massage and I was very tense.) She asked me where my pain spots were. I told her upper back and feet. All made sense...Until she asked me if I worked manual labor because I had a strong back, like a man. (Im a woman!) I explained that I work on my feet, which is why my feet hurt. I told her I had arthritis in my feet that flares up due to working long hours on my feet. She said, No, your feet hurt because you are very heavy. (WHAT!!) Then, when she started rubbing my body (and I specifically say rubbing because there was very little attention to the muscles and knots themselves), she just kept rubbing the same spots over and over. Then, she says she is going to have to walk on my back because youre very heavy (again!), and she was too small to massage my strong back. She then started giving me unsolicited advice about how to lose weight. I even tried to explain that I work full-time (close to 50 hours a week), and my time outside of work is spent with my baby and resting. When she asked how old my baby was and I said 9 months, she then began to insinuate that I was lazy because she had lost all her baby weight after 6 months. She said, You have to make time for it, as if how I choose to spend my time off isnt good enough. First off, I never said I was pregnant. I adopted a baby. So my extra weight has nothing to do with that. I simply dont have very much time to spend on myself because my focus is on my child! (Note: I didnt bother to correct her because I felt like she would have then told me I had no excuse for being very heavy.) Second, not everyone can drop weight so easily and quickly. Some people have health conditions and medkcations that make it harder to lose weight.I felt body shamed the entire time, and Im only 20lbs over the weight range for my body type and age. Not to mention that I have bruises all over my body from where she dug into my body relentlessly. (She never bothered to ask if the pressure was good or acknowledge the fact that I said ow and squirmed several times...) I regret not getting up and walking out. I regret wasting my time and money; especially leaving her a 5% tip (which I only left because she very bluntly pointed it out after reminding me how she doesnt make very much money.) I will never be going back there again and will never refer anyone to their business.
