This is an update on 8-24. I’m going to keep the 5 star rating but I have word for management. I’m 63 and I can spot the woke young person a mile away and lately I’ve noticed them hanging out in the shop.They keep hanging out and I will switch shops. They are just simply disrespectful in every way you can name. That’s all I will say. My original review below stands. For now.If you read my reviews you know I try to be specific and detailed. No use here really. Can you get the stuff (other than there own brand) online much cheaper? Of course.That being said just great people. The kind of attitude and kindness you just don’t see much anymore. My review is based on the fact the main dude is as good a young man as I’ve met in a long time. If you buy from a store and not online I honestly have to say if you live in the area as far as I’m concerned they deserve you give them a try and see for yourself.If I could give 6 stars I would and I’m 63 so it’s not like I havnt been around the block 10000 times but in there is like waking into what most establishments were once like in the 70s. Unfortunately it ain’t that way any longer.Thank you social media, academia and the main stream media for doing your best to ruin an entire generation of young people.

Had the flavor I wanted plus a new one that was pretty amazing. Nice location and they have an awesome selection. Staff was friendly and helpful with their suggestions. Quick service as well, I was in and out in no time.

Stopped in and had a very informative conversation with Cody about the different options available throughout the shop. Took the time to take me from one wall and the options & differences all the way around the shop and then took the time to find me a disposable beginner option to get started with so I can come back and get set up with a better vape set after I try things out. Now thats customer service in a time of everyone just wanting a paycheck for doing nothing. Highly recommend this location for any of your vape needs. I know Ill be going back.

The staff here is amazing. Very friendly and helpful. I like their selection. I visit for Kratom and gummies. The rewards program is an unexpected bonus. The vibe is fantastic. Thanks y’all

First time here new to vaping I didn’t know if they had what I wanted and I showed a picture and he said he couldn’t sell me the product because he thought it was for someone else. Very petty would not recommend

Great store, I came in for a smoking replacement and the staff got me set up with a salt nicotine vape to start and educated me more on how to go about walking down the nicotine content and switching away from salts when Im ready. Ive never witnessed the staff be anything less than pleasant, I was quite surprised by the somewhat recent negative reviews. Highly recommend for pricing and selection as well.

The liquid at this location is horrible. I thought last time is was a fluke. No, its horrible.

Violet vapor in Burleson is an amazing and helpful environment. They have pretty much anything you need for your vaping needs. Highly recommend this place.

Everything I happened to pick up was marked expired. Things have evidently been sitting on their own for a long time here. I didnt see many people in here, and many of the reviews appear to be bogus. So locate another trustworthy smoking shop except here.

Don’t waste your money here. Every time I purchase a disposable vape it lacks flavor or has none at all the next day.. & this has happened more than twice. Wouldn’t recommend this shop

Went to violet vapor hoping that this was a sister company or same as ultra violet. Which it was, and the customer service and staff are amazing people. Very helpful, very knowledgeable. Super clean inside, Best prices. Dont waste your hard earned money and time anywhere else other then this place or ultra violet...highly recommend this place

Suuuper nice people, very helpful, and happy to help you look for your current product or suggest a new one! They suggested ELF bars and Ive been buying them/variations of them ever since (by variations I mean King Pod Elf bars etc) Theyre always quick to point out new flavors or personal favorites of theirs, which is how I found the Starzz candy one🥰I recommend this shop

Violet Vapor is great. Staff was super knowledgeable and friendly. Katie was awesome and got me setup with everything I needed to start. I tried to shop online elsewhere first, but was overwhelmed and confused by all the options. Katie did a great job helping me figure out where to start and with what I needed. Even saved my info in my account so I dont have to figure out what I need next time. Lots of cool and various flavors and options available. Thanks!

Made a phone call to this store, they couldn’t take the time to answer my questions and with the most disrespectful tone, told me just come in dude. Will not be doing business with this location ever. Go to the one on Alta mere, they are the best.

I love their house blends and after going there never wanted to go anywhere else. Unfortunately I placed an order online and was charged 3 separate times for the products and shipping. I have been emailing them for 2 weeks and no one will email me back or refund my money. There has to be a better way to talk to someone about problems with online orders. The only number there is to call is the number for either one of there stores. They dont deal with the online orders, they go through the warehouse and they cant do anything is what I have been told by both stores. Very upsetting. This has been a nightmare.

I was in the store on Monday, 3/1/21. Jared, Nick and Drew went above and beyond to serve all the needs and wants of their customers. Both inside and curbside! Neil was super helpful in finding me the right escobar for me and they have so many flavors! With their loyalty program Im able to save money on something Id be purchasing anyway so I love this place and will def be back for all my vape needs!

Great surface and knowledgeable staff. I greatly appreciate them staying open, providing me with things needed and, being willing to gather it all up (as I basically shopped on the website) and risk my crazy shenanigans of linking a PayPal prepared auto reload card to my lost debit card I side.of Google play....basically every transaction triggered three and I didnt know it it would work

I highly recommended Violet Vapor Burleson! Very knowledgeable, helpful, and overall great staff. Good quality and fairly priced. Chill atmosphere. Been a customer here since the store opened and it’s always a good experience. The Star Wars decor legit I should add.

Edit- i needed to go to a vape shop and this was the only one on my way so i stopped. When i got my vape i gave my number and they told me i had a free vape for my warranty so they did make it right in the long run. I am leaving the negative review because i feel that people still need to k ow my negative experience. But i also feel that it does show alot that they correted the issue.DO NOT GO HERE! I have been going here for awhile now because of having my child with me most of the time and could not go inside curbside was helpful. But I purchased a pen there today. To get home and it wasnt working. So as soon as I had an issue there was NO HELP! I called to tell them and they said there policy is that if you dont try it in store or in the parking lot that ITS NO LONGER THEIR PROBLEM. By the way no on has EVER told me that policy and there is no sign on the door or anything where I could of known doing curbside. Both people I spoke to about it were extremely rude also. Unnecessarily in my opinion since I was the one who lost money. So needless to say my husband and I will be taking our business elsewhere.

I have been a regular at the Fort Worth location for a long time and it is awesome that when I step into the other locations I am always welcomed with a hug or sometimes hugs. There is a reason my loyalty lies with the VV family. Because they are family. Trust me you will not be disappointed with the atmosphere, products, prices and of course the awesome employees! I have been coming here since I first started vaping and they are always extremely helpful and friendly. I’ve never had a bad experience with them! Definitely 5 stars.

Was just going to browse the store because Ive heard how extensive their juice selection is. Ended up walking out with a new mod for my wife. I was helped by a guy named Randy. He was super informative and answered all of the questions I had about the new mod. He even recommended a few flavors that ended up being one of my new favorites. Overall really good experience. Will visit again soon!

Been going for years now. Best shop Ive been too, super friendly staff, and that guy who is mean mugging you isnt really a mean guy. Just has an rbf. Theyre all nice.

I made a phone call to ask a friend about a flavor of vape they had so I could buy one too, but they refused to sell me anything even though I am well over 21. Very rude, wouldn’t recommend.

The only store I get juice from. There hasnt been another flavor like Unicorn Ive been able to find. Excellent service every time. You guys run a very good business. Keep up the great work!

I’m sure it’s a great place and hasGood reviews but I felt rushed and they are pretty expensive for what I got at least . I told the guy I was looking for a disposable and what type of juice I liked or flavors I liked so he just kind of pointed behind the counter and said this is what we got.I had to keep asking what flavor that was on each one because I couldn’t see that far and wouldn’t really offer guidance .After about 5 min and asking questions with little help I just got a few I thought I would like and the total with $79 for 3 cheap disposables . Sadly the flavors were not good at all and just threw them away. that doesn’t have anything to do with my review though since that’s happens often with me if I don’t like the flavor since you can’t try before you buy lol.

All of the employees were so kind to me when I came into their store. They offered great advice and were all very knowledgeable about their products. Not only that, but their prices were super reasonable. I drove over 2 hours and it was VERY VERY worth it. 11/10 star review!! I will be back soon for sure.

Awesome Customer service. I have 2 little 1s and if I have them with me the employees bring my juice to my car for me, and do so with a great attitudeStill love coming to this location. Its my go to place for all my vape needs! Everyone is still so friendly and knowledgeable!!

The staff here is always so kind, and they really know their stuff! I work in the shopping complex and ALWAYS send my coworkers over to this Violet Vapor to get juice or supplies. Great place to get going with your first rig too, theyll make sure youre set up right the first time around.

The prices are good. I love the feel of the store its very modern but also feels a little more high end than some other shops. Staff where friendly and helpful. Even fixed my vape for me when I changed out the coil and messed it up. Oops.Currently my go to shop. They also create their own in house flavors which is what I used.

Was greeted immediately by a friendly staff member who was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out a new 26650 cell for my mod. Seemed to have a good selection of products. Could use a better exhaust system in the store, it wasn’t crowded and still extremely cloudy.

Every employee has been very helpful. None of them make me feel rushed when I am in there (even when I go at a time when its 1 employee and multiple customers) or make me feel stupid with any questions I may have. There are a couple of vape shops closer to me but this shop is the best so Im willing to drive a bit further.

They know how to take care of business and make their customers happy! We had purchased a mod and was having trouble we came in and the guy (can’t remeber his name) got us taken care of and now we are very happy! Thanks for not sending us out feeling disappointed! This is by far the best vape store I’ve done business with. I have been going to them for 3 years now and they have never done me wrong. They are always polite and and help with any questions I’ve had. Been goin here for yrs. Sold me pods for my device that guaranteed they fit, of course they didn’t. Too late now I already put juice in them…. Not even remotely close to fitting and for some reason they still recommended them…

This place is great! The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. I have been to other vape shops in the area but nothing compares to the level of service provided by all of the employees. They are very passionate about their jobs, and dont just try and sell you the most expensive products in the store. They listen to you and find the best product to suit your needs. They have a vast selection of house juice, which is hands down the best house juice I have found. Also, they have a great selection of premium juices, such as Beard, Vapor Maid, Triple Tap, Moose Juice, and much more! The environment is very inviting and interesting. I learn something new about a variety of subjects every time I come in. Violet Vapor is a great vape one stop shop. The employees are very friendly and helpful and never make you feel uneasy with any questions you may have. The selection of house juices are amazing. I highly suggest the Creamy banana cream its the only flavor I use!! Great prices and quick turn around time if you have to order a specialty juice.

First off let me say that I have gone to this place multiple times and with every time I go, there are new people to meet, more flavors to try and just an absolutely chill atmosphere. For someone like myself, that likes to have control of my life, I feel like I walk into a different world there. Everyone who has ever helped me have been nice, Ive even escaped there for lunch and just spent my time talking to strangers from all walks of life. It reminds me of being back in California in Berkeley, where people are so relaxed. You can tell everyone there is there for good vibes only and you are bound to make friends and learn something new! Best store ever!

I always feel like I am interrupting the staff when I come in. No one is particularly welcoming, and I hardly ever get to just chill and try juice before I buy. Its not even offered. Artisan never seemed to mind letting me sample their juices to my content. They wanted me to be happy with my purchase. I dont feel welcome enough to stick around when I go into violet vapor.

My go to shop! Staff are very laid back and knowledgeable about flavors and brands, everything is clean & tidy, and the Falcon Heavy in house juice is great. I havent wanted a different flavor in months.

There is no other vape shop like this one. A very unique, chill place to be at. No matter what mood youre in, as soon as you walk in the door the atmosphere just relaxes you. Good music and the absolute best customer service. You can ask these guys anything and if they dont know (which Ive never heard one of them say that) they will get the answer for you. Very helpful people with any problems you have whether youre a seasoned vaper or just starting off, they will help you every with every step. Especially Shelby. This lady is absolutely awesome when it comes to customer service. You always hear hello from her when you walk in and a see you later when you walk out. This will be my vape shop from now on. No other store comes close to this one.

First time visit. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable with their product. Also offered friendly advice to beginner vapors like me. Clean location with plenty of seating, plenty of parking out front. Did not push unnecessary products to a new customer like me.

Have been here so many times and they have been just as friendly and informative as day 1. The knowledge and the product selection is top notch and some of the best eliquids around!

This shop has gone the way of the birds. The seedy atmosphere with people laying on couches high on whatever they can get their hands on instead of working is rather off putting.I was once an frequent customer at Violet. It was once a fountainhead of good business, but has overflown into a cesspool of bad service and worse atmosphere in the past months. Were they awesome, good vendors once? Of course. But not anymore. I have gone in countless times for a replacement vape for the original one they sold me. I was told they would be getting in the tips for my vape and yet Violet failed consecutively. After showing the employee running the register how my tip(The second tip I had previously bought) was faulty and would like a replacement. I asked for the manager after the most imbecilic reply from the employee ringing me up to be told that the manager was on the phone, which as everyone who as ever worked anywhere, meant the manager was not even there. They didnt even card me.This is America where you vote with your dollar. Im not voting for them anymore.Im not great at math but patronizing and treating a customer like a complete idiot, an idiot with agency; an idiot who has spent over a thousand dollars at your store. I think a one time free less than $10 dollar piece of plastic to replace the ones I previously purchased is a strong business move as it shows discretion and the fact you want people coming back to your store.Because I wont.

Love em. Used use a local smoke shop and had no problems but thanks so much more directed it makes them more knowledgeable, equiped and capable.Im able to describe a flavor or name the mod TYPE and get the things I need or try something new that hits the spot.

They always have a huge variety and 95% of the time they have the exact items I need for a variety of different mods tanks and juices!!...Not to mention their prices are better than any other shop in the DFW metroplex also they have really Awesome Hours!!

Dont trust those one star reviews, those are from the type of people who would have a problem with recieving a gold bar. This place has a great atmosphere (grape flavored) and wonderful customer service. If you feel lost they will guide you but you cant just look around like your constipated and leave without speaking your mind and leave a bad review. Shelby and chaz are fantastic. Theres a goofy bald guy that knows about everything there is to know about the business but i forgot his name hes great too.

Best vape shop in Burleson. Ive been going here since they opened. 90% of the staff goes above and beyond. Theres a noticeable difference between the customer service here and the other vape shops in Burleson. The prices are average but they give me a discount as a military vet. Bottom line, the customer service is the difference here.

Wont go back to this store again. I stopped in to get juice and only one person was friendly and everyone else acted like they were high school still. And I guess this girl that was there was one of the managers she was doing her make up and tell the others what to do it was funny I guess she was going to a club. Lol. Im just going to stick with going to the weatherford store, Foster and Emily are always helpful and mature.

They don’t stand behind their products. I purchased an $80 pen that quit working after less than an hour out the door for no apparent reason, clearly defected.. I called and explained the situation and was told “eh, I don’t know man.. nothing we can do for you”

This is one of the best vape shops to go to in or around Burleson. The staff are super friendly and very informative. The juice selection they have is quite extensive for high VG/PG premiums, house juices, and salt nic juices! Not to mention, their prices are pretty good for mods, coils, and tanks.

Nice place they didnt have the SMOK coils or supplies but have a nice vape bar to try different flavors. Only 4 stars because when I asked about a resin mouth piece the young lady grabbed my mouth piece to see the size with bare hands...where I put my lips. Remember have the customers touch that stuff.

My husband and I have been regulars here for over 3 years. It was 5 stars then and its still 5 stars. We dont shop anywhere else unless we run out while we are out of town, but anytime we go out of town, we stop here and stock up on juice to prevent that happening. I had to giggle at some of the other reviews. My opinion is, its a VAPE shop. Theres going to be lot of vapor in the air and the windows fogged up. I wouldnt go into a perfume store and complain that smell was just too much. Thats just asinine. lol As for the service, we miss some of the old faces but the new are just a great! Things have changed since we first started going and regulations have caused them to do some things differently but its still a great place all around. We always just purchase juice from here and have never got the feeling they were disappointed we only wanted juice. We miss the old 5 Star points system where we were VIP Members and were bummed there was no way to grandfather that into the new program, but things change and we understand that. It doesnt change the quality of their product or value of their service. We absolutely love Violets, their employees, and management. Thank yall so much!

Ill never buy from this place again. I bought a Breeze II and had it about 2 weeks and it quit charging. I tried to get a replacement and was refused. They said they didnt warranty those types of smokers even though at the bottom of their receipt it says All products have a 30 day in-store manufacturers warranty. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

Walked in and was immediately dismissed for the guy to look at Facebook with his friend putting down women. His female coworker began trashing customers from across the shop. When I asked about a specific juice from the website and his knowledge of it he told me he wouldnt know he had never tried it. After asking about a house blend and him offering no help whatsoever he allowed me to do my own research on the website as I am standing in the store. I finally decided Id rather not give them my business and left.

Went in here with some questions and needed something specific. The staff here was very informed on their products and gave me great advice. I would return here and would recommend to any vaping friends who live in the area! I also have to mention that the prices are very reasonable.

I went in there to purchase a disposable and walked nearly 10 feet outside of the store and tested it and it was extremely burnt I went back inside to get an exchange not to get a refund and the guy told me that he doesn’t do any sort of return policy or exchange. As someone who works in the vape industry I think it’s absolutely ridiculous that this is how they run their business.

After 30 years of smoking cigarettes I decided to try a vapor. It’s been a life changing experience for me. I haven’t smoked a cigarette in two weeks now. The vape is so satisfying I don’t ever want to go back to cigarettes. The staff at Violet Vape are the reason for all my success. They helped me pick out a device. Showed me how to use it. Answered all my questions. Allowed me to try any and all the flavored juices, till I found the ones I liked. Very patient, knowledgeable and pleasant people.If it weren’t for them my experience may not have had the outcome it has had. Thank you so much.

WOW! If your in the Joshua/Crowley/burleson area take the time to go to this shop! Ive been to every smoke shop in the area and this is the best hands down! They actually know what they are talking about, if you call and ask them a question they have the answer ( believe me the other shops around the area do not) fast friendly, great attitudes! Just save yourself time and headaches and go here first!

I came in today with my brother today. I talked to Randy about CBD and vaping he was very informative about both of those subject. I had concerns about both of them. He took his time and didn’t rush. He was very patient and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend Violet Vapor to everyone.

I stopped into Violet Vapor in burleson today to switch from juul to a “mod” type device. I have zero knowledge about them, which did make me nervous. Thankfully however, the team Of people working today were not only knowledgeable, and professional, but they made me feel good about the choice to make the switch, and helped me leave with a device that I love, and all the knowledge I need. Great vapor shop lots of choices for premium and house juices and I heard the house juices are actually top notch compared to others! I have never had a house juice that was on point either the flavor was off or it didnt last, the nicotine was off, or it killed my coils just to name a few problems. Prices for the house juices are a bit higher compared to alot of online vapor shops with free shipping and probably some other vapor shops in the DFW like ezfumes but at least this place lets you test the flavors before purchasing. If any other vapor shop says its illegal to allow you to test the flavors they are straight up lying! You are allowed to test the flavors just not for free and at violet vapor it was only .5 cents so the deal was great! I would go here again for sure.

First time customer. I went in and the guy who helped me (didnt get his name but he was wearing a ball cap with a fish hook on it) treated me like an idiot when I wasnt sure exactly what kind of juice I needed for my vape.

2nd time posting this because they deleted my review like I’m sure they do all the negitive ones.. “I don’t know how to even find my way in this store because of the excessive amount of vapor in the air, the fact you have to awkwardly wander around then wait forever to find an employee because they’re too busy talking to their friends and when they find out you don’t want anything else but juice, they act dismissive and ignore you when you don’t want to buy what they’re trying to shove down your throat. I noticed the house juice wasn’t ever consistent because I usually got the same flavor every time and it always tasted different. It even actually affected my breathing causing my chest to have severe pain all the time. I know in fact that juice caused the problem because I used it for 8 months, have stopped using the juice for a year now and have not have the problem since. CAN YOU PUT 0 STARS. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE

I had came from Colorado which there was a plethora of vape shops good and bad. Then I came to burleson and found this welcoming vape shop, the vape baristas have shown me the inns and outs of vaping and also helped me quit smoking. Ive never had the hospitality they have given me. I am extremely happy this store exists. So if your in the area and searching for the right vapor store come down here. the environment is amazing I love the chillness they offer I spend my extra free hours learning from the best.

This is the only shop I go to even when I was working out of town I would stock up and when I ran out I would come back to re supply they have the best supply and knowledge everything you need in one store great friendly employees
