I absolutely love my Geek Vape!! The ladies that work there are super nice, helpful, and give GREAT customer service! I will definitely be going back! If you need a vape store choose vapor depot!!

Vapor depot in my opinion is the best vape shop in Burleson texas and surrounding areas. The ladies are sweet and very Knowledgeable about what they sale Ive tried other shops in Burleson and since I found Vapor Depot I will not go no where else. I just moved over by kennedale and I will make the drive to Vapor Depot every time I need something. They say when you find something great dont go anywhere else. VAPOR DEPOT is my one and only stop for my Vaping needs .keep up the good work and hope youll stay open for a long long time. Went there on August the 9th and 2 of the sweetest ladys helped me buy a voopoo drag m100 and I love it not only are the women knowledgeable, but they are beautiful ladies . Who says beautiful ladies cant know there Stuff I love the staff and I give them a 10 + A + . The owner best be proud of her crew. thats the only store I know that has only women working there and I wont go anywhere else. Men you can learn something from these beautiful ladies. They know there stuff when it comes to Vaping.

I do alot of vape related shopping online but Ive been going to this location off and on for years. Every time I am in Burleson I try to make it a point to stop in and stock up. The staff here is always helpful and friendly. It is always a pleasure doing business with them.

Ive been going to Vapor Depot for the last 3 years since Ive moved to Burleson. I love the staff and store theyre always very friendly and professional whenever I pull up to get my vape juice and coils.

From my first visit it has been the place to go for my vape needs. I have gone through 3 different mod configurations over the years. The sweet lovely ladies are always helpful.

Its always an amazing experience when I get my refills! Ill call in, and they get them ready to pick up through the drive thru, or I go inside to see the new products that are available.Amazing staff! So kind, sweet and so knowledgeable!

Top notch, very polite ,professional & very knowledgeable of products that they carry plus a lot they don’t. Store is always clean it has been several years since I’ve been in and still felt very welcome. Great staff and products. If your on the fence or looking for a shop you will not be disappointed.

The owner of this store is the epitome of superior customer service! I will say that some employees will be less than personable, but after working with the owner, I will forever be loyal to this store! She has been the most helpful expert I have ever worked with. I have been vaping for over a decade and learned more with her than I did in the whole prior 10 years. I never leave Google reviews, but it was so refreshing to see someone have the customer service expectations that I grew up with, that I had to express my joy! This woman showed me that customer service is still alive! Thank you so much! I pray for you to have a strong business for the next 10 years of my vaping lol

I moved to Whitney Texas 3 years ago and still make the drive once a month. Best juices out there. Everyone has always been nice. Always taken care of problems when I had one. I will continue to make the drive because it’s worth it. I just don’t like the new bottles because I have arthritis and nerve damage in my hands and there hard to squeeze out.

Nice delta 8 produces. Best thing about this place they support Veterans! They display 13 flags with the 13 name of those who fell in Afghanistan! True Patriots! Im a veteran, and this display of respect is heartwarming! Thank you for supporting us!! 🇺🇸

I absolutely love going here! They are also so helpful! And they are nice! I just wish they would put up their flavors so I can decide before I go rather then sit there for ten mins, but even then they make great company! I thank yall!!

Had several excellent experiences at this shop, until today when I called and apparently asked a question too ridiculous to answer politely. Like, some of us are new to the vaping world and arent sure about every detail? Being rude over the phone to what was a regular customer sure isnt the way to retain business. Do better, or quit your job if you are so intent on being miserable there. You have lost my business and the several people I had referred to you.

Today was the first day I have ever been to this shop the customer service was excellent the bottle of juice that I got today was a watermelon chill that has a lot of chill to it it is probably the best bottle of House made juice I have ever had they also range all the way up to 24 mg of nicotine which you cannot find anywhere around us this place was very clean and very sterile I give this place a 20 out of 10 rating absolutely amazing place got to try if youre in the Burleson area

Love this store! I got screwed over by another company so I came here for advice and to find what I was looking for, Melissa hooked me up nicely and educated me, showed me how to fill, prim and use all of it. I will only go here from now on! Great product, clean store and customer service is perfect!

Best shop i have ever had the pleasure to work with. They walked me through step by step on how to work my vape, what juices were the best with my mod, not to mention the staff is very friendly and cooperative!

This a review for one person, not vapor depot as a whole. Never had a problem here up until the other day with the Russian lady, I guess she was Russian who knows....very rude and the juice she gave us wasnt made right. Tasted horrible. Not only that she gave us the wrong one and had to come back in and ask her to fix it...was rude about that as well...if you dont like your job maybe you should find one you can handle...I dont normally give bad reviews but this one deserves it. Like I said this review is not for the company or other employees...just the Russian/woman with the accent.

I love this shop! I drive from Arlington to Burleson just to come here. They make the only juice that doesnt burn my throat, and I have tried juices from the bigger chain vape shops, to smaller privately owned shops all over DFW. With that being said, even if places closer to me made, or could duplicate the juice I like, I would still make the drive to get my products from them. The manager (cant remember her name) and Melissa are absolutely amazing! They are always so nice, know what I want (since Im a creature if habit), and they take the time to explain everything about new products that Im interested in, give honest feedback about the products, and they take the time to answer all of my questions. They know when Im in a hurry and get me in and out. I love that they have a drive thru, and when they see me pulling up, they start working on my juice. This is honestly the only vape shop that I use for my juice; and even though I could get my coils, tank replacement glass, tips, etc. from other shops much closer to me, I will continue make the drive there because these 2 women are amazing with their customers, and take the time to explain everything you need to know about the products you purchase, and answer whatever questions you may have about any of the products they carry. I love Vapor Depot!

The only vapor shop I actually enjoy going to. Great customer service and perfect house blends. Not to mention the cheap prices (got a very nice quality kit that came with a huge tank, great box mod w/ led screen, a charger, and a juice for just 45 bucks)

Purchased a Eleaf GS Tank. Was defective at purchase. Wouldnt exchange for a working one because I lost the receipt. The young man working at the time was the one who sold it to me and remembered me and was pretty friendly trying to help. The owner/manager seemed more interested in hanging out in the office then assisting guest or customer retention. Wont be returning. Wont allow zero stars or I would have.

Tried this place for the first time on 4/13/2019 and the experience was great. I was on my lunch break and they were able to prepare my vaping juice quickly and efficiently! No need to order by mail anymore now that I found this place!

I lived in fort worth the last 9 years and just moved back to my hometown, burleson. Ive been vaping 5 years. Was surprised to see this shop still open. They do have nice and helpful staff, that is, when theyre open. Sorry but i kind of blows my mind that yall close so early and dont open at all on sundays. Im not use to that, there are 247 vape stores all over fort worth. Sometimes i run out of juice on sunday, and am forced to go elsewhere. Sometimes i dont get paid till the evening, and i am forced to go elsewhere. Vaping is like cigarettes, people always need them. I know this is just burleson, but yall are loosing major business and quite frankly im sick of pulling up and seeing yall closed. 3 stars

By far my FAVORITE vape shop, ever. In all the 4 years Ive been vaping. Their drive-thru is so convenient. And theyre ALWAYS so helpful, and friendly. I wish I could give 10 Stars. But I can only give 5. But if youre looking for a good vape shop... Theyre your people. 😊😊

These guys are awesome. They know their stuff, and they were beyond helpful for me throughout my entire process of buying a new vape and getting acquainted with all of its features. This is definitely my go-to place for all my e-cig needs!

Quality & juice selection great also only reason I’ve been a Customer since their doors opened.Variety & selection of devices is about normal a little expensive. Staff is prompt Almost machine like not to friendly but hey... their quick.

This place is always awesome. Dropped my mod in the lake last night and came in they had me hooked up quick with what I wanted at the right price. Will not go anywhere else.

Good people, just horrible juice. Had a Newport style juice made for my wife that formed some kind of nasty hard crystals in the tank. Tried cleaning the tank only to break the glass. Not sure if they know what they are doing. I also purchased a blue coconut juice that the description read taste like your favorite snocone. Not at all, I ended up wasting my money here. Fourty dollars down the drain. Both juices in the trash.

Love this place! Have been going for years. It’s the only place I will buy juice at ever. I moved 45 minutes away and still make sure I get down there to buy my juice!

Juices tastes terrible. No matter what flavor, no matter who makes it, the flavors are so bad i feel sick like i am about to throw up. Im not being mean or exaggerating to be cute or funny. I would rather smoke cigarettes again than vape anything from this place
