We have been shopping at Artisan Vapor Shop Burleson since the first of the year. Good prices and helpful staff (especially Shelby). Highly recommend this Store.

I Went in on Saturday around 10:15, today is Monday at 1:25am.. night time and only 27-28 hrs after I bought them. I got 2 vapes. Blue razz cotton candy and sun kissed. The sun kissed taste burnt the second time I hit it so I took it back in and they gave me the same flavor. It taste burnt after 2 hits like the other one, so I said okay it’s fine I still have the blue razz cotton candy. It’s a day n a half later since I went late at night on Saturday and the blue razz cotton candy is already dead. Not only am I upset that the good one is dead not even 2 days after, but I’m upset that when I took the sun kissed flavor back in for tasting burnt the guy gave me the same flavor while saying “ I think this is how they taste” after he tried the (new one) why not let me get another flavor if they just “taste” burnt.. I recommend smoke out vape in Burleson after 10 but I highly recommend maven vapor in Joshua, they have great prices and even a return policy. They know that not every vape is good and have MUCH BETTER customer service. I’m not an avid vapor so there’s no reason the good vape should have died so early on. I get 2-3 every time so I don’t have to go in for a while and have different flavors to choose from. Again DONT GO HERE! It will be a waste of money in every way possible! Not only are they more expensive then the places I named, but they don’t last near as long even when their good.

After buying a disposable vape, the cartridge only allowed three hits. I thought it was just a low battery so I charged it up for a few hours. It allowed for a few more hits then ceased up again. I took it back for an exchange(Same flavor, same product). The person behind the counter took it and decided to test it. He put it in his mouth and proceeded to take a few hits. He handed it back to me and said it was working fine. Maybe its just me, but I thought it was disgusting. I definitely did not want it then. But he said he couldnt do anything for me. I will never shop here again. If you cant back up the products you sell, then you shouldnt be in business.

This place is beyond amazing. The customer service and friendliness is better than any business Ive ever seen. For example, I came right at closing a few weeks ago, I thought they probably wouldnt let me in. They welcomed me, explained a bunch of questions I had and didnt make me feel rushed at all. Another time, I had gotten the wrong coils from a different place. The female working gave me her old tank to fit the coils I have. They dont rush you, they explain everything. They will clean out your tank and set everything up for you. Ive never seen anything like it. You feel like youre hanging out with a really helpful friend, not being rushed or like a nuisance customer. They really are amazing. Highly recommend. There is a guy and girl there who date or are married, I wish I knew their name. They are my favorites, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. You would think they are having a competition of who can be nicer to their customer. They should get some type of award or recognition, seriously amazing. All employees there are top notch, always a great experience.

This is the best vape shop in town. These guys are on top of their game. Super friendly, very helpful. They always have great recommendations. They even know my favorite juice.

Prices are higher than every other shop in the area for the exact same products don’t bother.

We have been going here for a few months, and we’ve always left happy with our recommendations. We’ve been looking forward to these new capes by Torch recommended by one of the reps.

These people are amazingly well mannered for their clientele. They recommend products even show some proofs of the items being good and even sit there and listen its really hard to find people that actually listen nowadays I really love the atmosphere walking in also it’s very vibish it’s cozy I like it and these bad reviews on here lol they are trash people obviously that don’t deserve the good customer service that they offer I absolutely love this place!!

This place used to be really good and now its virtually garbage. I now have to go into Fort Worth just to get any decent sort of vape supplies supplies and HOURS SHOULD BE PROPERLY POSTED.I have been able to get a few additional products there that I dont need to get particular products.

Love this place. Ashley I believe was her name is really nice and knowledgeable. She fixed my mod for me for free. She also offered to I stall my new coil and even cleaned the mod. I highly recommend them. They are friendly and professional.

Cody did an amazing job of helping this newbie out to transition into not smoking cigarettes anymore. Very knowledgeable guided me through with ease and I left pleased!! Good work would highly recommend he works on the weekends.

I wouldnt recommend for Delta products. The guy seemed so offensive that I knew what I wanted but didnt make sense to him. The product was more expensive that he thought I should get. Better options and better attitude across the street.

These guys are probably the best guys to consult if you are a beginner. I go for kratom every week. I’ve been here a few different times trying to figure out what’s best Artisan Vapor products for me and they really guided me and got me right. I’ve been doing good now for almost 3 months.

The hubby and I are new to vaping and have been to several other shops and not had anywhere near the experience we had when walking into this shop. IT WAS AMAZING! Both of the clerks there gave us all the information we have been asking other people for the last month for. They also explained it in a way that made me understand and didn’t make me feel stupid for not knowing. I will most definitely be going back even though I live an hour away! Thanks so much for having great employees and a wonderful shop.

Responding to the comment from the owner and the reason for my 1 star. I bought a product from here and it malfunctioned. I returned the same day with the receipt to not even get a refund but an exchange but was accused of tampering with the product even though I had just bought it that day. It was a very unpleasant experience and I have not returned since.

Every time I come through theyre super friendly and approachable. I was really nervous about sounding like an idiot when I first started vaping but they were super cool and knowledgeable and had answers for every question. The shop is also always clean and comfortable. This will be the only place I do business with.

This shop is absolutely fantastic. The prices are the lowest of any shop around its right there with online. So if you ever want a juice or a mod and dont wanna pay a lot or wait months for it then do yourself a favor ans stop at this shop. The atmosphere is super up class and unique. The products that they sell are top notch ranging from regulated box mods to starter kits that are of the highest quality. They really take pride in their field of work and will help you in any way possible. I was immediately greeted when I opened the door with a smile by the employees. I have never experienced this at any other shop around. If youre just trying to start vaping to get off cigarettes or you are a die hard enthusiast like myself give Artisan Vapor in Burleson a try you will not be disappointed.

They are okay. Very expensive, but premium juice is. The dudes working there where friendly. Except when I was trying to pick a flavor. They got really impatient with myself and my partner. It was out first experience in a vape shop as we where brand new. So it left a little sour taste, havent been back.

Poor customer service! I had to quit vaping and I just bought a package of coils and tanks a few weeks ago. They are unopened/in original packaging and they wouldn’t give me a refund but offered a store credit. A store credit is useless since I will no longer be shopping there. Well, now I also won’t be recommending them to anyone.

First walking in, I knew this wasnt going to be you average vape shop. The store front is mesmerizing and cleaner than ANY other shop I have been in. Justin is a wonderful sales associate, with a vast knowledge of all the products and liquids they carry. He made picking out a new device and flavor stress free and exciting. He also answered every question I had with patience and understanding, which was a big relief. Definitely my go to shop from now on!

Ive been to several Artisan Vapors and this one, so far, has been my favorite. Justin and Ashlynn were very welcoming, friendly, and expressed high-class customer service. Ashlynn helped be find multiple flavors I enjoy so I will definitely be back for more. She even sold me on a tobacco flavor and I never thought I would even try one!

I’ve been going here for a couple yrs now,bought a lot of stuff here,I’m a loyal customer,went in today because my tank I bought about 7 months ago the lid would not stay closed any more,never been dropped or anything,told the guy that I always see,he told me he has no problems with his,I asked what he could do because he told me what a great product it was,he said he could give me a discount,got about a 3 dollar discount,didn’t say sorry or anything,he did not cate,I buy all my juice and mods and tanks from there,not to mention I bought a vopoo drag 2 that only lasted about 6 months,they wouldn’t back it either but I kept coming back,I feel like he could of said let me talk to the owner or whoever higher up to see if he could do something knowing I was upset,I come in at least twice a week,I will not be coming back after his attitude and not caring.

New to vaping. I used to be into cigars and pipes, got tired of the stench. Cole helped me choose a starter kit and it’s fantastic. Much better flavor with no stench. I highly recommend the guys and gals here at this shop

I went to Artisan Vapor to buy new carts for my NOVO X pen, but the shop clerk gave me carts for a NOVO 2, which are too small for the device. When I tried to return the carts, he wouldnt give my money back, even though the mistake wasnt my fault. It was HIS fault. There are plenty of other stores run by honest people. Go buy from one of them instead of Artisan Vapor.

WOW! Where do I begin. I have been vaping for several years now and can say that I have been to a lot of shops. The things that I look for in a vape shop is Great service, a clean and professional environment and knowledgeable staff. I am looking for someone who can point me in the right direction and help me to make the choices that work for me. Very few shops focus on these types of behaviors. Most will try and get you to buy the most expensive product in order to turn a quick profit. Justin takes the time to listen to me and understand my needs. Then he helps to make recommendations based on my vaping style. This is true customer service. This shop is very clean and has a lot of choices when it comes to Mods, juice and coils. There is no reason to go to any other shop as they will satisfy all of your needs. The environment is perfect and the experience you will receive is top notch. If you are new to vaping then start here and if you are experienced then stop trying all the others and go to this shop. You will be glad you did!!!!!

Lost my vape so I went up there to get another one. Doors were locked I have to order online arrange a pickup and my stuff has to be left out front. Im not doing any of that. I just want to go in and buy another vape. The employee inside just sat there and looked at me from inside and didnt care to get up and explain anything. Wont be going back there, even when I can get another vape.

Dont go here for nicotine vape related products of any kind. Just went there to pick up some new batteries and coils and were told they arent allowed to sell anything right now. Kratom and cbd only. Something is going on but they didnt say why.

They are friendly and good at assisting multiple people at the same time, also very clean, upscale place to get e-cig oil, and very informative on any questions you may have

This is by far NOT the best place to get juice. They dont do custom mixes. Go to cleburne for that.This is however a good place to go get a coffee from next door. Come back and sit by the fireplace cuz this shop has the most tasteful and inviting decor your ever gonna find in a vape shop anywhere except maybe Dallas or New York.

Im nervous on places to go or have help me with the vaping experience, but i will say artisan vapor is a very professional, clean and freindly company, And can help you with any problems or questions. I highly reccomend them.
