Have been shopping at artisan for some time and the staff is always very helpful. The clerk, Lain, is particularly phenomenal and always helps out. The owner is alright too. The store has a much better selection than Valley Vapes.

Fantastic service! I was helped and taken care of proper but Laine they helped me get exactly what I was looking for. Proper knowledge of the products and so polite. Quick and easy stop at artisan and left happy.

Staff were very unwelcoming. Rude from the moment I walked in the door after a very long travel for no reason. The gothic girl sold me this refillable vape which I am not familiar with which is what I wanted but she didn’t offer me an atomizer. Now I’m sitting here with a product I cannot use. It’s been like a week and I feel the need to post review. Great products, poor attitudes and lack of customer service. Very unfortunate.

Artisan probably the best vape shop in Burlington, they got the best service, high quality vapes, and good prices. Plus I’ve met the owner, Faizan, and he’s really knowledgeable and nice. Highly recommend this place.

As of two years ago, I wasnt a huge fan of their service. At the time, the staff were not friendly. They also misled me to cheap, badly made products (two tanks) twice now, and they werent eager to help me or troubleshoot problems I was having with my - and my partners vaping experience on more than 1 occasions.They did have a huge selection of mods, tanks, and juices, and will shrink wrap your batteries for you. They also have a pretty sweet juice tasting/sampling bar. Prices were fair too.Unless you are desperate or shop here simply for convenience, I recommend you make a trip to the vape shop in the valley of 5 corners in Essex. Their (usually) free service and phone help is unbeatable.If youre just wanting to buy juice, Artisan is the place to go. I just dont trust their clerks/sellers anymore.

Unfortunately I bought several vapes that malfunctioned or broke after a week or 4. I think these are overpriced, low quality devices.

This review is long over due. I have been going on a monthly basis for 4 years. Artisan has a great variety of ejuice and mods. The best thing about going is interacting with the staff. Faizon, Travis, Lain, Dylan and Alex are very attentive to your needs. If an item is not in stock they will special order it for you. I highly recommend this store for all your vaping needs. You will not be disappointed.

Nice clean place with friendly staff. Cheaper than places south of Burlington.

Ive gone to this place a couple times already. its a Great place very nice and helpful people who work there and the building is nice as well and well kept up and there classic line is great I feel they are low prices for how expensive things in general have become look forward to going back and doing more business with Artisan Vapor in the next month or so. Keep up the great work there guys.

Best vape shop in town! They have a great selection and know their stuff. Its hard to beat the options they have in store. Super cool layout, pool table, great music and a bar to test juices at which is a huge plus.

My sister and I came here looking for a vape that I could use having a lung disease and the gentleman that helped my sister and I was extremely helpful. He listened to what each of us where looking for and picked out the products that he felt was best for us. He made sure to explain how to use the products he sold to us. He also did not try to up sell us at all. My sister and I left feeling confident that we could use our products with ease. We have found our new vape and cbd store. We would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for vapes or cbd products.Came back to get another vape and was sold 2 new vapes and 4 liquids and I couldnt be happier. As an essential worker from another state, I couldnt have got any luckier finding this place. Broke my glass and coil. The guy fixed it and had me out the door in 10 minutes for $7.80. Excellent customer service and really nice store.

Ive been going to this place for about 6 or 7 months now. They have just about anything you need, which is great. But Everytime I go in there, the guys behind the counter are so rude and short with me. They really dont like to answer my questions and its very frustrating because I really dont take up much of their time and usually there isnt anyone else in there. Other than that, I like going there since they are always stocked with what I need.

They have a decent size vape selection but the employees werent super helpful and one of the employees wasnt that customer friendly. The juice bar is great and they have disposable tips so your not putting you mouth on a tip that someone else had put their mouth on. Their coil building kit was not good. The wire cutters sucked and the ohm reader doesnt have a firing button which is a great thing to have. I wouldve gotten a coil master kit if they had one there.

Good selection of juice. Customer service sucks. Owner didn’t greet me and wasn’t friendly at all. He acted like I was a burden for sampling different juices. Wouldn’t let me use the restroom and appeared overall disgruntled, burn-out, and like he hated his job. Maybe he was having a bad day but I wont shop here again.

The place is very attractive inside and is comfortable. They had everything that I needed and the quality is first thing rate. I found the staff to be friendly and quiet knowledgeable about the products. The only issue that I see here is that parking a motor vehicle nearby may be problematic at times Actually just found out about the parking lot in the back

I bought a vape here and was convinced by staff to buy a more expensive one because he said I could come and exchange it anytime. The vape stopped charging and I called they told me they try to tell people to not charge these vapes in the wall and hook it up to a computer instead, but when I bought it I was never told that. They told me an old employee was giving false information and had been fired so there was nothing they could do. I just wanted to exchange for store credit, but they said there was nothing they would do to make it right.

Artisan is a nice place for cheap juul pods, and maybe vape accessories. But to be honest anything else is absolute garbage. They sold me this weird juice and yes it was my choice to buy, but I took at their recommendation. Also their juices are more then double the price of Garcia’s. When I went back to question the juice. I was told to just let it prime more. But in actuality it was just really really bad juice and the employees at another store told me it was thick and too old for the device. I only recommend going here for juul pods, and even those are leaky from here. I understand the return policy but maybe be more educated on what your selling the customer. The customer is king and should feel welcomed when we are broke college kids that now are stuck with terrible juice.

Originally, I was pleased with this place as it gave me option other than Juul to quit cigarettes. However beware that some employees are more experienced than others. If someone hands you the wrong juice and you open it, you’re stuck with it. So as a disclaimer, make sure you got what you requested before leaving the store.Edit:After the response from Faizan, I went back to the store and spoke with Rachel who was very helpful and resolved the issue. Great place & certainly one of the best Vape shops I have ever visited including everywhere in VT plus many in AtlantA, New York, Virginia North Carolina, Maine & Connecticut. The staff is extremely helpful & knowledgeable. With a wide spread of knowledge for my ever lasting rookie questions!

My ecig, which I didnt buy from here, stopped working and actually fell apart. The clerk I talked to helped me determine the problem, showed me how to fix it, then took the time to put it back together and prep the coil. During the process he also explained how their CBD oil works and never once seemed bothered by my questions. Definitely a great local shop ran and managed by good people. Highly recommended!

I was in this store the other day.. had a good experience, but after getting new coils realized that they are the wrong ones. I tried call the store first time got hung up on & second time was left on hold for 15 min with no one coming back leaving me to hang up.. tried calling 5 more times and nobody wanted to answer my call! Very disappointed! With the Vape Ban to Vermont I cant order new coils & so I need to see what my options are... either u guys have the coils I need or I need to get a new mod I can get the coils to in state! Right now I dont know Im going to have to check other Vape stores in area to see if they would like to help me or at least answer their phone!

This is where I go to get my juices and coils but the past few times Ive been in here they havent given me the right coils for my vape, or the glass I needed for my vape and I bought my vape there I tell them what it is and everything and its the same guy who keeps messing it up but whenever I go back in and the owner is there he always changes it and makes it right with me hes a really nice person. I really like this place yes its a little more expensive than the one on church street I dont know of anywhere else but I dont really care Ill still always go right here!

I have mixed feelings on this place. Mainly because every vape ive bought winds up leaking. It doesnt take a PhD in engineering and hydrodynamics to use these things properly, but Im either cleaning oil out of my cup holder, or off my table and machine. Why the bad review, cause they dont know why?

Easily the best vape shop in Burlington and the surrounding areas. The next vape shop of this quality is 51 in Albany, if theyre still open. When you walk in you cant miss the huge comfy couches you could sit in for hours puffing the time away while watching the game or playing one! Their sample bar is second to none. Every flavor gets its own tank and they have silicone drip tips, none of those wonky poor fitting sleeves here! They have a broad range of devices from low powered cig-a-likes to high powered cloud blowing machines. They carry reputable and safe batteries. Their staff are friendly, professional, personable, and extensively knowledgeable of the industry. Their flavors are consistent from batch to batch and always good.

This place is the best in Vermont, others dont compare at all to this place, Im a regular too and the staff are super friendly and engaged when you talk to them. from someone whos been using Vapes for 3 years this place is by far the most welcoming for everybody, from people new to vaping and us seasoned vape veterans lol. It depends on who you fall. first time i had a nice clerk so it was pleasent, second time was a dismissive unprofessional worker and his friend who insisted to test his car sub (people called the cops). prices are not too high and there is a selection.

Great place was in town for work and i purchased some V12Q4 coils went to go change it and broke the glass. They didnt have any V12 Glass in stock so they were nice enough to take back the coils that were not open since i had to buy a baby beast tank.

Great service we live in NY and r not able to get oils. My daughter got a coupon but it expires before we go back over. Anyway to use when we come back to shop with ypu September 14th?

A great place to get your vape pen. The best part is they keep selling the coils for any product they have sold. So even if they dont sell your vape pen any more you can usually still get the tanks and coils.

Bought a new vap 2 weeks ago because they were out of pods for the one I purchased 4 weeks ago now they tell me they dont have any replacement pods for the newest one. My son and I spend approximately $250 dollars a month at this business.Today will be my last purchase. If you sell the equipment you should stock the accessories for those as well.

Without a doubt, the cleanest, most upscale and aesthetically pleasing vape store that I have ever entered. Knowledgeable staff and fantastic inventory of all types of vaping equipment. This is not a head shop that sells vaping gear. This is a vape store.
