When I called to inquire about an appointment, no one was available for the call, but they called me back and accommodated my request for my friend and myself! And then my actual massage with Joshua was amazing (with great feedback on stretching and therapeutic options). Just a lovely experience from start to finish. Highly recommend 👌

I was in town after vacationing in NH, and just needed a good massage because I was so sore from an active week. Shyla is MAGICAL! She truly is such a talented masseuse. Her technique, strength, and energy were so therapeutic and relaxing. I get massages often, and this was the best 90-minute massage I’ve ever had.

I got a bikini wax with Jasmine today and it was absolutely amazing! Jasmine curated a very welcoming, comfortable environment for me. She pulled out all the stops to make the waxing as pain-free as possible. Will 1000% be coming back to book with her again!

Booked myself and my aunt a massage. The massage therapists were amazing! It was my aunts first massage and her massage therapist (a male cannot remember his name ) made her feel so at ease and comfortable. Was the best massage I have ever received. The table was heated underneath and the room was so relaxing. The 60 minutes went by too quick.

Joshua was awesome! He consulted with me for about ten minutes listen to my problem areas. I suffer from a glute injury, that causes me hip constant pain. Hes like the muscles whisper! I walked out of there feeling absolutely revitalized! Thank you Joshua! Highly recommend!!

Fabio provides the best massages! He mixes a sports medicine and pressure point massage. Every visit is different depending on where Im feeling tense or muscle fatigue. A really relaxing experience, cant recommend it highly enough

One of the best massages I’ve had! Got a 75 minute massages with hot stones with Jackie, who was very skilled. She was able to target muscles and areas I’ve never felt before and I felt immediate relief. Cant recommend her enough!

Today was the first time I visited Brilliant Massage. The therapist that provided my services was very welcoming and skillful. I fully enjoyed the services I received . I was a bit disappointed with the location and the cluttered feel of the aesthetics inside the business. It appeared upon checking out that billing is handled offsite and that did bring forth multiple phone calls back and forth when the business had issues with the gift card I was given. The staff member I spoke with on the phone was very polite and in the end they were able to clear up the issues they were having on their end.

I had a longer 90 min full body massage with Valentina! I had a Swedish style mixed with hot stones, which was a relaxing reprieve from the world. She adapted the pressure as requested! Divine and a better massage that I’ve ever had! Thank you! 🙏

I had a facial and shoulder/neck massage done with Valentina and it was such a lovely experience! I went with the Brilliant Level I Bespoke Facial w a Hydrafacial. I struggle with acne prone skin and Valentina took her time to really make sure she focused on all of my problem areas. I feel so much better and my skin is so much happier. I will definitely be coming for another facial soon!

Ive been to Brilliant Massage and Skin for more massages than I can remember, including when I was pregnant. Every massage therapist is different of course, but they have each been wonderful. The one who was so good it prompted me to write a review: Jenna Bevens. I had my second massage with her today and will ask for her going forward. I came home and told my husband he needs to request Jenna next time. He said, “Im definitely going to just ask for who I had last time. It was amazing.” He pulled out the business card he had kept in his wallet because he couldnt remember a name and I laughed: it was Jenna Bevens. ASK FOR JENNA if you need WORK done on your muscles and want someone friendly and who 100% knows their stuff.

I had a wonderful experience with Luis. Im not well versed in the various styles and approaches of massage, but I felt his work and style was exactly what was best for my body. He explained beforehand that he likes to do some range of motion work, and that was great for my shoulders and very much appreciated. The space had a very calm feel, and Luis had a calm, kind presence. Highly recommended. I originally found Brilliant Massage through Google, but if I am ever able to make massage a more regular part of my life this will be my preferred place to go.

One of the best deep tissue massages I have had , period. Lacey was my massage therapist and did an amazing job, was a pleasure to work with and gave me one of the best massages I have gotten ever. The massage rooms are clean, everything is well organized and efficient, but at the same time friendly and welcoming. The location is central to downtown Burlington and very convenient as well. Overall everything was top notch.

Pricey teeth whitening service has 0 effect. I don’t smoke/drink coffee or soda/etc, and this treatment THAT YOU DO YOURSELF has no impact. So disappointing, a complete waste of 140. Mediocre massages as well, there are plenty of independent providers in this community who are very talented. Thanks for the cankersore! Business has responded by telling me to “stop spamming them about locations I’ve never been to.” I’ve been to both and it’s the same proprietors.

I found Brilliant Massage & Skin online because it was close to our hotel. We were matched up with Lacy and Luis and they were both wonderful, attentive and great masseuses. Veronica and Maria are my GO TO people. Never had such a great experience with eastern techniques as well as they do it. These ladies are incredible and always tell me what I need for my body. I trust everything Maria and Veronica tell me. Without a doubt the most wonderful ladies!

I was initially met by my masseuse saying she “hated” doing 30 minute massages. I also requested to have a silent appointment, but was met with conversation the entire time referring to her political views on medicine. She told me I should get off my medications for my serious medical issues and start taking a huge list of supplements and teas when I did not ask for this advice. She also stated that she hated doing lotion in which I requested. I was given cupping when I wanted to have the hot stones out of this list of complimentary items. The cupping hurt so badly, not something I even wanted. she continually stated that 30 minute massages were a waste of time. I left very frustrated, as I booked this appointment to treat myself to a relaxing time, but that is the opposite of what I got. I wanted a gentle and soft massage but she did nothing of the sorts. I will not be returning.

Lacey was pleasant and professional and put me at ease immediately. Id never had a full-body massage before and was not sure what to expect, but I did feel a lot mellower when she was done.

I received the best massage of my life from Fabio. He worked on all of the areas that I requested (I came in with severe neck pain) and also was able to tune into my body and my muscles to work on areas that I wouldnt have known to ask for. His massage felt extremely intuitive and I felt very comfortable and well taken care of in his hands. I cannot wait to rebook.

Fabio created a very welcoming and safe space and really listens to your concerns while observing what he can see you need. He uses native Brazil techniques. My husband and I came in for 1hr couples massage. We had Billy and Veronica as our masseuses. Billy was incredible. He listen to my problem areas and made them feel a lot better afterwards. I had a pinched nerve on my left shoulder and the pain was almost gone! After our massages, Veronica mentioned to me that my husband needed to drink more water which I thought was funny considering he drinks like over 128oz in a day. Overall both were very nice and we had a good time!

Brilliant Massage was a top tier experience. I got the 60 min massage with my mom and even she commented this was one of the best massages she’s ever received! Not only that, but their customer experience went above and beyond. I had an issue charging the massages on my work credit card which has a quarterly limit to be spent at various spas/salons. I charged my personal card, then called back the next day to charge the work credit card once it was sorted out. They re-charged the work card and refunded my personal credit card right away. My sister and I were visiting Burlington for a girls getaway and booked massages at Brilliant Massage. We had a great experience. My masseuse was Ameer. He was very attentive, professional, and knowledgeable. While I dont have any specific problem areas, he could tell the spots were the most tense and he focused on those and checked in with me often to see how I was feeling. He also followed up with some suggestions after the massage for how to address those problem areas. The spa was clean and quiet- great location and easy to find. I would go again if Im ever back in town.

I have been going to Brilliant Massage and Skin for approximately 6 months now. My first massage was with Jolita, and she was excellent, and this convinced me to get the monthly package for 90 minute massages. Since then I have had the majority of my massages from Luis, who is also fantastic. Today, I woke up with a tweaked back from sleeping on the couch, and knowing I have to teach a yoga class to 100 people this weekend I immediately checked to see what was available here, and I was able to book a 30minute session with Ameer, and was absolutely blown away. Highly recommend.

This was by far the highlight of our trip. My sister and I had a couples massage with Ben and Elayna. They were professional in every way and asked us if the pressure was right during the massage. That is a great therapist to me if they check in to see how you are feeling. Both were incredible and we left there with smiles and new bodies. The best facial Ive ever had!I had a 1 hour facial this past week to get my skin fresh and ready for spring. Afterwords, My skin looked so good! It was like a had a totally new face - haha. Loved my experience with Luis. He was great and professional. I was able to get the massage booked last minute and it was just what I needed while on my long work trip and it was conveniently located near my hotel. My only negative was that the front space was untidy (I think they may have just moved there). Because of this appearance and boxes, I thought I had walked in the back door to offices or something. Luckily a massage therapist came out quickly because I was about the turn around to find a entrance.

I have NEVER had a massage like the one I had today from Ameer. He is truly incredible - he used 5 different techniques on me, and found (and released!) every knot. He is extremely skilled, calming, and personable. I highly recommend him!!! If I lived locally, I would come back weekly.

The facility was clean and the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. Ameer was absolutely fantastic, probably the best message Ive had. He checked in regarding pressure multiple times, he immediately adjusted his technique and pressure based on my feedback throughout the session. I always opt for a deep tissue massage for healing, which I got, but Ameer was also able to somehow make the experience relaxing at the same time. I left much less tense and I would recommend him in a heartbeat!

Ive been seeing Jolita for a couple of years now and she always takes such good care of my aches and pains. The office is always very clean and she ensures Im very comfortable, adjusting room temperature, massage pressure, etc. as needed. When Im congested from allergies, she adds a few drops of essential oils to the headrest to help. I love her how her massage techniques adapt to the tension I have each time I visit. I also tried one of her new services, the amber and honey foot scrub and loved it! The products and services she continues to add have been wonderful. I highly recommend this practice!

Im an acupuncturist so Ive had A LOT of bodywork done and my massage at Brilliant Massage Therapy was really, really above par. Jolita is incredibly good at what she does and was very receptive to my needs as a pregnant woman. My back pain has resolved and I was very relaxed after. The space is super warm and inviting - lots of attention to detail, I will absolutely be back! Highly recommend!

Ameer is incredible! He is highly professional, knowledgeable and clearly demonstrates his years of experience with his work. I have never felt so relaxed, not just after a massage, but ever.. It was literally a life changing massage. I have a background in human anatomy and physiology, and I could tell while he was working on me what muscles/muscle fibers he was targeting. I experienced pain relief immediately afterwards, and this is only after my first time going! He even was able to know what types of exercises I do based on working with me only one time! I had a wonderful massage with Jolita today. She was amazing!! She asked me if I was experiencing any issues with pain anywhere and what pressure I preferred. I told her my lower and middle back had been bothering me and that I like medium to firm pressure. She concentrated a lot on my back and used the perfect amount of pressure. She checked in early to make sure I was ok with the pressure she was using and made my back feel amazing!!! Thank you Jolita!

Maribel was incredibly warm and sweet which made me feel immediately at ease before our session. During the session she was the same. She focused on the areas i mentioned and applied pressure when needed but never too much. She was also incredibly intuitive and applied the cupping perfectly. I will absolutely be back soon!

Ameer was the best massage therapist I’ve had in my life. I’ve gotten work done for the last 15 years, and his communication skills, pressure, and ability to find knots deep in the muscles are the best I’ve found. We are not local, but if we were I would work with him monthly or biweekly. Highly recommend

5/5! Scheduling was simple. I was impressed with the hours of the business to accommodate for tougher schedules. We booked a couples massage. From entering the building all the way through the end of our experience we were felt at ease! Ameer worked on me and Maribel worked on my girlfriend. I was so comfortable that I fell asleep and even started to snore pretty intensely. They remained completely professional although my girlfriend couldnt contain her laughter! If youre in the area give them a try. We went with the couples massage and no add ons but would consider them next time!

My girlfriend and I went in for our anniversary and it was my first professional massage. We chose the Level 1 which was 60 minutes of a full body massage in the same room. She had Ameer and I had Valentina. Im extremely satisfied and feeling very loose & relaxed. Valentina used the perfect amount of pressure to release knots in my neck and back that I wasnt aware that I had. Ameer used pressure points to release knots in my girlfriends neck and shoulders. She had asked him to focus on her neck and shoulders which he did. The beds were heated and the sheets were soft. The room was very clean I cant say enough good things about the experience for the both of us!

My wife and I went to Brilliant for a couples instructional massage. It was a great experience. We both walked out with a massage and more importantly- the basic understanding of how to massage each other. This is such a valuable service for couples. In our case, my wife had given birth 10 weeks prior and has had some chronic muscle pain. This lesson has given me the ability to help her through it.I really cant recommend this service and business enough!

Best massage that I’ve ever had. Instead of focusing on muscle release, which most massage therapists do, Colton worked on pressure and trigger points to treat my chronic aches and pains exacerbated by skiing over the last three days. I’ve come here before when I had a lot of pain in my hip flexor due to overtraining. It was an incredible massage then… so now that I was back in town I knew I had to return here. I had a massage with Ben this time around and he was fantastic. Took the time to listen to me describe the areas I wanted him to focus on and he delivered! I prefer true deep tissue and pressure point release therapy to help me recover and improve flexibility, and this massage really helped me. I highly recommend coming here - the therapists are attentive and professional and the space is clean and relaxing!

I cannot say enough about my massage with Colton Copeland today. It was honestly the best massage I’ve ever had. I went into the massage with an embarrassing amount of knots and tension all up and down my back and after just 60 minutes, left feeling light on my feet and more clear in my head. Colton just seemed to know exactly where I was carrying the most stress and his techniques were deep yet comfortable and incredibly effective. The environment was super clean and relaxing and everyone there was friendly, professional and very welcoming. Can’t wait to return when I’m back in town.

Ameer gave me one of the best deep tissue massages I have ever had! I have acute back pain and was feeling stiff, sore, and awful when I booked my massage. I knew I wanted the deepest massage I could get and was nervous when Ameer told me that he listened to the muscles and gave them what they needed, if that was more relaxation or deeper massaging. I hoped he wouldnt give me a light fluffy relaxation massage, and he certainly did not! Worked my back for a full hour and I left feeling the best I have in a while! My first experience was a 15 minute chair massage (that was more like 20 minutes) with Jolita. Although I hadnt opted for a long massage, she managed to alleviate the nerve issues I was experiencing due to muscle tension. It left me wanting more, so I immediately scheduled my wife and I an appointment for a 60 minute couples massage. Corrie and Ben were both very personable, professional and skilled therapists. We enjoyed pleasant conversation, relaxation and deep tissue work that left us feeling relieved of our aches and pains. Other places I have been to for massage therapy have included the consultation and time it took to get situated on the table in my 60 minutes of massage. At Brilliant, I got a full hour of massage without sacrificing the consultation.Each experience began with a relatively in depth discussion about my/our needs and wants, problem areas and any symptoms we were seeking relief from. Jolita took extra care to discuss my symptoms and how she was addressing them both before and throughout the massage when I was seeking help for nerve related issues. I will absolutely 100% be back.

After spending 3+ hours at the emergency vet the night before, I woke up one morning severely needing relief and pain management. I looked around and there were two spas offering same-day massage bookings, one being Brilliant Massage & Spa. There were many appointment times available throughout the day, beginning at 8:00am. At 6:30am, I booked an appt for 9:15am. I received a confirmation text and email, arranged child care, and arrived at 9:08. The lights were on inside, but the door was locked. I waited outside until 9:15 and then called. She informed me that she would let the therapist know to let me in. She did not call me back, even though my number was on the booking. At 9:30, having seen no one inside nor gotten a call back, I phoned again. She said that since I booked so early the same morning that the therapist didnt know about the appointment. She apologized, but made no offer of amends.I love small businesses, so I emailed to report this back to the company to be sure the owners were aware. But I received absolutely no response. It is completely unacceptable to have a website that allows for same-day bookings that they cannot fulfill. I am sharing so no one else may have the same experience.

Jolita was amazing. I received a gift certificate to her studio from my brother a few months ago after he found impeccable reviews online. After pulling a muscle, I decided it was probably a good time to go see her and utilize my gift certificate. I told her about my back pain and she loosened it right up. I feel a million times better today. Her technique is amazing and she really gives you a deep tissue massage. The pressure was perfect. I’m always cold but I was comfortable. Due to my sensitive skin, she used lotion on me. I had no reaction (I’ve broken out in the past at other locations). I was very relaxed. Thank you, Jolita! I definitely recommend seeing her!

I came into Burlington to take a 10 year professional certification exam and stumbled upon Brilliant Massage because they offered a last minute appointment. Elayna provided a very good massage and went out of her way with a relaxing essential oil in an effort to help me destress. Im not sure if it was the essential oil or just her approach but I slept better than ever in a hotel, and attribute my ability to relax to finding this sleepy massage therapy studio. I gifted my mom a massage, and she was initially a bit anxious. She worried she would be incapable of relaxing due to a negative experience elsewhere, long ago. Colton offered her to reschedule - with a female masseuse if she preferred - but he was so considerate she stayed. It was incredible! Coltons acute awareness and sensitivity are unmatched, and she hopes to have him again.

Ive been lucky to have Ameer twice and Jolita once for a deep tissue massage. Theyre both amazing at what they do. Ameer is exceptional at communicating. He makes sure youre comfortable with the pressure throughout the experience, instead of asking just once or twice. Which, I really appreciate because sometimes you like more/less pressure depending on the area. He also integrates different styles that I personally havent had anywhere else. Even was able to use CBD oil which added to the surreal experience. I will certainly be back for future appointments when visiting! Ameers 21+ years of experience really showed as well.

In comes the only studio that had a decent website and I could make an appointment in minutes.You arrive at the spa early on a Saturday morning because you CANNOT wait and your back is screaming things not fit for a high school bathroom wall. In steps Elayna who not only listens when you say you need an actual light massage, not an elbows deep massage.When you leave, you feel 20 pounds lighter and your arms are beginning to listen when you tell them to move, and your back is only screaming elementary school insults now, and would like a juice box, thank you.Great service, Elayna really listened and more importantly was able to deliver the comfort level massage I needed which is very unusual since Im all skin and bones. Very comfortable, great scheduling, relaxed little cave environment under the building (go through the front UNDER the stairs).Will be scheduling again soon, highly recommended

If you are looking for results and tension release this is the massage therapist for you! I work at a desk all day and have issues with my neck and back as well as sciatic nerve and she was able to easily identify the problem areas and work on releasing the knots. I am definitely going to go back and have her continue to work on these areas for long term results. She is also very friendly, inviting and professional, and you can tell she truly enjoys her work. I cannot stop talking about this massage. I do not live in the Burlington area. My mother, brother, and I decided to get away from Boston for Christmas this year since it was our first Christmas without our dad. To say it was a stressful 2021 is an understatement. I think I was walking about with my shoulders up from all the stress. We went the day after Christmas. I was incredibly grateful that they were open because it was our first and only full day in Burlington. Who wants to work during the holidays? No one does, but we were met with warmth and smiles (this is an assumption because they had masks on). Very safe and clean.I treated my mom and I to 90-minute massages (including gua sha and cupping), which was $145 each, which, coming from Boston, is a steal! My mom had Samantha as her masseuse and I was blessed with Ameer. At one point, I felt like Ameer released all this tension and stress that I started tearing up - thats never happened to me before and Ive had many many massages in my life, the only difference was that those were only 60-minutes. My mom had a wonderful massage, as well. She wasnt able to move her shoulder very well before the massage and had better mobility afterwards. She plans on getting monthly massages from now on - I have converted her!My poor brother had to deal with us talking about our massages through the day and the next few days. If we are ever in Burlington again, I will be going back and I will specifically ask for Ameer! I woke up the day of UVM move-in with severe lower back pain, plus pain/stiffness in my joints. I was able to get a last-minute appointment with Maribel - she listened to my issues and addressed them in my 45-minute massage. I can’t wait to go back to her when I’m in town for Parents’ Weekend!!

Maribel is excellent at what she does. I suffer from sciatic pain and she worked really hard on me to relieve me of that pain and I appreciate her ability.Very minor irritation was employees who were outside of the room where I was receiving my massage were a bit loud. I could hear them talking and laughing even though there was music playing during the message.
