The manager Larry was very helpful and very knowledgeable. He assisted me in finding juices that suited my tastes and quickly located the coils that i required.

As a regular shopper, and somebody that comes in almost everyday, the staff is wonderful, helpful, and overall stellar. Not only is it nice to have such helpful community, but being a member also helps with pricing. It is a great place to get quality vape products. But it also helps people learn about the news in the vaping industry.

This is my favorite vape shop in the area, I stop by every time I travel through Burlington. The store is clean, well stocked, and the employees are very knowledgeable. The store manager here, his name is Jeff, is excellent, he has helped me with many decisions and his advice on what products are the best for me is second to none. The other managers here are great too, Nickie and Kay wont steer you into making a bad choice.The Avail brand liquids are on point, now they carry Charlies Chalk Dust too, try the Mr. Meringue. I seen no store locally beat them on hardware prices either.

I love this store. I took advantage of their crush your pack and saved 15% on my initial purchase. The reward program is great. When I decided after 38 years to quit smoking I decided to vape. Tried the pens but was failing, Avail has a lot of options and a large selection of juices. Give them a try

Avail has been a lifesaver for me. I was able to get off of cigarettes and saved my life! This was the next best option, all of their products are outstanding and manufactured in house.Not like the cheap stores on every corner Avail products are outstanding and the best on the market!

Avail Vapor in Burlington is a great shop! Catering to both beginning and experienced vapors, this shop has a great selection of devices and juice. Ashley is awesome. She sold my wife and me the FUSH rig with Zeus tanks. Awesome products. She was very knowledgeable about all of the products that were in stock and for sale.. The juice flavors available are outstanding as well. Theres such a large variety. Definitey an awesome experience with awesome staff. Whenever were in town we will definitely be stopping by this store.

Went to this shop on Monday Nov 23 after fighting with insomnia, anxiety, and restless leg syndrome for quite some time. Larry was AMAZING!! He helped guide me to the right vape device and the best CBD liquid to help me. Since then, I have noticed a huge difference in how all of those issues are not affecting me near as much! I will be forever grateful!

Great atmosphere, they explain everything. $4 you get a tester 4 year so you can test any kind of Vape you like. They make their own brands in a very clean environment in their store. I will never go anywhere else but there for my Vapes

The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they offer in store. There are so many juice choices that I have a hard time deciding everytime I go in but the option to try most flavors before you buy helps a lot. This is my go to vape store.

Highly recommend! Very friendly and knowledgable staff, more so than other Vape shops in Burlington. Good place for those transitioning into vaping from traditional smoking, as the staff explains everything and are quick to recommend the right equipment to get started. I went into Avail looking for a new mod setup,it was my first real mod setup and the guys working there helped me find the mod that would match what I wanted. My experience in Avail has been nothing but excellent, definitely my favorite vape store!

Great Store and very will organize, but the parking lot is another store. Much too many panhandlers and people using a public restroom. They should take better control of the parking lot and have police take care of shady people outside. I have very much feel uncomfortable with the parking lot.

The best vape experience I ever had . The person to help me was Jeff He was awesome. Very friendly I would definitely go here for the rest of my life but I live in philly. This should be the only vape store you should go to.

Over priced for the Vapes they carry. Unless you HAVE to have it that day... Find another shop. Been in three different times with different associates working and they know VERY little about what they are selling it anything about vapes. Needed coils for one of mine and it took over an hour for them to figure out which one I needed AFTER I told them EXACTLY what I needed. They decided they had to Google it because they OBVIOUSLY knew more about my vape than I did.... NEVER AGAIN.

Huge selection on e-liquid. Nicotine strengths goes from 0%, 0.4%, 0.8%, 1.2%, 1.8%, and the highest 2.4%. Great deals on hardware and liquid. Love that Avail Vapor is all organic and all natural. Also all made in Richmond, VA in their ISO-7 clean lab! All flavored are free to taste till you find your favorite one!

The employees here KNOW THEIR STUFF. Super low hardware prices. And their juice is SO good. One of the only vape shops where you can still try the damn juice before you get it. 10/10

I live Avail!! Every time I go into the store I am greeted with friendly employees who are also very knowledgeable. They answer any question I may have and do not pressure you into anything. Live going there for all my vape needs!!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Sent a friend to get me 3mg juice right before they closed and she gave him 0mg. He tried to go back in but she replied with a sorry, were closed. He called back today and she was very rude and stated You clearly didnt read the receipt.If it werent for this situation, I wouldnt mind paying the extra money they charge for juice. If youre looking for customer service, go elsewhere.
