Prepare to get ripped off! Everything is overpriced! Tried to walk out and the staff was rude and try and force you to buy something if you walk in. I would stay far far away from this store.

I always get really nervous going into vape shops because usually the guys are really cocky, snarky, and rude. I dont know a lot about vaping, so thats why I stick to my pen. I use CBD oil and for some reason I wasnt getting any smoke. Im so glad I looked at the reviews of this place before I came, they lived up to the expectations. The owner and employee were so helpful and nice. I got helped and was treated fairly and kindly. Thank you so much for your help today, will totally be back again soon! 😊

This is my go to place for juice. They are always friendly, and always helpful. More than once the employees have given me something from their personal items just to take care of me until they get items back in stock. That level of service is never expected, but very much appreciated. Im happy to support TNS whenever possible, and I strongly recommend anyone in need of vaping supplies stopping in to see for themselves.

I came with a friend who wanted to check out the closest vape shop to our new place, and even though I personally didnt purchase anything, I was impressed. You wouldnt know from the outside, but its actually decently sized and very well maintained. Very casual feel, but also friendly. Looked like a nice selection, too. Well definitely be frequenting here for his juices, Im sure!

Very friendly shop. Ive personally never been done wrong by this shop. Their selection of juice and hardware is the best hands down. Youre always greeted with a smile and a question. Some shops out there dont ask but they do. Part of the reason this is my go to shop. They do things by the books. Dont like it, dont go.

Great staff, very knowledgeable, but thier vape juice selection has gotten smaller. Staff does help you narrow down preference - but prices are high.

I got admit I feel kind of bad for putting a bad review before talking to you and giving you a chance to fix it. I recently made a purchase(July of 2019) and I wasnt happy with the mod. The owner worked with me, when he didnt have to and I am now satisfied with my original purchase and am now a lifelong customer. They value their customers and the way you realize that is by how they treat you after they get your money. Thanks

The staff (Dave) is such an amazing guy he knows his stuff such an easy guy to get along with. He makes you feel like you are home. Friendliest vape shop experience I have ever had. I would definitely recommend this place

The employees know their stuff. They recommend juices Ive been happy with. Seems like a chill spot. Only real complaint is that juice prices are a bit high but its worth the cost of convenience and they do have rewards programs for buying juice over time.

Ive been shopping here for that past couple years because I like supporting local businesses and the selection and staff has always been great. However I use Sourin products and pricing at this shop 30-50% higher than that of other brick and mortar shops in the area and double to triple the price of online suppliers. I dont mind paying a little more to shop local, but paying 50% more than other local shops for the same products is a bit excessive. Best of luck.

The staff have always been incredibly helpful with their advice and knowledge. Great place to start off at. I still come back to get advice on what would make my vape to taste or hit right. A shop worth supporting.

I decided to call with inquiries about mods and prices. I asked about the RX300 and specifically asked him whether the $90 sale price included batteries. The employee told me it does not and the batteries would be an additional $40. He then proceeded to condescendingly tell me that there isnt a vape shop that would include the batteries in the price of a mod.I call my local shop and verify that the purchase of the RX300 does in fact include the batteries at the same $90 sale price I was quoted for at Thats No Smoke. I strongly recommend customers do a little research on better Vape shops, not only because of the disrespectful and condescending employee, but also because of their intent on ripping me off on the purchase of batteries, which again, they insisted is the only option no matter which shop I took my business to. I will be relocating to their area in the following months, but will never step foot in their business. Customer Service is beyond vital to a business and theres is most certainly lacking. I fully expect their owner to respond to my review with some Industry Standard excuse as Ive seen in previous reviews. Online the Mod alone is selling for $59.99 and 4 batteries at roughly $30. Spending $130 for the set up they offered clearly has a steep Mark Up.

This is hands down my favorite shop in the city. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I’ve never once felt like I was being strung along or encouraged to spend more than I needed to (which I can’t say for some of the other shops I’ve visited).

I have been to most of the vape shop in the area. Hands down without a doubt the best vape shop around. If you have advanced questions they will have the answers. I dealt with a young guy with a white beard. This guy was amazing. Extremely knowledgeable and genuinely friendly. The best.

I come to this place exclusively. The owner is one cool dude. Excellent selection. Terrific service. Its no wonder they cant keep the product on the shelves! If you havent been here, you need to go!

This is a great place to get yourself a vape, with a large variety of choices. I love this shop most for its juices though Theyve got tons of the stuff, in every flavor you could imagine! Good service as well.

Came here yesterday with my husband for some Smok coils. Ended up purchasing those coils, eliquid, and a tank. Incredible selection and above and beyond customer service. Best vape shop Ive ever been to. Will recommend to others and will most definitely go again!

1. Have to buy whole packs of coils/pods2. Don’t have many options for replacement coils3. Juice selection is small and some brands are questionable for coil health4. Very, very overpricedOverall, I don’t really like going here as much as I used to. The customer service can be ok but sometimes they talk to me like I’m stupid. Best luck to you, but other shops have it down.(Addition after owners reply)No, you can sell individual coils. You can only not tamper with tobacco products like cigarettes so that right there is a lie. That’s just a gimmick so you can sell more coils and make people come in for more juice.And once again, talking to me like I’m stupid like you have before. I don’t know how an owner can talk to someone who’s been a customer there many times like that.And you don’t have some of the most common coils on the market like any of the voopoo coils. You sell off brand ones that will “fit” my vape but for the same price I can go get the real deal.

Todd the owner is especially helpful. The full spectrum of vaping options are here and reasonably priced. Very friendly environment and good people on both sides of the counter. . I will certainly be back.

I have been shopping at this store since it opened and although I gave it 5 stars it is not without some mental anguish. You just never know what you will get traveling to TNS in good old Butler, WI.It may be a shirtless firefighter PLUGGING your parking meter out front, toilet paper stealing bandits and on the rare occasion Dave dressed up in a clown suit dancing intently to Barry Manilow while he recommends his favorite new juice flavors. Now this may seem strange until you get the owner helping you one day. All is well until you realize he is wearing bedazzled leather assless chaps and flip-flops. Whats even stranger? I loved every minute of it!Obviously this review took some creative liberties. The shop is top notch, well run and has great staff. My review is meant to poke fun at the useless trolls whos main purpose is post reviews with garbage info and grudges.

No variety and none of the flavors have higher than 6 mg nicotine. They cant even add more I mean come on!! Also there are no pod systems so beware. The two stars are just for their awesome employees

I just came from here, didnt even know of this place until I found it on google maps an hour ago. The staff here is super helpful and very laid back. They have some wildly delicious flavors that Ive yet to see anywhere else! This DJ just found his new vape shop!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I was in town visiting from active duty military and needed a wick for my subohm tank. The person working denied my entry because I didnt have a drivers license that wasnt expired. I showed him my military If that has a birthdate on it and explained how one of the military clauses says you dont need to renew your drivers license as long as youre active duty. He continued to deny me and wouldnt sell to an active duty military person. This store had no respect for the military personnel and refusing to try and understand any arguments of the law. I would never recommend this place to anyone. We drove 40 minutes to try and get a new tank and a wick for an old one for nothing even after talking to him on the phone prior to leaving to the destination.

I just decided to get into vaping recently as a way to ween myself off of cigarettes. I bought a setup near my place of work, but after a couple of days I wasnt really wild about the juice I bought, so I figured Id go see if I could find anything better. TNS is quite near my home, so I thought Id give them a shot. Gentleman behind the counter didnt seem too interested in helping me. I asked if I could try some flavors out before committing and was told theyre getting away from vaping trials, but I could lick the flavors off the back of my hand. It seemed kind of gross, but fine. I ended up buying one of the juices he recommended, but who knows if Ill actually like it once Im vaping it. I mean, I could get this stuff online for a lot cheaper, I came to a physical store so I could try before I buy and licking a drop off the back of my hand is not exactly what I was looking for. Im not a fan of leaving negative reviews based on one visit, but I dont think Ill be back here. I just got overall vibe that this dude would have rather sat on his ass than help a newbie out. I guess Ill make the drive out to West Allis in the future.Edit: I stopped in on Saturday afternoon about 2/3:00.

I really dont understand why I cant be allowed in the store when i turn 18 in 2 months. I was shopping for an RDA for my dad’s christmas present and i was with my mother. She does not know what to look for when it comes to vaping so i came with. I have been in many other shops with friends of smoking age and i was not told to leave, I was only not allowed to purchase (because its a law). Ive never heard of a law prohibiting minors from entering a vape shop. I was very upset with this because a saw a very nice RDA he would of liked. This was quite the waste of time and a missed oppurtunity for my future business.

Tns is and always will be my number 1 shop for vape and CBD needs. Perhaps the states greatest selection and just a great overall vibe to match the knowledgeable professionals in the industry that they are

The juices they have here are different, I personally did not care for any. They dont even carry cotton bacon, they use cotton king instead... How can a vape shop not sell cotton bacon? And cotton king is garbage.

This shop never ceases to amaze! Everytime I go in to grab liquid the selection is awesome. Also just today going in for some liquid there was black friday goodie bags! Nice touch!

Bough a 80 dollar vape that costs 50 online on most sites. Bought it because I didnt have any other option at the moment but wouldnt recommend getting anything there, everything is extremely over priced almost 2/3 over the average price for most their merchandise.
