The Blue Moon Smoke Shop is the best ever especially having the prices and deals that they have everyday!!! I tell anyone that brings things up about another one about this place!!! Plus, there all over the area in Boston!!!

I’ve come here a lot in the past few year and have even sent people. The store owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. I walked in 5 minutes before closing and I was told I’m closing in a minute you need to hurry up from the store owner. As a business owner the customer service was trash. There are ways to tell a customer the store is closing soon in a respectful manner, today was not that. When AJ is there I’ve never had an issue with service. The so called owner is terrible.

I thought about going on Amazon, but I thought “hey why not support local small businesses in my neighborhood a real smoke shop should take care of my needs”. Went in they only had one vape, whatever I bought it. I instantly knew it wasn’t great. Whatever $10. She talked about CBD. Go in buy CBD couple of times. Went into a convenience store close by a week later, they had the same on and 3 others. Looked on Amazon CBD there is 30x stronger, they basically sold me candy. No wonder I kept finishing it in like 3 days trying to pace myself. The first time I went I bought a grinder. I figured they all It’s my fault I wasn’t an educated customer. Went into a convince look and work the same they should be the same, asked the professional he agreed. Nope. All in all Worst $70 I spent at a store. No wonder every bluemoon location stopped selling preroll weed under the table.

If I could give them 6 stars, I would.I bought my fiancé a water pipe for Christmas. On Christmas Eve at 9:30 pm I discovered a leak in the stem that prevented it from holding water or being smoked. I called the store just before they closed, and they offered to stay open long enough for me to run over and replace it. Wonderful customer service, they saved Christmas!

Really awesome new shop. The people who work there are really helpful and have a lot of knowledge, they helped me fix my vape without charging me a cent. I was about to throw the thing away and he fixed it for free! They also have a great selection of really nice glass, plenty of vapes for nicotine and THC, as well as a HUGE CBD selection... they pretty much have it all. Plus the store is clean. And I mean REALLY clean. Thanks again guys, Im sure Ill be back soon!

Went to store around 2pm on a Sunday afternoon. Store was said to be open. There was a visible employee in the store yet the front door was locked. The employee continued to sit on their phone, while watching me as I attempted to enter the locked store, with no clear intention of getting up to let me in as a paying customer.If the store hours are meant to open later it should be stated as such.(Visit date 6 March 2022 1:41pm)

They have all new very helpful staff. The store looked great and had a large selection of vapes and glass. This is the best blue moon I’ve ever been to.

First time ever posting a negative review--by far the worst experience Ive ever had at a smoke shop. I went in there looking for a vaping device, and after asking a couple questions the person working there (he said his name was David--dont know if employee or owner) told me to leave and do some research. I then told him I had done some research and actually owned a couple vape mods (either way, since there was literally nobody else there, Im not sure why he couldnt just kindly explain things--is that not part of his job?), and then he said something like okay, well are you going to buy something or not? Its like youve never done business before. (super weird, as Ive been to vape shops and other businesses countless times without anything close to resembling a negative experience like this).At this point, even though the interaction was clearly going south, I tried to calmly explain that even though I was not a total beginner, I still wasnt completely sure what to buy and valued his advice, which is why I asked questions in the first place (note, again, that the store was completely empty at this time, so it wasnt like I was wasting anyone elses time asking these questions). However, for some reason this guy got increasingly hostile and difficult, and after a couple minutes out of nowhere said Honestly, just get the f*** out of my store, you f***ing idiot, and dont come back.As I said before, Im not sure if this guy (David) was employee or owner (Ive been there a couple times before with different people working there, and the service then was okay), but in any case I do plan on heeding his advice and never coming back, as that was the worst experience Ive ever had at a smokeshop (and maybe even any other shop).

Pretty weird, I bought a vape that stopped working within three days, exchanged it for another that did the exact same thing, and got a speech about how they dont honor warranties.They still gave me 20 bucks when I asked why theyre selling broken stuff and I bought another vape that hasnt broken yet, but Id avoid this place in the first place given the chance.

This is simply one of the best smoke shops Ive ever been too in the greater Boston/Cambridge/Somerville area. The staff are fantastic and knowledgeable and eager to help you find the products your heart and soul desire. And man...what a great, big selection of high quality bongs, pipes, hitters, vapes and hookahs! Im so glad that they are in my neighborhood. Namaste, and God bless!

Good variety of anything u could want nicotine nd CBD. No THC products. But they do have cbd/thc flower a little one for $10 not bad. Also 2 juul packs for $32 . Good savings I guess. But also other places sell them for $16 a pack sooo...Ur decision. But I do feel that the pods tasted better from here then the other smoke shop a lil further down Cambridge st

This place is the best! The employees are ALWAYS so helpful and pleasant. The only downside is the parking situation, but the establishment can not help that in this city.

Don’t go none do there stuff work ride to resolve by giving refund but told me thay couldn’t for unacceptable reasons
