I am leaving this review because of one of the workers at the 536 cambridge st location. He is a white guy with long hair, who said he usually works at the sommerville location. He is extremely helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable without being high pressure, or making me, someone who is overly sensitive, uncomfortable. I regularly return to this location, and while all the staff has been nice he has stood out the multiple times he has helped me. I am looking forward to making bigger purchases of the reasonable priced glass, as I am able.

Worst customer service ever! Workers are ignorant of products. NO REFUND policy. I bought a Smok vape in January for 50 dollars and went home to start my New Years resolution LOL.. only to find out it didnt come with a battery =[ strike one, sales didnt tell me I would have to also buy a battery which cost another 20 dollars. So I had no choice since they wouldnt take the vape back, bought the battery. Bring it home AGAIN and fill it with liquid, start it up and HACK!!(strike 2) Couldnt use it because the atomizer core is bad. I called the girl on the phone and asked for her to please help me with this situation since even though theres a no refund policy they should at least try to rectify this situation. She offered to sell me another atomizer, are you serious?Strike3. So then I asked for the super to call me and she said she would call and get them to call me, which in 3 weeks since I hadnt received a call at all. Finally went to the store with Vape in hand and told her to call the manager who then said we will sell you something else, if youd like to trade for a reduced rate!!Strike 4. Although I have shopped at the Harvard Square shop and have nothing but good things to say, I would NEVER shop at this one again. And advise anyone else to be cautious and know what your buying because they sure dont. Buyer Beware

Sold me a vape, leaked everywhere. Checked the seals, etc. called them, they wouldn’t even offer me store credit or a replacement. Told me to go through the manufacturer myself.It’s like a 33% markup to buy these from a retailer compared to online. The whole point of paying that extra money is so you’re not on your own if it’s a defective piece of merch.Tl;dr save yourself the money and buy online or with someone else bc these people aren’t going to help you anyway

Horrible experience went to buy a case for my spare batteries and was told I had to purchase the batteries they couldn’t sell just the case. Then decided to go ahead with the purchase of the batteries and case so after processing my payment he hands me only one battery with the case and charged me for two batteries then when asked for the second battery he said all sales final and wouldn’t allow a refund since he only gave one battery and added a wise remark then said he’s not the owner. The owner of this shop needs to reevaluate who they are hiring this is by the worst experience I have ever had at any smoke shop I would rather travel further than deal with this people they are very unprofessional and will be reporting this to the better business bureau I would have requested to speak with he owner directly since I was cheated out of my sale and was not given what I had paid for but I did not have the time to stick around but I will be contacting the owner as well. They do not even deserve one star on this review save your money and time and do not shop here

Excellent customer service at this location. Thank you for taking your time in showing me different options and going over every feature the product I was looking for had. Ill definitely be back in the future.

If u like to get rip off them this is ur place i use to love this place until tjat young blnxe kid with long jair started working there now vaps domt work he refuses to replace it not tje first time tje joints is mexican swag cor 18 its worth 2 dollars most i huse to spemd 200 a week there mow i spemd nothing

Place is great staff was very friendly and knowledgeable its my new go to for my vape accessories cant beat the prices

As I write this it is 10:30am and the store is closed. Store is supposed to open at 10am. What makes matters worst is I’m late for work and was counting on their schedule.

I thought it was me good prices bad customer service I have not dealt with the woman that works there she was nice on the phone
