From the moment you walk in the atmosphere is so peaceful and beautiful. Nina spent quite a bit of time listening to my aches and pains along with history and knew exactly where to target. The massage was amazing and the next day I felt better than I have in years. Already booked for my next appointment!

I had a 60 minute deep tissue massage just after Christmas with Nina. I was able to sleep that night without pain in my shoulder for the 1st time in weeks. This is a huge blessing. The amount pressure was perfectly therapeutic. Im going back again, hopefully I can get in this week to follow-up and keep the progress going for full movement in my shoulder too.

If you leave your session unsatisfied, it’s your own fault. She has a system down. She reviews your medical intake beforehand and ask for feedback. I have never had a massage therapist so knowledgeable and to keep notes so she stays on a plan for overall wellness with every visit. I’ll be back. The best craniosacral massage I’ve ever had.

I am blown away by this place! A little difficult to find but they don’t blame you for being late! They catered to my every need during my customizable massage and facial. I’ve NEVER had a facial as great as this one! I struggle with adult acne and now, 5 days later, my acne has reduced in size and redness (something accutane couldn’t even do) and my face feels so clean! This facial will be a regular thing now, especially since their prices are so reasonable! Massage was okay, I think they focus more on pressure points than rubbing out the muscle, but I still left feeling refreshed and relaxed. I wish I had known about this place sooner! Only thing I would change is the lighting during services. I would’ve liked it a little darker in there. (Maybe next time I’ll speak up) LOVE LOVE LOVE this spa!

Nina was amazing !!!I I had been in pain for almost 2 weeks and had decided to just bite the bullet and go to a chiropractor. But by the grace of God I couldn’t get an appointment until Wednesday with them and she got me in that same day and really had to work hard on me ,I was a hot mess. When I came to her on Friday I couldn’t even sit up straight I was so tight in the chest I could barely take a breathe . I woke up Saturday and went shopping with four teenage girls to two malls!!! CLIENT FOR LIFE !!!!

My husband had a massage from Nina and he raved about the quality of the massage because most massage therapist even when you say deep tissue don’t truly do deep enough but he said she was wonderful and listened!
