Great experience for my husband and I! We had booked massages and facials. Kendall was fantastic and courteous! Nait was great and very thorough. My husband had Bryana for both services, super friendly and she was so good he fell asleep haha.

Wonderful experience from start to finish! I booked a couple’s massage for myself and my husband. We both thoroughly enjoyed it. Shelby gave me the best massage I have ever had. We then enjoyed a glass of champagne and a sauna. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at The Spa at Atrium. I received a wonderful facial from Bry! It was so relaxing and I really saw my skin glowing the next day. Bry was very attentive and asked me questions to help select products that best fit my skin type. I would definitely recommend booking with Bry for your next facial!

Ive had good experiences at The Spa Atrium. Today is a shout out to Kendall!Thank you for your skills different techniques for massage to help me out while in pain. Different tips and techniques to be able to do at home definitely recommend him. Ive also had other massages by other folks they are good too. Such a beautiful and relaxing experience! I was gifted an Atrium Spa Day for my birthday and was so impressed by the whole experience. The facial, massage and pedicure were all very relaxing. All three women who assisted me were extremely sweet and kind.Also, the lack of pictures doesn’t do this place justice! It is so clean and professional. A bit clinical, but I personally feel comforted by that. It really is a gorgeous spot!

First time there. We went for the couples massage and it was worth it. The massage therapist applied all of the right pressure in all of the right spots. We booked our next massage before we left.

I specifically requested female technicians. I booked and paid for a massage, facial, and pedicure one month in advance. After I was already scheduled for 10:00 amwith requested females you called me leaving me a voicemail that you had to move my appointments to 11:30, but said everything we talked about would be the same. I called back and AGAIN I confirmed with you that I would have female technicians. I asked you specifically who my services were with and you told me Bridgette, Christine, and Lydia. I didn’t have a single one of these technicians. When I got to the spa for my appointment, to my surprise I had a man for my facial which I specifically did not want. Not only did I have one male, unbelievably you gave me ANOTHER different male for my massage. As if that wasn’t irritating enough, he talked my ear off my entire session! Unfortunately this appointment was made to be before a wedding I was attending that day and before the vacation I was leaving for the next day. As a previous managing aesthetician and spa receptionist I am very disappointed in my experience here! You should take female requests seriously especially when these requests could be because of a person’s religion or trauma! My idea of a nice relaxing experience was ruined!

My sister and I came to get lip flips and it was such a relaxing and easy experience! Stephanie took amazing care of us and gave us all of the info that we wanted and needed. We will definitely be coming back again! Also just as an added bonus, the place is beautiful!

I wanted to share that Stephanie Baglia was fantastic! She was thorough and I just absolutely loved her! I highly recommend the treatments that are offered here at Atrium!

My aunt and I made an appointment for us both to receive massages and facials and neither one of us could stop raving about the service on our way home. Nate did both of mine and was absolutely fantastic. He paid extra attention to detail and did a great job explaining procedure to someone who has never even been to a spa. Also, hand massage was to die for. Were definitely coming back!

Seriously one of the BEST deep tissue massages I have ever received. I travel a lot and have experienced many different massages but I would rank Kendall there as the absolute best. For those of you that are nervous about having a male, don’t be. He makes you feel very comfortable. He has worked with the Amish community as well so he knows how to keep you covered and comfortable.

My son had stopped to purchase a gift certificate that I needed for a gift today. He was there 1/2 before the closing time posted on your website and was turned away, because you were closing. He was told to order one online, however, it was for a gift that I wanted an actual gift certificate to put in a card. Your only options online are to text or email the recipient. This is for a surprise party, so I can hardly text it to them. I had called 3 times today to verify your closing time, but no one answered the phones. I just want to make others aware that they do not stay open until the exact time on their website. Luckily he was able to purchase from another local spa.

I had a great experience when I got a body wrap at The Spa At Atrium! The staff were all great, the treatment was amazing and it left me feeling smooth and hydrated for days after!

My daughter and I had a massage today and it was amazing! I had Shane and was so very pleased.. He was wonderful put perfect amount of pressure. I felt great. My daughter had a good experience she loved it. She said her person wore gloves, I would definitely not like that. I wanna feel skin I feel like gloves took away from it. Going back soon!!! 😁 also the front desk staph was super friendly!!!

This spa was the nicest one I’ve ever been to. I was greeted at the door. The paperwork I did was easy and I had a nice relaxing space to complete it. I was offered water which I accepted. The staff were amazing! They made me feel comfortable and they very friendly and professional. The massage therapist was excellent!! She talked to me before hand and we discussed what I needed most. And then she did everything she said she would. Best massage I’ve ever had. And just so everyone knows it was a prenatal massage and I was feeling pretty rough when I walked in. When I walked out I felt like a million dollars! Best experience ever!! Thanks Atrium Spa! I will be a regular customer.

I’ve been to the Spa at Atrium twice now. First time was for a Swedish massage and most recently a basic pedicure.Both experiences were great. The massage was done professionally and clean. The pedicure was nice as well, my cracked and calloused “man feet” left there much softer than when I arrived.I would absolutely recommend this place for either service that I have received, and can only imagine the other services they offer would be great as well.Looking forward to coming back again!

I received a hot stone massage and it was WONDERFUL! The place was very quiet and clean. My massage started on time and she made sure to use up all the time. Everyone was very professional and friendly. It was my first time there and I ended up scheduling another massage as soon as it was over because it was so good.

The staff is great, the atmosphere is calming and beautiful. Overall, I am beyond happy with any service I receive,If you are new to getting Botox, I highly recommend it. The Doctors are gentle professional and know what they are doing! I always feel awesome after any service I receive.

Kim was fantastic, took her time and educated me in skin care as we went along. I went for a detox body wrap and facial. My experience was amazing and definitely going again! This experience made me want to to facials more, and learn better self care.

This spa needs some help. From poor front desk/phone manners/communication to services. When coming to a spa you want to be led and informed and pampered. I had to call back and ask about details on what to wear and bring for treatment. Also, it would be nice to be offered water and shown where the tea station is upon arrival. Practioners were nice but should ask more questions first about the client before starting treatment sessions. Major drawback was all the talking that went on during treatment. You want to promote an atmosphere of calmness, peacefulness and serenity. This is not accomplished by talking about your life and life situations to your client. Your client is there to relax and unwind not to hear about you and your life. My massage practitioner talked incessantly.

When you think of a relaxing day spa...this is it. Very calm atmosphere when you walk in, calming music, a water fountain going at the entrance. Ive tried manicures, pedicures, facials, couples massage, swedish and deep tissue massages. The therapists are thorough. I love that when youre in the room, its dark, you cant hear noises from the hallways or anything. I only wish I could go more often!

Received a spray tan before I was to be in a wedding. They made me feel very comfortable and did an amazing job evening out my existing tan lines. Shout out to Kara for doing such an amazing job!

This used to be my favorite place to get massages. I have gone here for Years!! I dont know what happened but they are very unorganized and I feel like the massages are mediocre lately. My last experience really put me over the edge. I was disappointed with my massage---dont get me wrong, he was very nice but more of a pressure point massage than a swedish/relaxing massage. Huge mix up with my gift card which kept me there for an additional 40 minutes--for 1- because the girl at the front desk didnt know what to do and 2 - her supervisor couldnt be bothered to just handle the situation so we could leave. My relaxing massage was wasted because I was so irritated by the time I got to leave. The way it was handled was just disappointing. Really miss the warm inviting atmosphere that it used to have.

Kim is a knowledgeable, experienced, and intuitive esthetician. I enjoyed a classic facial today, and can honestly say it is now the best facial I have ever received! My skin feels so clear and hydrated, and I feel very relaxed.

Ive been a customer here for nearly five years now, I see Lidyia at least once a month to get my nails filled, Brenda gives the most amazing massages and Kims hand are made of magic. I did notice some sort of the same vibes that the other customers are talking about under the old manager, but they are under new management and she seems awe-some! Nothing but love and healing hands here! ❤️❤️❤️

Called for a gift card for a customer of mine from Florida. Never returned the requested phone call. Called back, the representative was poor in her phone answering skills. Very unprofessional customer rep. She became rude and refused to give her name. Upon calling in to put in a complaint, it was stated the representative was the spa manager, Shirley. She became rude again, and stated her boss was not available. She stated that customers are not always right and some are not worth having. She unprofessionally hung up. Customers pay your wage and it is now understood why she is only a manager and not an owner of anything. Poor move, Florida customer of mine is quite wealthy... I have fired delivery drivers for less.

I had a CBD oil massage with Laura. It was amazing. The oil warms you up and relaxes the muscles so much with just regular pressure. I felt great afterwards and the next few days also. Would recommend this service to anyone. Thank you Laura

I had a facial done by Kim. It was amazing. My face felt refreshed and looked like it did when I was in high school. The facial wasnt rushed and the atmospher at the spa is very rich and relaxing. I would defiantly recommend The Spa at Atrium to a friend and will be going back in the future.

Phenomenal as always. Only downside is when you leave you are so relaxed you dont want to drive or drive thru Belden Village to get home.
