INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!This particular vape store has two of the most customer focused and kind employees of anywhere Ive ever shopped.Hayley is hands down one of the sweetest and customer service focused people Ive ever met. Not only does she go out of her way to make sure customers have what they need, but when she sees me coming in from the parking lot she already has my fluid and coils pulled and ready for me. She knows when youre probably running out of something and has it ready for you when you come in.Jessie is just as friendly but has an absolute abundance of knowledge about everything this store carries. She knows what products will work best under what circumstances and gives customers honest input on their purchases.The reason I come across town to shop here instead of a closer competing vape store is because the staff here feel like good friends who are happy to see me when I come in.I 100% recommend this location. 👍🏻

Great staff and great environment. Bought a Russian 91% and they set everything up for me there. They have a great way to treat people no matter much or little you know about the items they sell. Highly recommended!! Bar stools are amazing as well. Special thanks to Bill!

Awesome company. Great juice, great prices, and no house juice! All of their juice is manufactured in a lab and tested prior to sale which leads to perfect flavors. The staff is super helpful and will always help to solve a customers problems as well as helping new customers set up their device. I wont recommend any other vape shop other than altsmoke. Keep up the good work guys!

These guys are Rockstars!!! John and Nick really expert in their knowledge and truly helpful with anything technical. Stripped 2 of my units to bare bones, fixed the problem, put it back together again!! Savants!! The Rainmen of VapingJess and Haley are quite remarkable when it comes to product knowledge - juices and dispensers. Natural ‘extra milers’ when it comes to customer service.Jess is the veteran who manages the store, Haley is new but already an assistant manager which is how this store works, find good people, train and develop them, consequently keep them.Love this place - all down to staff!!Thank ya, ladies!!

They are ok but the flavor ain’t like it says really I got the strawmelon Apple and it don’t taste like it really and I got strawberry cream which is pretty good and I got honeydew punch and it’s good but the 1st one is bad tbh they just ain’t got a strong flavor like I want

Great selection as far as flavors and hardware, but at a slightly higher price than other shops nearby. Staff is extremely friendly and happy to help, would definitely recommend to each and everyone.

Would definitely recommend this place to someone looking for a vape shop. The gentleman was very helpful and knew about his products. My visit there today was very pleasing. I walked in and was helped right away with no waiting.

Fantastic vapor shop. Staff is extremely nice, patient, and very informative on all products and liquids. Great variety of eliquids and products from easy starter kits, to great well sought drippers. Stop in, have a seat, play some pool..have a vape and enjoy! Great store and definitely on my list of regular stops!!

I have gotten liquids from here before was kind of disappointed that I had to buy a 0mg and a 6mg to make my flavor in a 3mg I went back a few weeks later and once again I was going to have to do the same thing I have no problem with them checking my ID I was buying it but to ask for my wife ID as well because she walked in with me and telling her she would have to walk back out to get hers to sell me liquids is ridiculous. Do not go here there is a better and more friendly AltSmoke in New Philadelphia Ohio.

This is a great place full of very knowledgeable people whom know what they are doing... I would suggest this place to many others... Would love to see more of a selection on devices, tanks , Drip Tips and so on... And keeping things stocked up is very important as well to keep people coming back...

Last time I go there.Most recent trip, asked for a kanger coil for my aero tank and when I got home and went to put it in, I see that the guy gave me a coil for a ts3.Previous trip: I had been looking at an innokin VV v3 online and decided to stop in to get one when I was in the area one day. Online the vv v3 was priced at 49.99. That price included a tank and a bottle of juice. I looked at the price list on the counter at the store and it was listed at 39.99. I asked to take a look at one and decided to go ahead and buy it. When the girl rang it up it was priced at 49.99. I asked about the fact that it was listed at 39.99, and she wasnt sure why (she was new apparently ) so she called the manager over. He gave me some BS: first he said that the v3 on their price list was something different that they didnt sell anymore. The battery that I had at the time was shot and not working all that great so I went ahead and bought the thing anyways. When I got home I checked online again and saw that it was listed at 49.99 with the tank and bottle of juice.I went back the next day to try to plead my case again. Same manager guy was there so I explained the situation. He then fired up the BS machine again and tried to explain to me that the online store and brick and mortar stores are different companies. I told him that I wanted the tank and juice that the v3 included online and he said that he couldnt give me the juice but he would give me a tank, which was a crappy ts3. Which brings me back to my most recent visit, when I asked for an aero tank coil and the guy gave me a ts3 coil.Shady, dishonest manager guy, and employees that cant get the right coil have soured my taste for anything altsmoke. It is a shame because they have a great variety of gear, but I will never go back.Make sure you get what you pay for and dont let them jack you around. Dont let their positive reviews from their friends make you think these guys are anything but liars and cheats.

Alt Smoke is a good shop to go when you are finding an alternative to smoking. As soon as you open the door, you are greeted everytime. The employees make you feel welcome and have a great amount of knowledge about vapes. The products they recommend have been the best I have used so far. This is a good place to go when you arent sure what you need, need help, and are looking for information on vaping.

Terrible Service. Worker was more worried about hanging out with his friends than actually helping. When I asked him a question, he snubbed me off and went elsewhere. Good Luck!

They have a wide variety of vaping accessories. Mods, tanks, and a KILLER selection of premium juices. Very reasonably priced and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.
