Amazing customer service! The last few times I’ve been in, John (I believe that’s his name) has helped me out and was super great about answering all my questions and giving me all the info about the products I was buying.

I was so impressed with the knowledge of both staff members that helped me! Jessie knew everything about the HHC vapes and could even describe the flavor. Kaitlyn helped me pick out the perfect new bowl and even taught me a neat trick for identifying the sizes. I thoroughly enjoyed myself, mostly due to those two. Also, sorry if I spelled their names wrong!

Great variety of stuff: CBD, kratom, vape products, glassware, pens, etc. Always new stuff rolling in. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and will guide you to the right product if you need help. They will also guide you away from the wrong product based on your needs. They have frequent flash sales and specials, and product rotates quickly.

Cloud 9 in Holly Springs has some great employees, they’re very friendly, and open to answering questions. I always come here for my CBD, they have great prices and a wide selection!
