More than impressed/pleased with BEYOND SMOKE AND VAPE. Went in to checkout prices and selection of pre-rolls. My expectations and needs were certainly met.If you’re on a budget, they got you… if you just wanna own some beautiful glass and it’s quality you’re after, they got you.. cigarettes, vapes, shisha for your hookah…they got you!!!BEYOND SMOKE AND VAPE is a hidden gem in my opinion. Don’t get lured in to a different store with their ‘50% off all smoking accessories’ advertisement. (You’re still paying unreasonable prices for a way overpriced product while being fooled at the idea of half off)The professional and knowledgeable young man helping me was Ethan..if you had to pick someone to help you in a store, this dude ticks all the boxes; you want him on your team for sure. His schedule varies but it’s worth waiting to visit if you need info on any product. When ya charge $30 for a smoke buddy which can be bought online for $15 you are 100% ripping people off. As owners who are probably reading this why charge that much? Lets think about simple marketing. Thats great you charge a product for that much and i needed it unfortunately. Do ya think though my smart self would use you guys again? Fool me once shame on you.Seems like the owners are doing dirty business if they are going to charge double for a product i can get elsewhere. It was their lucky day i really needed one Ill never go there again now knowing they charge that much and ill plan ahead(buy elsewhere) so i aint stuck buying from these overpriced people again. Anyone buying smoke supplies from there may wanna check prices before going. I now 100% see why online smoke shops are hurting you guys business. Usually we see corporate greed its sad seeing small business greed like this.

Visited the store yesterday to get some vape juice. The gal behind the counter was very helpful in answering all my questions without a single moment of hesitation. Customer service is hard to find in a lot of places but she expressed great character and was very patient with me. I think she said her name was Jaylinn. Thank you.

Came in the other day and they didn’t let me return my defective vape, I understand the rules to smoke shops… however I shop here every other day so I was pretty shocked when they denied my request. They try to shake you down for all your money for products that aren’t even real & wont scan on official websites.(UPDATE: This is not a fake review. Absolutely ridiculous to even think so, just goes to show their professionalism and tendency to treat their customers like garbage. There’s too many smoke shops in SouthWest Florida to settle for this one, hope this review & their response to it prevents you from making a mistake and spending money here)

Young lady at the counter seemed very informative and was more than willing to ensure that she not only passed on her product knowledge but help me find exactly what I was looking for with a smile. Went into Beyond Smoke and Vape in Cape Coral today and left more than satisfied thanks to Ethan. His professionalism and expertise in the vape industry shows how much of an asset to the company he is. The products he suggested were top tier and he had me in and out in no time. Nice store. I shop here often. But they are NEVER open on time. Be prepared to wait 30 minutes to an hour after opening for someone to show up to actually open.

This place is awesome! I was having a hard time finding an atomizer for my Puffco Peak and had already called 4 other shops, and one of the shops I called had told me they had one left in stock and they’d hold it for me but when I got there they told me that didn’t have any. Luckily Galaxy Smoke & Vape was just down the road because they saved my life! The shop is super clean and the two people that took care of me were super kind and friendly. I will definitely be going back and will recommend my friends to not waste their time with other shops and come straight here!

The young girl up front literally has no personality and if she possibly showed an ounce of product knowledge or kindness we would of spent the money there. Left & went to up and smoke shop.

I can’t stand it when a business says they’re open at a certain time but you drive all the way there and they are not open! Door says open at 8am here it is 8:45 and nobody’s there!
