Cape Smoke and Vape Shop

My boyfriend and I stopped by last night and while we forgot to grab her name, the woman who helped us out was fantastic. She was very kind and informative while we tried to decide on what to get. Excellent customer service and great options at this store, we even got a lot of items for a reasonable price. I definitely recommend this place if youre looking for a smoke shop in Cape.

Just called and the gentleman could not wait to get me off the phone had a simple question could not give me a price on an item. Will not be shopping locally this time I guess.

I paid $13 for a pack of Lucky Strike, when I commented on the price he said its Florida the price of everything is going up I so wanted to tell him no its just ur store for $13 I can get about 4 packs at circle k I got stuck going here because I was walking to work n it was the only store on the way.i told him I wanted short so he gave me the pack pictured below, I never told him I wanted non filter and he did not inform me that they were non filter so now I have an extremely over priced pack of useless cigs l, Im out $13 and I have no cigs for the day. I will never go back to this store, I honestly dont understand how they r still in business.

I went here as a newbie to buy some cigars to enjoy on the beach while watching the sunset. My experience here was overwhelming amazing. The staff were friendly, but there is one lady who works there who made my experience fun and unforgettable. She made me feel so comfortable to ask any question about cigars and she answered them in such an educational way. It didnt come off as patronizing, but as informative. It was like she was a teacher and I was a student. You could tell she cared enough to give you information but not so much to over influence you in choosing something you didnt want to choose. It was still my decision and my choice.But let me tell you what, when I asked for recommendations for a certain flavor or boldness, she knocked them out of the park. She should of kept a basket for my socks when she knocked them off through my shoes. I wished I could remember her name because she was a Gar guru. I highly recommend this place to both the experienced and inexperienced.

I have never left a review in my life, its just not something I would do. The clerk who served me was clearly under some influence and it was the weirdest experience. She messed up my change as well, but I just said thank you and left.

I have always enjoyed this shop. They have a decent selection of cigars. Staff is easy to deal with but..... Lately I have noticed any time I buy the last box of anything on the reorder the price goes up. My thoughts are that this is unneeded and will chase away loyal types.

New owners as of 2 weeks ago. They raised the prices at least $5 a carton. Thats still a couple bucks less per carton than a convenience store, but I wouldnt go miles out of my way to save $3 bucks folks.

Pleasant atmosphere the younh lady working was very helpful after a bad experience at another store. I will be returning for my future purchases.

I called and asked for a specific brand item asked by name and item. Oh yes we have that. I asked about the bridge toll and went only to find they neither have the item or know what it is. I asked for toll money for the bridge. Only to be told to get the F... out by the owner or mgr. waisted time money. This is why there are internet sales and this group will be left to sell novility items. Very poor example of a hometown small buisness.

Every shop in Cape was out of my brand of tubes. This shop had them! Staff was friendly, prices good and store well stocked. Come check them out!

Ive been going to this store for several years. I always find the price is much better than anywhere else and the staff has always been courteous.

A true, classic Smoke Shop is what this place is. What It is NOT is a headshop labeled Smoke Shop that is commonly seen. If you enjoy tobacco, go here- I have never been to a better smoke shop
