Holy smoke & vape shop

This store is my new favorite. We are there at least 3-4 times a week to see Ashley and to see what new items are in. The owner is awesome. I asked if he could order something it was in within a few days. Ashley is sweet and has the best personality. I love it when shes there to greet us. She knows pretty much everything we want and goes over whatever is new. If you are looking for the number one vape and smoke shop in Cape Coral come down and see for yourself.

Holy smoke is one of the best shops in Cape Coral. I have become a regular there thanks to Ashley’s amazing customer service. I will continue to return there as long as she is there. Thank you to the owner who made a great choice when he hired her.

I go to a lot of smoke shops always searching for the best deals and this one hands down has some of the best in town. To top it off a super knowledgeable and friendly staff. Jon always helps me out makes sure I have the stuff I need and if they dont have it he gets it ordered and in the shop asap. He remembers everybodys name and always has a professional manner as well as being super friendly and nice.

Been coming in 2+ months. Always come out with good stuff. Ashley is the best, super knowledgeable, and keeps the atmosphere awesome!

I found this smoke shop months and months ago when I switched from cigarettes to vaping. If I could give Vape shop a 10* I would!!Fantastic selection of items all very competitively priced. I am a frequent customer at Holy Smoke and Vape on Cape Coral Parkway. I must say Ashley goes over and above to help her customers. She is very knowledgeable on the products and will guide you in the right direction. She is the main reason I keep going to this spot. Every time I go in there she always greets me with a warm smile and welcoming anttitudd and I have seen her do this with all of her customers.

I stopped in on the last day of my vacation before flying back to Massachusetts. I wanted to stock up on disposable flavored vapes as they’re not sold in MA. I didn’t catch the girls name that helped me out but she was very helpful and nice. We chatted and she helped me pick out some stuff. Great experience!

Conflicted on experience l: they have some of better variety of options compared to other smoke shops- first time here had great customer service next time not so much employee was a little snappy and did not have the best personality, Ill give them the benefit of the doubt and say they were having an off day, but still. Great & friendly service. And I used the restroom (which was clean) and I thought it was considerate that they provided feminine products… irrelevant to their product, but it was a sweet touch.

I had a great experience here. The young ladies who attended me on two separate days were very nice, polite, and helpful. Great quality and lots to choose from.

The only reason why I don’t give 5 stars is because every time I come there is a person working who puts up a sign saying they will be back in 15 minutes and I’ve been waiting outside for almost an hour and no one comes .

Ì am gonna give 4 stars and not 5 based on the sole fact that it is a hit or miss in the area of expedition and or personnel/staffing.I understand that a lot of the time, I presume that the store has more downtime than uptime. Why else would there be only one person working the register, the floor, sales, and what have you.Dont miscronstrue what I am saying. They are super helpful, funny and prompt under the circumstance that you and maybe one other person is there. If others come in which is usually what happens; it suddenly becomes a waiting game. They lose the extra time needed to upsell and schmooze the customers. IN my opinion they should hire on some help. I have walked out without buying anything 3 or 4 times because of this very reason.Other than that the place is great!

I go to a lot of shops like this and the staff makes the difference. Christian is the best! He is knowledgeable and friendly. He helped me on so many levels. I dont see myself going anywhere else. I think all these other shops should take a training class from Christian. He was awsome!

During the daytime seems like a good shop. Until recently at nighttime it was a good shop. I like to get rolling papers as well as other paraphernalia from there. Recently they’ve had this Idgaf attitude. They just close when they want. Last night when I got there at 9:25, they drove away. (They close at 10 allegedly) tonight I called at 9:05 to make sure they weren’t gonna pull that again before I wasted time on a trip. At first the aloof guy didn’t answer the phone. I’m sure the store was just super busy. Probably had a line out the door. Right…I called back. Eventually the aloof guy did a sweet he phone and acted like we had a bad connection. Then ultimately he tried to discourage me by telling me the they close in 15 minutes. I said so you close at 9:20? Your door and the website say 10. He assured me they close at 9:20. If I was the owner and I found out I was paying someone to hold my store open and paying them to sell goods in the store, I’d want them to do just that. Not discourage customers from coming in. Guess I’m finding a new headshop. It’s a shame, because prior to now this has been a good store with good help.

Christian is the all time best staff I have ever worked with at a smoke shop. Took care of all our needs and even went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Will always go back to the shop for my needs. 10/10 would recommend to everyone!

Everyone hating on this store is the type of person who also calls it a habibi store or Arab store etc etc type of feelings. I love it here. The products are good. The premium products are the best.read the no refund sign it says talk to a manager about your situation. They are there to help!

There is a large selection, there is no advice. If you dont know exactly what you want, betterwhere else to buy.Seller very demotivated.Questions are answered, nothing more.

Amazing staff that is very friendly and helpful, I went in wanting to learn about vaping in an attempt to quit smoking and both Sophia and Felicia have continued to guide me in all aspects of vaping saving me ton of money. Highly recommend this store and these honest woman. Thanks ladies for all the help and advice.

So buyer beware! This store is on Uber eats and set up to deliver vapes, but upon ordering it states merchant has to deliver its products and must be hand item to me not door drop off and tracking is unavailable because of this, ID must be ready/available etc, well order never comes and store says they don’t deliver, call Uber eats, they say merchant does it’s own delivery call them, on and on, never buying from them again basically no one wanted to help so good luck, they have no idea how their account is set up or care to know, lost my business and I buy lots of stuff there

Purchased device. Sales person did bait and switch. Device bought at a high price.Display device is black and that is requested color. Sales person switched with less popular silver color. Sales person but refused Total undesirable color called when I realized wrong device. Sales person said all sales are final but owner is only one who can override transaction. Showed up this morning and owner refused to exchange. He told me to come back and see sales person but refused to tell me when she is working again. This is not the first time I have had problem with this owner. I live long Way away so this is a super pain buyer beware. If you have had similar experience please post review so others may see before going to this business.

I wasnt sure which item to buy. Im very picky! but Felica was able to show me the best glass pieces Ive seen in a while. I walked out pleased. Nice to see Holy Smoke & Vape has reliable staff! Ill be back again. 😊

I bought a vape here and they didnt even tell me it took a battery. I had to go back and buy the batteries, which only come in packs of 2 for $20. I wouldnt have bought the vape if I knew it was actually $20 more.

If your into vaping this is the place to go. They are very competitive with their pricing and only carry top of the line products at great prices! Customer service is awesome. If you have any questions this place is the place to go!

This store is selling fake products. Do not shop here. I spent well over 150 dollars on hydes and kratom. The hydes are knockoffs and so is the kratom. These people should be ashamed of themselves. Dangerous to shop here.

I will never go back to this place again. I was sold a broken hookah. Called back 2 days later to see if they could do anything. I know it says no returns but come on. The thing was broken. Kid at the phone took my number and said his boss would call me back and they never did. Strongly recommend going to ANY other shop around here.

Huge selection of everything from glass to vapes etc, very chill environment (foosball table!), and low prices. Staff always works with me to get me out of there with what I need within my budget. Would recommend - my usual smoke shop.

Solid Glass selection , good vape and disposable selection and an amazing staff that take care of, and personally order things for every customer. Wouldnt shop anywhere else especially since they have a few different stores to go to in ft myers , cape coral, and port charlotte

Store worker Hasan would not give me a refund for a defective vape pen. It was 2 weeks old and I had the receipt. I was even told when I purchased it to hold on to my receipt since it was a new vape they just got them in. Do not support this smoke shop. Horrible customer service. No wonder amazon is going to put stores like this out of business.

BUYERS BEWARE !Visited the shop on their reopening at their new location to pick up a pack of “smok” v12 prince-Q4 coils. After extreme vape malfunctions (leaking out of the juice well) we replaced many other things before considering the coils, I decided to try to authenticate the product I picked up from this store and I scanned it through their verification system the Product was “unknown” to smok so I called this store and came in whomever was working was quick to be defensive. He kicked me out of the store without getting my money back for the FAKE coils I was sold I later went to a trusted vape store and bought a new pack of coils scanned them and The new coils were verified. Download ivps tour on your App Store and scan QR code “A” or scan as directed on app the smok website directly links this app to check your products. You too will find you were intentionally sold a fake product. Be careful as these fake products are made cheeper with materials that shouldn’t be used in your vape. You may also notice their vape liquids are almost 10$ cheeper than any competition stores around I believe their juices too are also fake. So even if you aren’t bothered by the authenticity you should be bothered this company sells you products that are fake, with the intention to profit more money from you and with these fake product packaging you never know what you are putting in your body. I suggest avoiding this scammy store all together

I got a great deal on a Rolo Badge salt nic device. Also their salt nic juice is under $20 for premium flavor! Went in today and the guy helped me pick out a new flavor. Its Vapetasia Salts - Milk of the Poppy. Its not too sweet and its a little creamy which is right up my alley. Thanks for hooking it up guys.
