Excellent store for all your vape needs. They were better pricing than the usual store I had been shopping at. I was very happy with the customer service. Dylan really helped us figure out what was the best for our needs. I highly recommend this place !

I had a great experience here, so much that I had to run home and write a review immediately. I thought the walls were a funny color but besides that i had a great time. Dan helped me find a e-cigarette and told me all the pros and cons to each. I felt empowered by all the knowledge when i left. What a place!

The stores are good but would love to visit their web site. i refuse to add a mandatory chrome extension that is not trusted and alters my browser settings.

I love this store and I go here weekly. Very friendly people! Unlike, Vapin in the Cape, Naples Vapor has a very nice set up for trying their many flavors. You do not have to use your own Vape/E-Cig that may already have juice in it. I love this place and trying the many flavors is so fun and easy! Cute store and they always have what I need. Also, I have never had a problem with returning something. Took receipt and did an exchange with zero problems. I had a bad battery, once. They made my exchange very easy!

First went to Naple Vapor (merchants crossing location) about a month ago for purchase my 1st e-cigarrette. They answered all my questions and helped get the right system for me. Had a problem with one of my batteries, and exchanged it and have had no problems since. Recommended to others.

Bought an E Cig a few weeks back, and have nothing but troubles with it. Along with the faulty products I was sold, I get nothing but attitude from the sales associates. With all of the vapor stores popping up in the area, I do not need to shop here ever again. Store owners should be thankfull for the business we as consumers bring them in, especially when we drive 45 minutes to go to their store.Will never shop here again.

Worst experience ever with this store, only warranty for 30 days on kroma vape batteries and ive been through 3 already and website says 90 day warranty. All 3 vapes leaked from first fill up. Done with overpriced junk fromthis company.

I will have more information today after I vist this shop. My unit stopped working one day after I bought it! I am hoping that they will replace it for free and let me know why this happened. I was very upset becuase I was enjoying it and did not smoke a tobacco cigarette all day. I will definately write a review about how the staff handles this situation...

Great service, their house juice, Black Label Vanilla Scoop is great and Im happy I can get it at 1.5 mg. Nice, friendly service too!

Prices way too high. Even their on sale juice is through the roof. Go to the Vape Store instead. Bogo juices and awesome sales. I just picked up 100ml of juice for 17 bucks. Thats what naples vapor charges for a 10ml

Cheap products and overpriced had to buy 3 new tanks in less than a month. The customer service was not the best. Definitely will not return will go to Vape Store instead. Very disappointed.

I had an “emergency” with my vape and Dylan took care of me quickly. He troubleshooted the problem and quickly found the issue. Naples Vapor is the best!

I love the Naples Vape they helped me many times with getting my coil out. And for $1. Can test out other flavors.

Usually go to this location for my vape supplies but I do not buy juice here because I can never find anything I like. Only buy my particular juice online and they dont carry it. Plus... Everything is cheaper online.
