Go see RYAN.!! I went into the store not knowing to much. I just know my boyfriend sent me there, cause this is where he shops. The gentleman was so polite and gave a lot of information. I got what information I needed with honest responses to my questions and answers when I asked him things. ASK FOR RYAN!!!!

Absolutely the best Vape Store regardless of which location Ive been in...the staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.I live in NY and order my juice and coils from Naples Vape because the quality is so much better. Im so happy I stumbled upon them and look forward to stopping by when Im at my FL home.Keep up the great job Naples Vape!

Hands down the best vape store in South Florida. Their black label juice is insanely good. Very easy on your filters and great price for a hi end juice. Staff is super friendly too!

Went in for a tobacco flavor. The one they sold me was supposedly like Marlboro. Tastes like maple. Called to ask if I can switch it out or whatever and was told basically too bad thats just how you are tasting it. No customer service. Do not recommend.

Id been discouraged by previous visits to other Naples Vapor locations, having had to deal with poor customer service, but the Naples Vapor establishment on Cape Coral Parkway has far surpassed my expectations. The gentleman who served me is always nice and knowledgeable, almost always have what I like in stock, and the store is always neat and tidy. Would recommend to anybody I know who vapes.

This is by far the best shop I have ever stopped at, I’m very new to vaping and had nothing but success here. All my questions were answered and received everything I was looking for.. better yet I quit cigarettes and don’t even want them anymore. I highly recommend this store to everyone

I was greeted by John, who patiently helped me find just the right juice. Im impressed by his knowledge and excellent customer service. Ill definitely go back and would recommend this place for any expert or vapor noob. Ill be back.

Yeah, the only reason they get two stars is because of the selection and the pool table. The staff are condescending, and while I was there one of the two gentlemen (the one of darker complexion) had a customer that came in and was a little difficult to work with. After the customer left the worker proceeded to complain about that customer out loud so basically everyone else in the store could hear how this lady was a pain... Not a very professional staff, and if you cant handle customers being a little difficult to work with them you need to find a new job cause customer service isnt it. So yeah, selection good, staff sucks. I have been to dozens of shops around the country. These people wont last. Oh and dont expect them to help you find e juices as each of them only vape and are partial to ONE flavor. Ridiculous.

Always treated very well. Always informative and friendly. Liquids are great quality and products are top of the line. Whenever i had questions or if had a problem with any kind of e cig, charger, coil, ext, they always exceded with expextation to make sure i was taken care of. I highly recomend this company when it comes to liquids and products.I also recomend NEVER going to the Vape Store. Theyre luquids are the worst, products are garbage, and customer service is just God aweful. They suck

Poor prices but worse customer service. Sold me defectiv 3v battery never worked drove back to the store all within 45 minutes. Tried 2 others that wouldn’t work then tried to hand me one that did. I said I’d prefer a full debit refund. Kid curses at me says he don’t have time for this. Call owner and he says no refunds just store credit “as per receipt”. No where on receipt does it say only store credit. In fact says refund directly on receipt. Left the product and had to literally call bank and dispute debit transaction while on speaker phone with Owner who proceeds to say some un ethical statements. So potty mouth again proceeds to say take another product and get out or I call the cops. Lol what a joke of company. Hopefully Benjamin or Robert just start actually caring about this situation at hand.

I use Naples Vapor on Cape Coral Parkway where I know John and Joshua who treat you like family and thats important to me. Josh is at another store now but the his replacement is very nice also and this place may be more expensive than the other stores but you absolutely get what you pay for. They have superior vape oil. I personally would not go to another vape store...

Just moved to the area and this place is my new vape store they have what I wanted and good customer service.Its clean and convenient.

Super convenient with locations all over south west Florida. Highly knowledgeable staff with the best products Ive seen. Naples vapor makes every other vape shop look bad.

If you are just starting out DO NOT GO TO HERE, i went to the store in cape coral on del prado. They over sold me supplies, way too much liquid for a beginner, the flavor made me sick, and when I asked to exchange for something else they made me purchase more. They never even mentioned all the other flavors I could have chosen, and the flavors I had to select from were horrible!

My mod broke..looking for a mod that held 20700 battery..they had captain mod but only display only...try to sell it to me without batteries which where suppose to be included..I ask for discount since where no batteries..the guy begins counter calls his boss and trys to give me 18650 batteries instead..I dont need 18650 I need 20700..I guess his boss thought I was stupid and didnt know it came with 2 free batteries..he wouldnt even offer discount and wanted me to pay full price for a mod without 2 batteries..glad I left cause found another vape shop who had plenty of different mods..never be back for the fact of not the batteries but for the fact trying to sell me something in which he knew it was suppose to come with batteries..glad I have owned this mod before...cause I would have never knew

The Outside is very Dingy, worn down & Dirty..as if the place was CLOSED( even though that the business is OPEN). So People can go into the Business for all VAPING needs).
