Love this place! I buy my nicotine vales here. I get the HQD 7000 puff and they have a sale, buy 3 for 50.00 bucks. Definitely worth money spent. Met the Manger today, he was very nice and informative, and the woman worker there was super friendly. Ill always be going here for my vaping needs.

Called to ask questions about products in stock. Phone was answered but nobody responded. If thats the customer service I can expect before I even walk through the door then its not even worth wasting my time to go in.

Every time I have been here I am treated with the best customer service and they always have what I need in stock. Last time I was in there was another angry customer and it was all a misunderstanding but I would like to say how impressed the reaction from the employee was. He kept his cool even though the guy was in his face. The employee was Dillon and he always greats me with a smile.

There is nothing better than entering a business, being greeted genuinely, and on top of that; the gentleman spoke professionally, was knowledgeable and very efficient! I was in and out in less than 2 minutes. As a us veteran, i have severe anxiety, and was on the verge of having an attack- but i learned to mask them for a bit. Due to his quick advice: i picked what he considered a top-notch CBD vape, and wrong he was NOT! It helped me calm down within 5 minutes. So, whomever you are (sir); you worked on Feb 4th, 2024 - i want to thank you! And i hope you get to read this review! The world needs more people like you.

Went in for a vape and I was surprised with the selection they had. Calvin helped me pick some good disposable vapes and talked me into getting 3 because of the great deals they have. I would also recommend going there for any smoke needs because of the range of product they have.

The managers of this store (Kira and Sara) are absolutely incredible people. They are always smiling, helpful with products and go way beyond the call of duty to help with the customers needs. Their customers service skills are unmatched with most retails businesses in the area and they make their customers feel like you are part of their family. I am neither part of their family or the business yet I love and appreciate them as if I were!

This place in a gem! First of all, you’re met with a clean interior with a very sensible set up. You know where things are. Everything is concise. You’re then greeted by a very cheerful young lady who is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The thing I like is she will tell you what she suggests..but also what she doesn’t. If she doesn’t really recommend a product for my personal preferences or hers, she will say it, and I’m appreciative of it and that input. She’s always pointed me to products I’ve LOVED. The products here, all seem incredibly high quality. I haven’t seen any suspicious or knowingly boof cart brands, like you see other shops selling. I haven’t even seen Cake carts, which is a good sign for a smoke shop honestly if they don’t sell Cake. They’ve got a perfect selection of choices and varieties. I’m really impressed. There seems to be an elevated level of integrity here that unfortunately a lot of other local shops don’t have. I would highly suggest this place. They’ve also got super cool trays, cookies and RAW merchandise, kratom, glassware, and tons of vaping stuff.

Every time I go there is always new and different tanks and battery packs. New flavors on the vape juice. The staff is friendly. They dont talk down to you. They want to make sure that you know everything about your purchase. They explain it in a easy way to understand. They also take the product out of the package so they can show you the proper way to set everything up. The staff will set it up for you so you get the hands on knowledge you need. Its a nice relaxed atmosphere. I wont go anywhere else.

Called them looking for the glass for a tfv18 after every other company in the area told me to try ordering them online. I feel that if your gonna sell a product than at least keep some of the common parts that break in stock. Apparently these guys agree. New customer here.....

They have a neat rewards point system also that lets you build points to use for in store cash, helped save a few dollars here and there for liq. Highly recommend checking them out. Great hours daily and open late.

Dark and dirty store, looks nowhere near as nice as the pzic looks like in Google. Also, they have a tiny selection of premium juices to try to force you into buying store brand. Not impressed, and not coming back. Only good thing is they open at 8am and had I not been needing juice, I would have waited an hour and gone into King Of Vape two blocks away. 8am open time is nice but that seems to be all they have going for them.

Ive been coming here for a little over two years and I absolutely love the service and products! Ive tried other vape stores and this is by far the best and he only one with my flavor! The staff are very friendly and helpful, Im always able to get the help I need and have my questions answered when I am learning how to use a new vaping device. I always feel welcome and like my business is appreciated.

I wouldnt even give this place a 1 star. They sold me a tank that said RED on the box. I walked out of the door, opened the box, and to my dismay it was hot pink and I came right back in. I have a black and red battery. They refused to exchange it with attitude. Customer service was very rude and not accomindating in any way whatsoever.. I recommend to go to ANY other vape shop or just buy a pack of smokes. Made for an awkward shopping experience for me. I will never go back there.

This is the 3rd time ive come to this store and no one is there! The sign says open and so does google but yet again no one is there. This kept happening at the NFM store until they finally put a note on the door. Done with this store.Thankfully the vape king vape store was open and they even gave me a discount.

My wife and i went there today to purchase a vape that my wife was so excited about. The workers half-assedly greeted us about 10 minutes after we were already in the store. They were to busy chatting amongst themselves. They were extremely rude. They ignored us repeatedly. Questions after question was ignored. I will never return there again. Im going to Naples Vapor

Went in to get a new set up... apparently it was dinner time, and they were more interested in eating than helping a customer. Didnt even say hello when I walked in. Went to Naples vape and they were more than helpful. Never again.

This is by far my favorite place.This is where I walked in on day four years ago smoking 2 and a half packs of cigarettes and now I dont they changed my life in so many ways. First time at this store was today and this will be my vapor store from now on, I highly recommend this store to anyone who has an interest in vaping (from first-timers to OGs). they have a ridiculous amount of flavor options! it took me the better part of an hour to read through all the flavors, and decide on which to buy. there are sooo many good flavors of liquid. customer service was absolutely TOP NOTCH. the dude Oscar who was working was happy to answer all of my questions, and to let me test about 20 different flavors without even breaking a sweat. by far the best experience iv ever had at an ecig store. note- there are 2 locations in cape coral, one on del prado and one on the corner of santa Barbara and veterans (which is the store I went to)
