Looking Glass

Poorly managed. Have had nothing but trouble and issues. Never open on posted times. Display is unorganized. Not much of a selection. Wouldnt call this a smoke shop or head shop. Wouldnt waste my money on a 5 dollar pipe ther. Cant because they are always closed when they say open.

Associate was very informative and patient. His knowledge astonished me. Unfortunately not a huge selection for vaporizer units. Nevertheless, awesome visit! A decent selection of other products and accessories. Would visit again.

Pretty cool place. Not the best place to go buy cigarettes from but the staff definitely know their thing and their product. Very friendly and respectful. I enjoyed. Nothing much to say. It is clean and it has cool hippy style.

The parking was confusing. Had to park in the back next to the sign that said employee parking. It was extremely quiet inside. No one was at the cash register. No one was around when we walked in until about one minute later when a guy came out from the back to ask for our IDs. Didnt greet us at all...just demanded identification. He stood behind the counter and watched us. I felt really weird inside the store and I quickly left.

I was looking for a vape shop and found this place through Google. It does have some vaping gear, with a decent selection of mods, but I wasnt familiar with brands of juices, so decided to move on. The place is a head shop more than anything else, and on that, they have a pretty decent selection of accessories.The reason for the 2-star is because of the person behind the counter. While I was walking in, I noticed all the signs stating they card. And this point was emphasized heavily so it did not escape my notice. Once inside, I was preoccupied with vaping mods when the person behind the counter said something. I apparently did not hear him properly and greeted him with a whats up. He repeated what he said, this time louder and more aggressively, and this time I understood him. I replied with my bad and showed him my I.D. After a few minutes, he finished with his customer, came over to me and just stared at me. No what can I help you with, no hi, just this bulldog stare like I did something wrong and that I was public enemy number 1.Sheesh, sorry for not understanding you the first time. If youre into smoking accessories, then this is the place. If you like dealing with a person who woke up on the wrong side of the bed, then this is the place. If you have questions and and are curious, avoid this place.

The burgers were raw. The staff was rude. They were talking about members of my family throughout the resteraunt. Ill never go back. I used to love this place but lately the quality of service has gone down hill.

Loved the experience employees was both friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. Did buy a few things but not what I came there looking for which was glass pieces. Upset they dont sell glass pieces and the only reason why I didnt give 5 stars but other than that had a great experience and will be back

Not what I expected. More of an Oddities store. They do have some meat things you wont be able to find many other places, but the atmosphere is dark, its definitely not for the light-hearted. My kind of place!

I called to ask if they have nectar collectors and the person answering acted annoyed. Told me he can’t give details on the phone, and hung up on me before I could even finish a sentence. So rude. Do not go here read the other reviews too

Used to sell screens for pipes but now claims that police seized all of them and said they couldnt sell them legally anymore. What? You can buy them other places, I even bought faucet screens at Lowes that works fine! Why in the hell would it be illegal to sell screens for pipes? Makes no sense!

Great selection and amazing prices. They have unique CBD products like facemasks! Awesome customer service, def will keep coming back ;)

Over priced, go to El Paso if you need anything, here a vape was 30-35 and So paso had the same but 2 years newer model for 10

Staff is helpful and they have alot of unusual type gifts for adults - Some of the items r a bit pricey but other than that it is a cool store !!

Not a big selection of vape products.Whats weird is that, every time I go in there, the product that I buy is a different price... depending on who is working. 😂
