I usually go to this salon and get my nails done. Usually simple things, but they always come out great. Yesterday evening I went and asked for a french ombre, and they are nothing like the picture I showed them or even ombré in general. They unfortunately look like over growth of my nail by the way the pink color was placed. The white wasn’t blended properly. And it wasn’t cheap either. Not to mention the lady who did my nails did not seem happy to even have me as her customer, shook my fingers a few times out of frustration because I was “too tense” at times. I didn’t appreciate feeling uncomfortable for the hour I was there.

Went in for a pedicure worst experience of my life. I told mia not to cut and she continues to cut my nails. The amount of times i told her to be more gentle because she was hurting me was insane. my nails are WAY to short and they look completely un even. never again.

This is my go to place. I loveeeeee how my nails look. Fairly relaxing environment. Just make sure you make an appointment otherwise you will more than likely wait a while.

I came here for a gel manicure and I love the end result! Judy did my nails and she did a great job. She didn’t rush, took her time, and was very patient as she helped me choose colors. I will definitely come back again 😊

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE WORKERS.I usually go in and have no problem with the workers.(Amy is so sweet) I went in today saw a new girl and she was rude off the bat. On the website acrylics are $40… I got charged $60 and was laughed at when I tipped. Disappointed is an understatement not sure if I will return with the lack of communication.

Had a pedicure with Mia...worst ever. She was so rough with callous remover where i dont any callous she drew blood. Never going there again!

I had a spa pedicure at the price of $60 and Tanya the nail worker there was very rude and disrespectful to me. Tanya pretended to speak no English in order not to engage in any conversation with me. when asked certain questions her sentences was well pronounced in English. I voiced my concerns to her and shes still continue to be rude and i even asked to speak to a manager.not sure if it was how I was dressede or the color of my skin. I know Tanya said unkind things to me because when she talked about me to her other co-workers they will look in my direction and stare very unprofessional !!!

I went to this salon under the recommendation of someone. I sat down and had powder on my nails so it had to be taken off. Instead of soaking the girl filed them so much with the electric file that she continuously burned my nail beds. I told her it was hurting and she was shaking her head, getting annoyed and talking to the girl next to her. The girl next to her made it very clear they were talking about my nails bc she very obviously was looking over at them all the time. When she was done with one hand she would literally take my hand and throw it to the side. Then she put the new powder on. Well 3 hours later 3 of my nails were cracking. Now 3 days later they are all cracked and chipped. I don’t even want to go there to have them fixed because they were so rude and did such an awful job. I would never recommend them nor will I ever go there again. Worst experience ever!

I was recommended to use this nail salon by a coworker since I’ve had some up and down experiences with other salons and wanted to treat myself to a full set of UV Gel Nails and an eyebrow waxing. I didn’t have an appointment and I called to see if I can get in and the lady that answered the phone said I could come in. I went after work and waited until the man finished with his client and he took me to his chair. He did my nails and took his time and did an excellent job and they came out looking amazing. The place was clean and the atmosphere was relaxing the staff was very nice. After I was done with my nails I went and got my eyebrows done and then decided to add another waxing service on and the lady was kind to do it. The total came out to $88 for everything and I gave them a good tip because I felt service was excellent. Will definitely be going back 😊

WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD TODAY!! First they wouldnt honor ANY discounts they offer on their website- the chair was old and hurt my back to sit in it while getting a very rushed pedicure- Facial was worst- she walked out of the room for half hour and charged for 60 minutes- while the whole mask ran and soaked my shirt and flooded my ears- NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Extremely rude staff, my sister and I were picking our color and being rushed while there was plenty of staff not with anyone. They also charged to take our gel off when we were getting gel back on, as well as sitting there talking about you the whole time

My wife and daughter went here for a set and fill. They didnt have an appointment so they were willing to wait. They waited for an hour until a spot was available. Just as they were going to sit down a white woman made a scene about having made an appointment at 12:40 for 1pm. My wife and daughter have been waiting since before 12pm. Now the nail tech is telling my wife that she has to wait because the white lady made an appointment which was way after my wife has been waiting. She would never be back at this place. Very racist place where color of skin is valued more than the color of money.

The pedicure was great, very relaxing. Definitely didnt like how my acrylic set came out, the man who did my nails didnt paint my whole nail, the nails were filed incorrectly, i felt like I had to keep pointing out things he was doing wrong. Also didnt last very long! Starting chipping the same day.

I visited this salon on Saturday, January 20th. I have severe problems with both feet and had not been able to get a pedicure in 2 years. I went in and asked how long the wait would be for a pedicure. I was told to pick a color and it would be 10 minutes. I chose the color and proceeded to wait. After 20 minutes, I asked how much longer it would be. I was told it would be soon. I waited an additional 25 minutes and was told to wait in the pedicure chair. There were already 2 customers having pedicures with 2 more waiting in their chairs next to me. Apparently, all 4 customers had come in together and had been there approximately 2 hours and were very frustrated as well. The girl sat down to begin my pedicure and I told her the other 2 were also waiting and were there before me. She then left me to begin on them. I had to wait about 10 minutes longer to have someone start my pedicure and asked if I could be given a discount on the service or a brief hot stone massage in light of the fact that I had waited so long. First, I was told by another girl that they would throw in the hot stone massage. When the other girl finally sat down to begin my pedicure, I was told she was not throw in the hot stone massage. I then asked what they would do for me. I was told they would give me a $5.00 coupon for my next service. This was not a good experience for me and the other customers as well. We should all have been discounted for the extreme wait. I certainly did not tip the girl who did my pedicure, as she made the determination to not discount any of us and was not proficient at pedicures. It was obvious that she did not have a clue what she was doing. I am upset at having spent the money and gotten nothing in return, but a terrible experience. Go to another salon.

I have been going here since it opened years ago. Its under new ownership. Three weeks ago I had a full set of gel permanent French. Usually they lasted Me 3 weeks. Within the first week I lost four nails. I went back within the week explain what happened they told me they were giving me the best person. I have never had such a horrific set in my life. Unfortunately Im not the type to speak up once again I paid my full price for a gel set which is not cheap and left. Please think twice before going here. I would have given it zero Stars but I couldnt.

This place is great at welcoming walk-ins, but it was super packed when I went.I did not like how my nails were done, especially for the price they charged me. I came in for a simple gel filling and the tech left my nails super thick and crooked. I will not return here.

I used to love going here, but I will not go back. I had acrylic fills done on a tuesday. On wednesday the acrylic had cracked on two nails. A day later a 3rd nail cracked. Not my nails, but the acrylic. They filed my the coating on my nails so much, but didnt replace the acrylic they had filed off. Only put new acrylic at the bottom of my nails. Felt as if they were being cheap by not wanting to use more acrylic. Very disappointed.

My nails came out terrible, the lady cut them without asking and completely messed up the shape. When I asked the lady to make them a little thicker since what I do for a living they don’t last as long anymore she told me no and was extremely rude and disrespectful. Plus the salon is absolutely disgusting. I would never go back there ever again

Great services, especially the spa pedicures. However they have no idea how to manage appointments. Called and made an appointment for 3:30 for a spa pedicure. They waited until 4 to finally put me in a pedicure chair to at least use the massaging chair, then they didn’t actually start my pedicure until 4:20. Don’t know the point of offering appointments if they don’t keep anyone available to take care of you even remotely near that time.

I was charged $122 for a gel filling mani and pedi. Pedi was green tea pedicure $50. Dont know how a gel filling manicure could cost so much. Even if he charged extra for the gel nail polish on my toes, it shouldnt have cost so much. I asked him why was the bill so high, he started to talk in his native language to his fellow co-workers which was very rude. I didnt say anything further because I know i wont be going back there.

Im here now for first time. Its a bit loud for me. Music is on, very nice station. TV is on. Manager has not stopped talking to her staff in Chinese. Constant chatter. I like a, quieter atmosphere. The pedicure has been nice. She seems very experienced and committed to doing a good job. I may come back but probably not on a weekend day. I bet its quite noisy then.

Yesterday, during a pedicure I was severely cut on BOTH of my feet to the point where it is extremely painful to walk today. The tech (Judy) said sorry and laughed as if it were funny. The tech doing a pedicure a few chairs down looked over and also laughed as they spoke to each other in another language. Very disrespectful and terrible behavior. I will most definitely not be returning to this salon. Also note, this has happened to me once prior in this establishment but Im not certain if it was the same owners.

I usually dont make appointments at nail salons, but I made an appointment today because Im going to NYC tomorrow morning and wanted to fit in a gel refill. The last time I went to this salon, I was told there was an hour wait, so I wasnt taking any chances.When I arrived, I was told to pick a color and sit down. No one asked me if I had an appointment. after 10 mins. I advised the man who told me to pick a color that I had an appointment at 5pm. He said, one minute, one minute. My ex came in and I suggested he get a pedicure. Another woman comes in and she was a walk in. Now Ive been waiting 20 mins. They tell her to pick a color and then they seat her for her gel fill! I mention to the man again, I had a 5pm appt. He said, one minute and gave me a filthy look. Then a woman comes up and takes my ex for his pedicure. Im thinking, ok...stay calm. Maybe they need to do the gel fill first -- whatever. Its now 25 past 5pm and two other women come in. I dont know if they had appointments or not, but I doubt they had a 5pm appt. Guess who they seated?!? Yep. Suffice to say, I walked out and went to Diamond Nails across the street. They took me immediately and they were SUPER friendly and appreciative of my business. I guess Ocean Beauty & Nail Spa doesnt need to honor customer appts. because they have more than enough business. Thats fine by me. There are plenty of other nail salons in the sea.

Love this place! My husband my daughter and I are regular customers. They are clean, friendly and always do an excellent job! We would not go anywhere else.

Ive been coming to this salon for a couple of years. My attitude is if I am courteous enough to make an appt. I expect them to be courteous and honor the appt. They deliberately over book no apology just take it or leave it. I left it..

I use to love this place...but it has gone down hill. Most recently I complained that my powder gel nails dont look shiny when they are done...they redid the top coat and looked the same - so disappointed - went to another salon and nails were so shiny - I think Ocean nails is cutting corners and not using correct stuff - nails would chip and not look shiny when done...shame on you....not to mention ignoring people when they come in....I found a salon that make my nails look shiny and beautiful - you lost a customer.

Went in for a gel fill and it came out horrible. All my nails are different lengths they arent filed properly some are still a little sharp others are more round. And the gel is lumpy not smooth at all. I will never go back

I have gotten a couple of pedicures here, and I really enjoyed the experience! A very clean and comfortable atmosphere, and Cindy does a great job and is wonderful with nail art designs! I would highly recommend this nail salon.

Nails dont turn out to bad ive had worse but ive had better but if you have to wait you stand @ the door becuase theres nowhere to sit.

I used to love this place. Then after making an appointment and waiting 30 minutes. After being ignored and seeing that they took mani and pedi customers before me they obviously didn’t care about their appointment time. They lost a customer.

Completely took their time with me, even with it being busy. they had a lot to fix because the last nail place i went to really messed up my nails. thank you soooo much!
