I go out of my way to grab a vape or two here when I’m in the area. The younger guy who often works in the evenings is great— always friendly, patient and helpful. Extremely fair and competitive with pricing too.The first time I visited this business it was just a simple shack in the parking lot of a laundromat… It makes me happy/nostalgic to see how Xpress has kept pace with rapidly developing Carmel instead of getting pushed out of it. Keep doing what you’re doing, obviously it’s working

My go-to place for smokes and lottery tickets. In fact, hit a scratch off for $10,000 recently Staff are polite and very accommodating

This store is bogus. I dont know who the lady behind the counter was on Friday December 8th 2023, but she definitely sold me a defective disposable vape - then refuses to exchange it. It just so happened that this particular brand was on sale. I wonder why? 100% ripped me off. Ill definitely never spend my money there again.

The woman behind the desk was very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about the products in the store. Very good selection of items and the cigar collection was pretty impressive (not a huge selection but just enough of the right brands) and competitive pricing. I had a good experience and will be back.

My go to spot for all my tobacco needs, especially vapes. Greatly priced and very loyal to their customers! I always go in when Nate’s working because he’s very knowledgeable and has helped me find my favorite brand of vape I always get now and two glass pieces I love very much. I even had a problem with one of my vapes and he helped me fix it for free! Never going anywhere else.

Super clean and friendly store. Nate is consistently knowledgeable and helpful. I have never had a bad experience in 3 years. I am hoping they going to carry CBD hemp water soluable gummies for husband 86 who cannot take medication for pain. Water soluable supposed to be more effective? I hear they are excellent. Went in for a Vape Pen and Im sure I had a lost look on my face, but the women at the counter helped me right away . She educated me a bit and suggested a pen that I ended up purchasing. I havent tried it yet, but I would definitely suggest this shop and come back again. She was super friendly and had a wonderful personality. This is definitely going to be my go to shop for my vape needs.

Needs a better selection of generic cigs. The brands they sell are still a bit on the pricey side. Lowest cost pack was about 6 bucks.

The guy was extremely rude. Also charged me $30 for a box of coals when you can get them $12.99 down the street. Not going back. I got there 10 minutes till closing and he said that was the best deal he could give me bc he “stayed open for me.” ???? Greedy.

Excellent service tonight. (friday the 13th). The Service representative was extremely helpful. She assisted with my requirement in an awesome and friendly demeanor. I would personally give her the five stars if possible.

Do NOT go here to buy disposable vapes!!! I have purchased AT LEAST 6 devices that do not work moments after leaving the store. The employees refuse to grant refunds and offer no solutions.

I had been looking for a shop to pick up Cigars in the Carmel area. Market District and Vine and Table both carry a decent selection, but their prices leave a bit to be desired. I stopped in Xpress Tobacco Outlet and was immediately impressed with both their selection and prices. I picked up a pair of Oliva Serie O torpedoes for $6 per. Out of curiosity, I checked online and they go for no less than $150 for a box of 20...$7.55 per stick. Im sold! Not only does Xpress have terrific prices and selection, but theyre a small, independent shop that Id rather patronize than large, corporate chains. You guys have my business!

This is a great store. Smaller selection, but enough items from every category a smoke shop should have. Great quality glass products and the prices are very reasonable. I will always shop here.
