My son HAS to get his hair done by Chelsea every time, but he let his sister have her tonight for her first hair cut. My son was with Patience tonight and hasn’t stopped talking about her since! Patience took the time to talk to my son about his favorite animal and give him some fun facts! Chelsea made my little girl feel and look like a princess and is the only one who knows the secret to my son’s cow lick. They are both amazing with my kiddos and we can’t take them anywhere else

Patience was wonderful! I have incredibly thick hair and she made sure to explain what my hair would do with certain lengths because of how thick it is and made sure I was happy with it. She was great

Went in today as a last minute appointment and got Chelsey! She was absolutely amazing. I was on the fence of cutting my layers off to all one length and she helped me decide to do it! I love the hair and how she styled it. The staff were all very welcoming and Chelsey especially was awesome, 10/10 recommend if I could give more stars I would, I have no complaints at all. Already have my next appointment booked!

Got my hair cut with Crystal. Right off the bat told me I was getting my hair washed when I had said that my hair tends to fluff up after getting wet and that might make cutting my hair to where I want it to be not correct. Was constantly telling me she was confused with what I wanted when I had shown her pictures of my hair from a few years back. Essentially blamed me for why my haircut was wrong and told me to bring in better more clear photos. Also apparently asking for my hair to be “a teensy bit shorter” means cutting off about an inch or so. I paid 58 dollars for a haircut I don’t like. I left the salon crying and had to sit in my car to cry more and calm down enough to drive. I thought this place would be a nice change of pace from my usual hairstylist and had been here before but I’m not coming back. I will gladly find somewhere farther away if it means getting the haircut I actually asked for. Below is the image I showed her of my hair vs what she gave me.

This was my first visit at the Elevate on Blairs Ferry Rd. I was greeted warmly right away by the front desk. The salon is very nice, clean and definitely has the spa feel.Myriah was my Esthetician for this appointment. I had several spa services, including a facial and brow shaping. I was extremely pleased with all.She was professional yet very friendly making me feel comfortable throughout the appointment.A great visit from start to finish.

I got my nails done august 31st the day before my vacation and 4 days later my nail started to peel already. As you can see form the first picture they are VERY uneven on the sides and look pretty messy. On sept 6th the entire nail fell off, I didn’t pick at it, I just noticed it was gone. I’ve had gel on my nails for 4 years now and have never had them last this little of time. Super disappointed in my gel manicure. I’m out of the country and SOL with getting them fixed anytime soon.

Had such a wonderful experience. Tessa is a joy to hang out with and gave me the cutest cut! She listened to what i wanted and produced this adorable hair that everyone is complimenting.

I had never had hair extensions before going here so I did not know better. My stylist really messed up my extensions and my real hair. I went to another salon after getting tired of paying $180/hr for my hair extensions, and they were shocked and angry about what they saw.The new salon stylist said she had NEVER seen hair extensions put in the way they did at Elevate.My extensions were hard to brush, kept popping loose, and the way they were installed was damaging and breaking my real hair. I had her take them out at the consult until I could schedule an installation.I was horrified at how thin my real hair had become due to the damage from my extensions.This salon may be good for other services (if you don’t mind paying top dollar), but I HIGHLY recommend going elsewhere for your extensions.

Went for a massage and pedicure. I didnt get the pedicurist name but she was wonderful. My massage therapist was Gracen Stratton and she did a wonderful job I highly recommend her. Will definitely be going back. Everything is very clean and well maintained and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. Its been almost 3 weeks and my toes still look great and dont have a single chip!

Made an appointment for 8AM for bridal shellac nails. Came to the salon at 755AM and the receptionist said they needed to reschedule my appointment because of needing to arrive at 745AM instead for a soak off. Because that would eat into the next appointment the lady had scheduled that morning. Salon opens at 8AM and the lady who booked my appointment should’ve mentioned something. My first time going here, attempting to go here, this is not how I would treat first time customers. Recommended by a friend but with awful service, will not be going back.

Sierra has been doing my hair for about three years now. She is by far the best stylist I’ve ever been to, seriously she’s an artist. Her balayage is seamless and beautiful and her haircuts are perfect. She really listens to what you’re looking for and makes it happen. I can’t recommend her services enough.

This was my first time finding a new hairdresser in 27 years since I moved to Iowa recently. I had an appointment with Taylor and she was fantastic. She matched my previous color that was a bit faded and gave me a new cut. I love it. Highly recommended.

Sierra Herlocker is Amazing!! Ive been to this location a few times and havent had the best experience, depending on who I got it was 50/50 on if they messed something up or not. Sierra is different, she is going to be my stylist from now on. She was able to help me with problems Ive been having with dry/hard hair and was able to answer any questions I had. She also helped give me ideas on how to move forward in keeping up care. She cares and takes the time to make sure youre happy and everything is done right the first time. Its the first time in a long time I walked out feeling like a model.

Nicole M here did a wonderful job on my daughters nails and she always does a wonderful massage. The place is very clean and the girls are always happy to see you.

I’m so disappointed in the scheduling with this place. I never actually got in for an appointment because first they had to push my appointment back two weeks, upsetting but things come up so I was understanding. Then day of my new appointment I get two calls, one asking if I could come in an hour early. When I expressed that I had work commitments up until my appointment time I was told that was fine. The second call was asking if I could move my appointment to a different day, as they didn’t schedule enough time for me and didn’t want to rush the process. While I appreciate that, I’ve already adjusted my work schedule twice now to accommodate this, I can’t do it a third time especially as all of this is due to their poor scheduling that is now affecting my work schedule! They had no other solutions/stylists available for the timeframe, so I just canceled my appointment. Very disappointed especially as the salon was highly recommended to me.

10/10 recommend! I got my haircut with Becca and she did an AMAZING job! She was so nice and helpful and gave me advice about how to style my hair (it’s normally pretty flat and lifeless). If you can get her as your stylist, you have it made 😊 I’ll be returning to Becca for hair, makeup, and nail services!

I have been to this location about 4+ times. I really wish I would have just stopped trying to force myself to think it was eventually going to be worth it. Their front desk staff members and scheduling is so unorganized and management lacks ability maybe even the knowledge to train. If you were to some how get one of the old and seasoned gals like Mary in the front, coordinating, it really changes nothing. Instead of leading and setting an example for the part time/untrained teens that are servicing the front desk, they all just go in circles confused and unable to help each other, let alone the customers or scheduling accurate appointments. The Blairsferry location is managed by “Shelly”, if you have questions or concerns please go ahead and look the other way and keep walking. This lady is extremely unprofessional (colorful vocabulary too) never mind trying to voice concerns. She will immediately begin to justify how her experienced and position dissolves anything you have to say. Serious (God complex) how she is in that position and tolerated, beats me ?! 🤷‍♀️ It’s certainly a task in itself just to schedule an accurate appointment, let alone pay hundreds of dollars to deal with gals/management that never seemed to learn basic customer service skills (not all are this way, but the ones who manage it are). They make it known that talking to anyone else including the owner in Nebraska is a complete waste of time, but yet refuse to give you the number ??? They bad mouth the owner and say she only cares about the money and profits. Elevate management team while you have clearly expressed that customers are meaningless and your team can do it with or without, as all customers will come and go, one day, I hope you also LEARN and ADOPT what you have failed to learn all the years you claim to have been practicing cosmetology. Respect/Integrity/ Professionalism … They say you can’t teach an old dog new tricks, but for the sake of future elevate clientele, I do hope you will chose to prove them wrong.

I have been an Elevate client for years. My Stylist and Color Specialist Amber is awesome and I would not trade her for anyone. I have also treated my granddaughters to their services for Proms and my Mom who had Alzheimers for manicures. I cant not say enough about the care and service they provided for her. They were one of the few times she was able to relax and appeared to really enjoy herself. I love their pedicures, massages and facials to relax and relieve stress. They have an excellent selection of products. Everyone is both locations are always professional and friendly.

I absolutely loved my experience here. I had a 90 minute massage with Kayla and she was AMAZING. so many little details like stretching, scalp and face massage were included. One of the best massages Ive had! Then, I saw Regan for a pedicure and she did such a great job. I would absolutely return again!

Hairstylist didn’t listen to what I wanted as the client. Didn’t cut as much as I requested and tried to push multiple products on me. Have had good experiences at this location at the past though. Website is inaccurate with its pricing details. Paid significantly more than what both the website and receptionist said I would pay when I initially called to schedule my appointment.

Ive been coming here for over 20 yrs, and have NEVER been disappointed. My stylist, Jill S., is absolutely Top Notch! Shes not only extremely talented, but also fun, personable, and very modest. I am always greeted with smiles (front desk), and made to feel at home. Theyve always kept the salon very clean, but their compliance with the Covid sanitizing & distancing requirements impressed me, and further confirmed that this is the BEST salon in the CR/Corridor area. I love this place!!

Updated: used to be great now they close early with no reason. Just tried to stop on and buy products. Closed at 3:30 pm on a Saturday. Very sad.Original: I had been going to Elevate for many years for my nails and Kelsey L does an amazing job. I always walked away with a color that I liked and fantastic manicure. Even after having moved away, whenever I am in town I come back and have an mani with Kelsey. The front desk staff has always been helpful in finding an appointment for me and making sure I know if there are any promotions upcoming also.

I absolutely love Destiny. Ive been to this salon twice - the first time I saw another stylist. I showed her a few pictures, and she was very kind but told me that sort of coloring wouldnt be possible with my hair, and we came up with a compromise. I was happy with the cut and color when I left and planned to continue seeing her.When I called back to schedule my next appointment, my original stylist was unavailable, so they offered to put me with Destiny. I dont think Ill go to anyone else ever again as long as she continues to work as a stylist lol. As I was showing her NEW pictures Id come with (since I was told the original wasnt physically possible), we came across the original photo and I told her what the other girl had said. She kind of looked confused, and said no I can do that... and she DID. I dont think it would be possible to get closer to the picture than she did. Could not be happier 👍🏻On another note, this place is handling the pandemic so well. I have heard of some places like fix who havent been wearing masks / making customers wear masks. Elevate has you wait in your car until their front desk area is appropriately empty, has hand sanitizer and masks before you even walk into their main building, and they take your temperature before checking you in. I had worn my cloth mask, and Destiny pointed out that the dye could get on it and got me a disposable one instead. None of their chairs are filled that arent at least 6 feet apart. In their back area with the sinks they have sheets of clear plastic between each seat, and little laminated cards that indicate whether or not each chair and sink has been properly sanitized and are ready for use. A+++

First time at Elevate. Zoey was super friendly and very patient the whole visit. Explained everything she was doing and made sure it was to my liking. Will be going back ASAP for highlights!

I had a pedicure this morning with Kelsey. She was incredibly sweet and made my feet feel like a million bucks! I was in a time crunch to get to my friends for wedding prep, and Kelsey was very considerate of my time, but she was still very thorough with my pampering. Would definitely recommend her services to others.

This is an amazing spot. I originally tried Elevate on a whim while testing new salons for my girlfriend, and I was hooked. Awesome service full of super nice people. They are flexible and willing to work with your schedule, though booking early is best. They are definitely on the expensive side, but if you like the salon feel, this is an awesome place!

Perhaps a bit biased but I feel amazing after a trip to elevate. Bracken Mitchell has done my hair for almost 15 years or so, and she *never* disappoints! She always makes time for you if she has it and will do everything to make sure you love your look before you leave. The salon itself is spot on as well! The smell of the spa and Aveda stay with you the rest of the day. Ever the professionals with fantastic masseuses’ you cannot go wrong with any service. Oh, last but def not least the super friendly front desk staff make this salon worth every penny.

We were in town for a camp at one of the local colleges and my son needed a haircut. The salon was recommended to us by a friend and since he had a similar haircut, I thought it would be a great place to go. I was extremely wrong. My son wears his hair high and tight, I asked the stylist if she knew how to do that, she said yes but he came out of the back with a buzz cut, which I was charged $39 dollars for. Seriously! Way over priced. Plus the damage was done and now he has to walk around with a basically bald head. When I had asked our friend he said he usually paid around $25. My other son was supposed to have an appointment a few days later, but we cancelled it and actually went to Super Cuts. Way better price and my son came out with the correct haircut.

Ericka Korns is the stylist to see! She is incredible at both mens and womens cuts, as well as color services etc. Ive never left disappointed and will continue to happily return!

Kelsey was amazing. I went in with horrible bleach damage. I hadnt been able to even brush my hair without losing a ton. Now it is sleek and smooth and wonderful. A tad on the expensive side but well worth it. A regular haircut includes shampoo, blow dry, and style so if you really compare it to a place like Cost Cutters where you are charged for each thing, its really not so bad. Could not recommend any higher!!!

These people couldnt cut hair off a pig...yes I know a pig barely has hair.... save your money and let a toddler cut ur hair... I have tried elevate several times and not ONCE have I walked out lookin good, they have no talent at all just run of the mill capri grads and they are the worst on the planet! Went back for a fix and its worse ... To them a top stylist is determined by years of service not talent ... Either they are blind or just complicit with the lack of skill... I want my money back!

I have to start this review by telling you that I have Cervical Dystonia (a form of parkinson) which causes my head to tremor, and even the medicine I am taking will cause it to tremor more under anxiety I had been using the same person for hair cuts for years. She knew my condition and after a few hair cuts I was comfortable with her cutting my hair. She closed he salon due to health problems. I had to find someone to cut my hair. I must tell you I have serious thinning hair as well. A friend of mine referred Elevate Salon to me. I was really afraid to go to someone who I had to explain my problem to her not knowing how hard it would be if my head started to tremor. She was wonderful. She would stop cutting and kept asking me if I was okay. She took special concerns relaxing me. I know there are other stylist there, but since she cared about my condition I dont want to explain it over and over to someone new. Everyone there are really wonderful and very caring with there customers. My hair has a new friend. This Salon is a much place to go if you need a spa place to pamper yourself. A must try and you will never regret going.

My mom, sister, and I love coming here for pedicures. It’s so relaxing and private and such a spa experience. I also love the massages and it’s the only place my mom and sister trust for hair coloring. Definitely worth a trip

I will try to make this short . I came here right before having a baby thinking hey, may as well do something for myself and feel good before life changes and I regret coming here. I dropped almost 200 dollars. I wanted an ombre highlight. My stylist said it wouldnt look good because I have wavy/curly hair. Instead she painted on all over highlights WHICH SHE NEVER TONED. I am pale and now stuck with brassy orange highlights . A coworker adked if I went to Capri. On top of that she had no idea how to cut curly hair so now I have the dreaded triangle hair. She didnt listen to me when I said I wanted long bangs. Said she would do it at the end and never did.

I visit Elevate for full body massages. The atmosphere is relaxing, the staff is very friendly, and the massages are amazing. They work on spots that are especially bothering you and use pressure to your comfort. Love my time there and now ask for the same massage therapist every time.

I came to get a haircut, but the hours advertised on Google must be wrong. The whole place was shut up tight by 8:20pm. Just a heads up for anyone that finds themselves desperate for a salon open until 9pm—Google must have the incorrect operating hours. I rated 5-stars, so hopefully it reaches the right people.

Very professional and organized. Ive had great haircuts and styles from several stylists due to my demanding schedule. If my primary stylist isnt available, they are able to book me with another option. Very happy.

Unbelievable. Haircut was good but then I got to the counter and they charged me twice as much as usual because I was with a senior stylist. I had never asked to be with one so I dont know why it would be assumed that I wanted the most expensive haircut possible. When I said this to the lady at the front desk she said sorry and she could make a note in my file for the future. I dont know why it would be assumed I wanted to spend TWICE as much as usual. Will not be going back.

Ive gotten three hydro facials with Ashley and I absolutely love it. The facials leave my skin hydrated and glowing! My blemishes have cleared up, and my fine lines are noticeably reduced. Love this service!

Erica is wonderful. I called to see if I could get fit in for an eyebrow wax and was seen in a matter of minutes. The whole staff was so kind to me and my five-month-old little boy. I was in and out within 10 to 15 minutes. I’ll definitely be back.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in on 1/7/2020 to get a perm. My hairstylist (if you can even call her that), Erica did my perm for me. It took 3 hours and $230 (not including the tip). It wasnt to my liking but I figured at least it was wavy. WRONG. Within two hours my waves straightened out. I wanted CURLS to begin with! I went back in and told her what happened and Erica LIED TO MY FACE and gave me mixed excuses as to why my perm looked the way it did. Now all I want is my money back but no one seems willing to admit their mistake and refund me!!! Honestly Im to the point where I’m about to sue.

They have the kindest staff! I went there to get a coloring today and it was $30 cheaper than what I paid at Cost Cutters. Really fancy and super great results— definitely going here again!!

Had a great experience with Sarha, and the deep conditioning treatment was fantastic for my poor hair after so many months without a cut. Very kind staff, and very pandemic-safety conscious.

Had a 45 minute massage earlier today at the Edgewood location. Brooklyn did an amazing job.

Beautiful space with free beverages (alcoholic and non) provided. My stylist was friendly but not overly chatty and Im very happy with the haircut itself. A little pricey, but worth it.

I luv the young lady that does my hair. She is amazing!!!. I luv to watch everyone else getting there hair done. Very educational. Those women r so talented!!! HIGHLY recommend!!!

I have been a client at this salon for over 20 years and have used hair, nail, and spa services. Everyone, from the front desk staff to the stylists, nail technicians, and managers, is professional, friendly, and accommodating. I feel like my satisfaction is important to them.

This salon makes you feel comfortable like you are one of the family, excellent hairstylist especially Andrea Hamilton. I would highly recommend to anyone going there to get their hair done.

Terrible customer service, came in at 5:30 for a haircut. Sign on the door said open until 6 PM, was told no one was working? Didnt the hours say 6? Receptionist said I can schedule you for next week.If I wanted a hair cut next week I wouldnt have been there.South West side of town.

It is a great place to go, everyone is very friendly. They do great work, however it is very pricey, especially color and highlighting, compared to what some of my friends pay elsewhere. However maybe you get what you pay for. I do always feel great when I leave, very enjoyable place to go.

I got my hair styling done by “Jess”... I got the needed recommendations from her and she took care of the thoughts I had about my hair to look a certain way... It just wasnt that comfortable. I was sweltering hot through my whole massage and eventhough I asked a couple times for help with my head rest on the massage table, I still felt like I was falling off the whole time, not relaxing at all.

Everyone I have worked with there has been kind, professional and very understanding to what I was wanting. The environment at the Blairsferry location is amazingly beautiful and everything is top notch.

Becca gives amazing pedicures. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Welcoming decor without being overdone.

Mary at the counter hustled to get us both in, VERY impressive and friendly, girls who did pedicures very enjoyable. Good job!

My experiences here are super hit or miss. Some of the staff are excellent and other times I feel like I just wasted a bunch of money.

Got a spray tan for the first time here. Followed the directions to a T. It came out so uneven, blotchy in some spots, and some spots looked like they didn’t even get touched. Never going back for any type of service.

It was a little chilly in my room and when lotion/oil was applied it was not warm BUT pressure was great and overall and nice experience

Hours say they are open on sundays. My sister and I went in at noon and the doors were unlocked and lights were on but not a single employee inside.

Always a great experience, they listen to what you want and work hard to meet your needs. I leave with a renewed confidence in my appearance.
