I’ve been coming to this establishment for the past months, and I must say your employee Jeremy has hands down got to be the greatest associate I’ve ever met. Whether it’s a greeting or having my usual request ready immediately, Jeremy never disappoints! I implore you to see for yourselves.

This store has soared since Jeremy has taken over. He’s always so friendly and brings such a positive, fun experience. Not to mention how clean and stocked this store is.Smokin’ Joe’s needs more managers like him!Customer service like this is hard to come across. Thank you, Jeremy for all you do!

Literally never open during posted hours. I got there at 9:30pm… closed up, doors locked and “open” sign off. This is like a year straight of wasting time to visit. It was weird enough to have “Be right back” notes written on the locked door during day hours but it’s just getting old at this point.Change your hours online, but it’s not like the prices reflect the apparent exclusivity of your store. Even when you are open, it takes forever and everyone is slow, can’t manage the line and spends most of the time explaining vapes to customers instead of checking people out.

I can’t say enough good stuff about the employee always professional and I always have a good experience. The store is great but this receipt with an obvious spelling error just is a pet peeve but nothing against the store. Sorry to call you out.

The people who work there are awesome and extremely friendly. However they are Never open during posted hours usually closed very early(630PM tonight listed to 10PM) and leave the open sign on all night.

The woman working was super rude to my boyfriend because she couldn’t hear what he was saying even though he’s the loudest speaking human I’ve ever met. She needed to turn the blasting Aerosmith down in the background before copping an attitude.

Had to sterilize my stuff I just spent $60 on when I got home because the tweaker behind the counter with the open soars on her hands was pouring puss from them. Glad my wife noticed cause I was too busy paying. If shes there I wont be

The new manager, Sky is one of the most helpful and selfless managers I have met. She is without a doubt a subject matter expert when it comes to vaping needs and will help you until your issue is resolved. I highly recommend this shop, and specifically Sky when you have any issues with your vape products.

6 months ago employees were very helpful and courteous. Lately the doors are always locked during business hours with sign saying in bathroom for 20 min. Plus they’re rude now

I was just at this store and I paid my $15.89 total with a 20 dollar bill. The clerk gave me the 11 cents but kept my $4! I even asked for my remaining change and she acted like I was stupid and said I already gave you the $4. .I go to this location all the time but Ill never go back that early in the morning.

My experience has been good but lately I do find this particular store to be rude.. but they are not as rude as other smokin joes but I find things here more as a convenience.. but I can get on line as well... CHEAPER TOO

The clerk was super rude when inquiring about making a purchase asked if they had any other flavors in the back was told its none of my business..... horrible customer service

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The dude with the long douchey goatee needs to be fired.

The employees who work here are very helpful and courteous.The store is always kept clean and the other patrons are also very niceI give this store a 5 star rating⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Just got kicked out of the store because I wouldnt leave my backpack that has my wallet and everything in it and I never moved from the front case. If woman dont have to leave her purse at the front door unattended!!!!!
