Everytime Ive been its always been a good experience. The employees are actually really funny and always are nice as can be to me. I love this place, its literally become my go to shop. Looking foward to the new addition to open downtown. Thanks for always being a highlight when I come thru!

Since the new guy (new ) to me Ive had to return non working items just to get semi working g items he acted like I was lying about the product being defective I will not return I spent 117.85 that tripe not including the massive amounts Id spent before the new gentleman came. I finally said to hell with it and took the sorta kinda working cart just to be done with it. But Im not going back

Bought a dabcool w2 electric dab rig and it doesnt work at all. Guy told me no returns so I wont be back here at all. Spent 150 to get a defective product that I cannot return.

They are a little higher price than other shops also they post different hours on their doors and they actually run Google has the correct time at 10:00 a.m. but on the door they are posted to open at 9:00 a.m.So good to go to if its the closest one and you need the convenience but for a regular shop I suggest going elsewhere

I nicely asked the store employee for a vape just to be rudely spoken too. When I asked the price he yelled the price in the rudest tone. I told the employee to cancel purchase because of his bad attitude. You cannot run a business when you do not even have the ability to speak respectfully to your customers. I highly don’t recommend going to such a rude establishment. If i could give negative stars i would!!

Me and my husband were checking out, and the younger man behind the counter checking us out was blatantly flirting with me and giving me serious “lust” eyes right in front of my husband. It made me feel very uncomfortable. Unprofessional and rude. Bad customer service from this guy.

Came in here to buy a vape for the first time. Young man behind the counter was very helpful, and even helped me pick a Ejuice % based on my past smoking habits. Even helped me load the first cartridge as I never had before. Customer service above and beyond. I will a returning customer.

He tried to sell me a vape I didnt want. He said youll live. Opened it and stuck it to my mouth. Said it was $35. I walked out the door came back and told him this isnt what I wanted. He finally got what I wanted said same price. I told him I thought he was lying to me. I left

The young owner is Absolutely the best at taking care of his customers! He makes you feel welcome, gives attention to every person, is more than helpful, and remembers repeat people which makes it a pleasant shopping experience. I go out of my way to shop here just because of how kind he is.Also a great variety or products! Lots of choices, quality, and good prices.

So the last 2 vapes Ive had from here COMPLETELY crapped themselves. I thought the first may have been my own fault, so I give them the benefit of doubt, I bought one from Gold Silver it looks like an Slurpee cup, in less than 2 days it wont charge wont hit. I go in to have it replaced and the guy at the counter takes it and puts it on charge himself, proceeds to tell me hes gonna do something about it. Then gives it a second, removes it from the charger sees that it clearly has malfunctioned, he acted like he was throughly inspecting it then says did you drop it in water? It clearly lit up so therefore no way I dropped it in water. Then he refused to replace it, I had the receipt and everything . Ill never go back again nor the people where I work. So congrats on losing the business

States they open at 9am, but Ive been there multiple times after 9 and they are never open. Try coming after 10, or perhaps they could try to open their store when they say its supposed to be open. I would like to come to this store more often for their good selection of juices, but it seems that from my own experiences and those or others that they do not care to consistently run this store, so I wont care to consistently shop here over others. Id give them an extra sta4 or two for the good selection, but that means nothing when I cant even shop there.

I love the variety of products! Every suggestion made by employees have not disappointed. The employees are super friendly and very helpful. Its the only place I get my vapes.

If I could leave zero stars, I would.Heading out of town and this store is conveniently located next to my house.That being said, it doesn’t do you any good when they aren’t open during their posted times. If you don’t open at 9 a.m. don’t advertise it. I’ve noticed as I’ve skimmed over past reviews that this has been a recurring issue for some time now. However this is probably my karma for not going to my usual place anyway. Might as well plug it and say that Mr. Smoke in Kanawha city is always open when advertised and they have the same if not better stuff anyway!!

The Hyde vapes are not real. Other than that good service I guessJust make sure when you buy a HYDE authenticate the Verification number on their website to see if it is legit to see for sure. Dont want to hurt the business just want to make sure the customers know what they are buying and putting in their body. We deserve to know the truth is all! :)

They have a huge selection of everything and prices are decent. I will drive out of my way to go here.

A bunch of stuff to choose from vaping wise, even the rechargeable limited puff vapes. Big selection on pretty much everything. The gentleman working the counter seemed just a tad rude to another customer. The clerk opened and tried a vape product. Then wanted me to try it but didnt put a protective safety tip on it so I passed on that obviously. Prices seem fair too.

How do you advertise you are open at 9:00 am but don’t open at 9:00am. There is usually a reason someone would be at a store when they open. Like out of town plans... but no... it was not open. Get a clue people... False advertising.... Fact!Really freaking sad most reviews are stating they don’t open when they say they do.. you think hiring adults might help?! Who knows.

Its not working already, didnt know I needed a charger, and for as much as I paid for everything it should work perfectly.

This store is never open at 9 when it says it’s gonna be and closes early often they don’t seem to have the staff needed to operate property and never want to hire anyone I’ve asked several times I come here as first option because it’s so close to my house an does have decent prices but their inadequate schedule has me second guessing my choice to try to shop here

The young guy is rude the younger guy that works there tried to sell me the wrong coil for my vape just to get the sell granted after I explained he was wrong he did take a min to try to help but they didnt have nord coils I dont recommend them at all
