Silent Moment Spa Charlotte

I recently visited Silent Moment for a much-needed relaxation session, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I walked in, the check-in service was incredibly smooth, setting a positive tone for the entire experience.What truly impressed me was the attentiveness of the massage therapist. They took the time to listen to my preferences and concerns, ensuring that the pressure applied during the massage was just right. Its rare to find a therapist who is so attuned to their clients needs, and it made all the difference in the world.And lets talk about the foot massage – it was nothing short of heavenly! The combination of skilled technique and luxurious products left my feet feeling rejuvenated and utterly pampered. It was like walking on clouds!Overall, my experience at Silent Moment Charlotte was exceptional. From the seamless check-in process to the attentive service and top-notch treatments, its clear that this spa goes above and beyond to provide a truly memorable experience. I cant wait to return for another dose of relaxation and rejuvenation. I wish a location was in my home city.

I did the aromatherapy massage and it was just what I needed! It ended with champagne and chocolate! Very friendly staff and had an amazing massage! Devonte was amazing and used the perfect pressure! He used a warm towel during the massage too, which felt amazing! He also made sure I was comfortable for the entire massage! I will be back again!

I had a recent massage at your park road location. The service was good and the space is beautiful. However, the above and below door open design does not lend itself to full relaxation. The rooms are not soundproof and any talking or laughing in other parts of the spa was a disruption to what should have been a relaxing experience. It really is a beautiful space and I hope you can fix the design to make it a more relaxing experience.

I scheduled a last minute back, shoulder and neck massage and Im so glad I did. Scheduling was super easy and check in was great. The manager was polite and helpful and the atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. Now, for the massage, Keisha gave me the option to lay on the table or the massage chair. I chose the table and can I say, it was AMAZING!! Probably one of the best massages Ive ever had and it wasnt even a full body massage. I was most likely drooling the entire time...lol. I felt so much better after the massage and will be ready to go back soon. I dont know that I could choose another therapist, Keisha knew exactly what I needed... pressure, tense areas, etc. Thank you for making my day so much better!

Massage was great, good experience. I won’t be returning. Unfortunately they *require* a 20% tip. They automatically add it to your bill. I always tip 20%, or more, depending on the service, but I do not appreciate them adding the tip without my choice. A tip is not a tip if it is required, it is just part of the cost of the massage. Again I would have probably tipped more because I had a great experience, but the tipping thing is not acceptable

This place is super cute. We took a chance and booked here after our other plans fell through for a girls day out. We had no idea what to expect. It is super cute, the decor was relaxing. It is bigger than we thought. The staff and services were great. So glad we found it. We will definitely be back. Also, the robes were so soft. I may buy one at my next visit. Definitely go!!!

What an incredible experience. Such a knowledgeable and wonderful staff. Got the best massage I’ve ever had from Keisha (holy moly she is incredible, her pressure and strength is amazing and makes your body feel like melting butter) and my first ever facial from Melissa (Such a wonderful first experience. She is knowledgeable, kind, and relaxing esthetician). These ladies at your park road location are incredible!!! Thank you so much and I will definitely be back.

Ray is great! He gave me an EXCELLENT deep tissue massage. He was professional and considerate. Selena was professional, and welcoming. I am from out of town and this was my first massage in Charlotte. Ill back, and when I am, I will come to Silent Moment again. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a GREAT massage!

Auna was my massage therapist and she was wonderful! She treated my shoulder and I felt so much better leaving her care. She was also very knowledgeable about herbals and shared her knowledge with me during our session. I recommend this place 100%!

Honestly unprofessional at is best. I booked a service a while back and upon arrival and after waiting for about 40 minutes my spa worker never showed up. I spoke to Erina who gave me her word that she would work me back in on my next availability for my time being wasted and offer me discount on my next visit. A week passes by and I try to book again ensuring that Erina knows I’m arriving, upon arrival I’m greeted and told that Erina does not recall having a conversation with me. Of course I become frustrated for another day of my time being wasted. Yall have truly lost a customer

The atmosphere is cozy, warm, and relaxing. Ashley did a great job on my lift and tone facial. I also got the hot stone massage and it felt so good. The staff here is super friendly!

The spa manager Ashley was so welcoming and nice! The massage therapist Keisha did a fantastic job as well. The setup/environment is tranquil and relaxing. Highly recommend!

Ashley did my Hydra-Facial and was amazing. It was my first one and she talked me through each step but it was also incredibly relaxing. The place and atmosphere were serene. I do hope they’ll invest in robes and slippers for guests getting multiple services. I also had Devonte for the deep tissue massage and it was perfect!

This was my first time getting a professional massage; my experience was amazing! Jonina was my massage therapist, she made sure I was comfortable and checked in with me the entiretime. The atmosphere was great. I was so relaxed that I almost fell asleep on the heated bed!

Had the most amazing hot stone massage yesterday with Devonte! He made me feel comfortable right away, asked about what pressure I like, and about any problem areas. The environment and music were so relaxing and the massage was a 12/10! Will definitely be back :)

Silent Moment Massage is an excellent choice if you’re looking for a quality massage. As a former athlete who is still very active, I need to get the most out of my recovery. I came here because of the quality reviews, and I will be back. Crystal is whom I worked with, and she is very knowledgeable. She helped me to feel like new again, and she has a new client! I highly recommend this location!

I came in for a facial and it was very relaxing. Mellisa made sure she educated me on my skin care routine and provided excellent service, also as a surprise to me the hand massage was apart of the service. I would highly recommend Silent Moment Spa!!!

Came on a Monday afternoon, it was so quiet and peaceful. Receptionist was very welcoming. Crystal, who was my massage therapist was absolutely amazing. She even offered me essential oils for my sinuses. My experience here was a 10/10 and I’ll definitely be back.

Ray and Melissa have gained a new reoccurring client!!! They were amazing, the spa is tranquil! Hands down the best massage, facial and cocoon body wrap. I feel amazing!

Note that they are giving free gifts in exchange for reviews which dilutes the authenticity of reviews. Myself and another patron were told a 20% tip is required and when we inquired were told this is the owners policy. I always intend to tip on services but that should be a choice.Ray did a fantastic job and I would recommend him to others but struggle to recommend the business as a whole.

UPDATE as of June 14 -- the Concierge called to apologize for the misunderstanding of our experience and offered my husband and I complimentary massages. She was very apologetic, which was much appreciated. We are looking forward to the massages in the future.--------------------BUYER BEWARE!!!! I was very excited when my husband booked us a couples massage here as my birthday present and the experience started great. However, things started to take a turn when they asked us four different times if we were going to be in the same room and then tried to take us back to separate rooms (most of the reason he chose this particular place was because we COULD be in the same room).We were taken to our massage 23 minutes late, which would have been fine but then instead of the 50 minute massages we had paid for, we were given 32 minutes of massage.We later called and asked if they could work with us - maybe a % discount for the % of massage we missed out on since they were running late or maybe a coupon for a future massage. They said there was nothing they could do and also werent very apologetic.While the ambiance was surprisingly nice, I will not be returning and would not recommend to others since I dont trust that I would actually receive the services that I paid for.

I just moved to the city (from CA) and we tried this place for a couples massage. My masseuse was Alexandra and she did an amazing job. Her flow was great and the pressure was perfect. One of the best massages I’ve had in a while.

Ive been to Silent Moment a few times now, and have really enjoyed each visit! Ive had the Foot & Leg Therapy, and the CBD Sleep Massage, both super relaxing. Crystal and Jonina are both clearly passionate about what they do, and creating the most relaxing experience. I love that this place is open until 9pm, I can get in for the sleep massage at 8pm and then roll right into bed after. Definitely recommend!

My first time at silent moment. Very happy with my service. Plenty of parking in the back of thr building. The moment I walked in, I was promptly greeted by the receptionist with a smile who checked me in. Very calming atmosphere...I had an amazing relaxing massage by Alexandra. Much needed I would definitely come back.

I highly recommend this place. This was a last minute decision and i booked online…well i thought i did. When i got to my appointment I hadn’t actually booked an appointment as I thought. Dionndria was amazing and was able to fit me in. I’m soooo glad she did, I’ve had many facials and this one I can say rates up there in my top 2-3 for sure. I got the anti-aging facial and my face was glowing when done. I will be coming back!!

The therapist was on her phone for most of the massage. Ordered the Swedish massage and that is not what was given. Ended up with a bruised, tender to the touch, and swollen back the next day. Worst massage ever.Update 5/14/24Facility reached out and is wanting to correct the situation. Will update again at the conclusion of that. Back still sore, swollen, and bruised so may be a while.

I was disappointed in my foot massage. It was okay, but she left the exfoliating grit between my toes and did not wipe the oil off of the bottom of my feet. It’s was just so lack-luster. I won’t be back.

I received a hydro facial from Melisa and it was amazing! My skin feels so hydrated, soft, and smooth. Melisa made sure I was relaxed and explained the benefits of all the steps and products used. I can’t wait for my next facial!

I use ClassPass pretty regularly for facials, but this was the best experience I’ve had. I got the hydrafacial and Daija did an amazing job. I hold most of my stress in my jaw and she somehow just knew the perfect combination of pressure and movement, it really felt like I got a massage and facial in one. This is the first time I’ve ever rebooked a ClassPass facial directly with the studio, but I’m already excited to come back!

I had the most pleasant experience today. This location is exactly what I was in search of from the atmosphere to the ambience. My therapist Jaqueline did exactly what I requested. The front office is just as pleasant to work with. I look forward to my next visit!

Anna was great to work with! I really like the setting. Music was a good volume, everything was clean and comfortable, and the AC was good without being too much.

I’m from out of town and didn’t know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised with the relaxing ambiance when I walked in. My massage therapist, Devonte along with the manager at the front desk greeted me when I walked in. They were both very pleasant and welcoming. Devonte, the massage therapist took his time and was very intentional about the areas that I wanted to focus on and was overall very skilled and professional. I would definitely refer Silent Moment to family and friends.
