I had a 60 minute deep tissue massage with Lynn. She was amazing. One of the best massages I’ve ever had. I also had my first facial with Crystal, it was Amazing as well! Both ladies were extremely friendly and very knowledgeable in their areas. I will definitely be back.

I love this place! Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. Lynn is amazing ... very knowledgeable, professional and seems like she truly cares about you as a person. She gave me one of the best massages that I have ever had... she took her time and it did not feel rushed at all (which is a nice change from other massages that I have received in the past). Lastly, the receptionist at the front is always amazing too (I think her name is Ashton... she is always extremely pleasant, willing to help and even remembers you by name). I will definitely return in the near future.

Crystal is AMAZING. I have had decent facials and terrible facials... Crystal is the best in Charlotte. I’m 27 and I decided to start getting facials regularly (6-8 weeks) to be proactive in taking care of my skin, for my health. Crystal cares about my lifestyle and she evaluates what is best for my skin during my appointments. I needed someone I could trust, and I found her! She is a genuine person who is clearly educated in her craft and communicates well with her clients.

This place just opened up right next to my apartment and partnered with our CARE team to throw an event with free wine, cheese, and massages/skin care assessments. The owner was very nice and so was the masseuse. I came back later for a hot stone massage and enjoyed it, and my husband went for a deep tissue massage and a facial. He enjoyed his experience and liked speaking with the owners, who are very sweet. Everyone who works there is very nice. The prices are also pretty good, so I will be back in the future.

Great experience at zen massage. Massage was great, and the facial with Crystal was amazing! She went above and beyond to educate me on so many different aspects of skincare. I look forward to seeing positive skin results I will definitely be back for more treatments with Crystal.

Words cannot explain HOW AMAZING LYNN WAS. I called her very last minute and 39 weeks pregnant...just feeling miserable and overwhelmed...NOT ONLY DID SHE ADJUST HER ENTIRE SCHEDULE TO FIT ME IN, SHE WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Her energy was extremely positive, she took her time and catered to my EVERY need. If you want a massage therapist who is professional, personable, amazing and just overall positive...be sure to book an appointment with Lynn! I dare not forget Ashton at the Front....her willingness to stay later to fit me in is what made my visit possible. Ashton was also EXTREMELY personable and professional...they BOTH ARE ASSETS TO ZEN AS THEY WENT ABOVE ANY BEYOND FOR ME....and I am extremely grateful!!!

I started going to Zen SouthPark for massage. The facility feels new & clean and the service has been great. I decided to try a facial and I am hooked! Crystal is absolutely amazing!! Shes knowledgeable about the best way to achieve results and you can tell she practices what she preaches, her face is radiant. I cant say enough about the experience. Crystal has a client for life!

Crystal is really knowledgeable about skin care and what you need to take care of your skin. I came to her in desperate need because my face was breaking out and I had no idea what was going on. When I left, my skin was glowing and bright. She took her time to really understand what my skin needed. She even told me what vitamins to take outside of getting facials. She believes in the holistic approach of taking care of your body and skin from the inside out. I love it!! Please give her a call. She will take care of you.

Just had a massage this evening from José, It was my first massage as a client. Im a massage therapist myself and it was an absolute pleasure having him work on me! I didnt realize how stuff and knotted up I was until he started on my neck and shoulders, holy cow was I locked up. He had just the right amount of pressure for me, 100% hands down will go back to see him again! He was wonderful!

Crystal was absolutely amazing. I live In Myrtle Beach and will now be commuting to charlotte just to get my facials done by Crystal. She takes her time and really talks to you about your skin. She told me not only what I should be using on my skin type but what I should be take internally as well. She’s awesome and I’m excited to see how my skin will be looking in the months to come.

Wow! Amazing experience. I have had so many massages but this place was by far the best one I have received. I suffer from muscle spasms frequently due to working out and leg pains from running and Abigal worked her magic and I feel like a new person! I cant wait to go back. Relaxing atmosphere and amazing staff! Wonderful.

Clean environment, nice staff - the only reason I’m giving it just three stars is the deep tissue massage I booked was not high quality. The massage therapist was extremely kind, but pretty inexperienced in working on knots and did not use enough lotion to the point the friction was uncomfortable. I’ll most likely be going back to Hand & Stone.

I was in need of some relaxation and stress relief. My massage therapist Jessica made that happen. The pressure was perfect. I fell asleep and slept so good that night. I wish I got a 90 minute!

Had Alliston for a 90 minute sports massage and it had to be one of the best I have had in the 30+ years I have gotten massages. Excellent environment, great support staff and amazing therapists.

Hands down would recommend this spot. Alliston is phenomenal is you want an hot stone massage. Girls at the desk are friendly, good at suggesting what your should try.
