Let me start by saying I have shopped at many smoke shops, but Vapor Smoke Shop is by far the absolute BEST!! I purchased a 3Chi disposable, and not only is it smooth, but its also effective, and the price was reasonable. I will most certainly be a regular customer and loyal as no other shop compares. Check out Seed To Soil Dispensary as well. You will not be disappointed, I cant stress that enough. They also have a great selection of snack/drink products 😍.

Hands down the best smoke shop in Charlotte. Friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable staff and great product selection. I purchased a 2 gram 3Chi disposable and its smooth, tastes clean and very effective. I will most certainly be a regular customer. I want to try everything they have from the pre rolls to the snacks, dispos, carts and flower. This place has it all. Check out Seed To Soul dispensary as well. Its their dispensary and its amazing. You will not be disappointed and youll immediately become a regular.

Very informative and professional young staff. I like to take a break from alcohol and they have non-alcoholic THC infused cocktails. Very informative and kind. I had a lot of questions and never felt foolish asking. I would recommend if you are an adult and you’re looking for an alternative to alcohol, this is a good place to become educated. I don’t smoke anything and there is absolutely no pressure in terms of sales pitch for anything that you do not wish to experience. This is a neighborhood store and I feel very comfortable doing business here.

Update: I used to like this shop and stopped coming for some time but decently decided to try them again. 3 different days I bought the same item and every time the price was different. Just keep in mind folks that they are kind of eye balling the price/ or trying to charge slightly more for items that arent priced with a tag. Disappointed.

I walked in just looking for a vape & Zach greeted me with very high energy that flipped my mood around immediately !! Tristan was extremely informative about the products I was interested in outside of the vape but he made it sound like a science class by breaking everything down for me in a way that I actually understood. He was very very helpful in informing me of the right products for the right occasions/moods/etc. I ended up getting some shroom gummies on top of my vape & I couldn’t be more excited to try it !! Helped me pick out something I ended up liking a lot, something I probably would’ve missed if i was looking on my own.

First, going to say this store is 100% the go to store for my CBD needs. Very knowledgeable staff and spent time to show me the different products that I needed for myself and my pet. I walked in to get something for my dog who has cancer and walked out with a product for my sleep and a product for my dog. Now Im sleeping well and my dog started walking once I gave him CBD for little over a week. This is a one stop shop for all of my needs I will be going nowhere else to get my supplies!!!

I’ve been going to this amazing establishment since I moved to the area! The staff is always friendly! I stop in at least 2-3 times a week. They are very transparent and handle their customers with the Best Customer Service. I simply won’t shop anywhere else! They definitely scam with the prices. I never trust shops that don’t list prices on the walls and there are none in the store. Products are cheaper online or at different stores. Will not be coming back since I found a different options with reasonable prices.

They’ve given great care just ran into trouble with things being on back order but it’s not their fault. They always try to accommodate me and send me away happy being going to only this shop for about a year.

This is hands down the best smoke shop in the Charlotte area. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They have my fumari Spiced Chai my trainwreck delta 8 and top quality whookahs and all the most popular ejuice. I have never had any problems finding what I want and usually end up hanging out and talking with the staff and patrons for longer than I had planned.

Great service (the ladies there are THE BEST!) , great selection of vapes (they somehow manage to carry all of my favorite flavors in different brands no one else has!?) oh and a - not so secret bonus? - they carry snacks from around the world that you literally can’t get in any other store altogether! Cumin lamb potato chips?!? Skittles clouds?!? Also, their Delta 9 and other THC (whatever acronyms and letters) are legit deelish and perfect for opening up your palate for all the yummy snacks and Frank’s you bought. Love this place!

Hands down the best place to get thca flower/wax and cartridges. They continuously have different strains that are exotic with high thca percentages. The Matthews Vapor smoke shop and Ballantyne location are the only two spots I go to now that I’ve found them! The service and product quality is on par with a dispensary state. Make me go somewhere else.

In town for work, and I forgot my spare vape coils at home! Called in the morning, and they had the exact ones I wanted. When I arrived in the evening, the super helpful young lady I spoke with earlier in the day remembered me, and had them sitting aside for me, ready to go. Looked like they had a great selection of everything smoke related and seemed very knowledgeable on all the products. Very happy to have found this place!

Outstanding service. Young lady was friendly and knowledgeable.The only reason why u didnt give 3 stars was the staff. Prices are almost double what is offered online. My tank needed coils that I couldnt find, so I opted to buy a tank. I dont mind paying profit just dont like it all being made on me.

First off the selection of this particular store is very well stocked as well as unique. All of the employees work very hard to make sure you are 100% satisfied. Nate in particular, he helped so very much. I came in with a budget of 100 dollars and he helped me find the perfect water-pipe in only 80. He is an exceptional salesman and I will definitely be returning and hope Nate is there to assist me again with his knowledge.

They have a great selection and are helpful. Only advice I can give is know what you’re being charged before you put in your card! Wasn’t just once....3 times I was “accidentally” overcharged. Last time I didn’t get the difference back in money.... a store credit. Not really ok!Please notice the sign - No returns - No exchanges - No exceptions. This place is the bees knees. All of the products are top quality! Their inventory changes every week also! It keeps me coming back to check and see whats new. There is also a very sweet woman there named Sarah who always takes care of me. She truly knows her mods, juices, glasses and etc! Definitely have me as a continuous customer.

Came to purchase some vapes and was offered a buy 3 discount but they only had 2. This is the 3rd time I was offered buy 3 discount and they only had 2. Went in with my wife to learn about CBD, since the times have changed since we used to smoke. The young blonde guy in there was extremely helpful and confident in what he was presenting and selling. About 3 weeks ago I went there with my boyfriend we purchased over $150.00 worth of vaping equipment, but we had a good experience and he shop manager helped us and she was awesome. Unfortunately I went back there today and made a purchase of $284.00 the shop associate that helped me was nice and he was being helpful but..... He over charged me..... He told me he would give me a discount but did not. I really didnt catch the price difference until I went home and was a unboxing everything, going over the prices he told me in my head. My whole purchase should be along the lines of $244 with the tax.

Great little shop!! I dropped and broke my tank and called several of the larger well known shops around town. No one had what I needed. Called these guys just by chance and they had exactly what I needed and more. I even found a new favorite e-juice flavor thanks to the recommendations of the staff. Very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this place. I will be a repeat customer!

Staff was helpful, knew their stuff and was very personable. Decent selection of glass and various types of kit. I didnt have a lot of time to shop, and they helped me pick what I needed (nectar collector) and rang me out in a flash.

I usually dread going in to these types of stores. Most of them are thick with vapor from the scruffy looking weirdos who always congregate in these places and never seem to leave while you are left standing around trying to determine which of the beanie-wearing hipsters with gauged earrings and a neck tattoo actually works there.Not the case at this store. Im always greeted and immediately attended to whenever I walk in. The service is excellent and the staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Its extremely refreshing to have a brick and mortar store nearby where I can shop and not feel ignored. I also like that it seems to be a family-run store.

The owner and his employees go above and beyond to meet their customers needs and are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I frequented this store before they purchased it, and they have improved it immensely! I also want to mention that this shop is not just for young people. I am in my 60s and feel totally comfortable and taken care of there!

Very friendly staff, every time I come in I am greeted warmly and my needs are met with haste. The employees keep the shop very tidy, and the inventory is organized for easy browsing. I am always notified of new products and deals without needing to ask. The prices are also quite reasonable.

I have been going here for over a year now its the best vape shop in Charlotte hands down. They were extremely helpful when I was starting out not trying to oversell me. Now that I have a vape I go there every weekend to pick out new juices. I highly recommend this place they are much more friendly then the other shops in Charlotte. They have a good replacement for thc but they overcharge like crazy for it. And the amount they have on bottles isn’t even accurate, pre rolls look like it’s half a gram but they charge 20 for a full gram pre roll. The thca is good but prices are crazy especially for pre rolls the size of my pinky

This place has everything you need, and I don’t just mean product selection! I called a few minutes before they closed to thankfully find out that they had the product I was looking for (nobody other vape shop did), and then they stayed open a little bit later so I could come get it that night. Purchase a water pipe through them about a month ago. Associate did not try to steer into buying cheap glass. Glass is thick and well made. I definitely suggest them if you are new to buying glass. Trustworthy and honest.

I have made this my default vape shop. The staff is very friendly and professional and always have helpful advice on equipment and builds. The prices are better than some of the other local shops around and if you find a lower price at another shop on the same equipment, they will price match. My only complaint is that I dont have enough money to buy all the stuff I want that they carry. I definitely recommend this shop.

This is one of the few vape stores I shop at. They have a great selection of mods, juices and glass. I usually have a good experience with the staff here, except for the last time I visited this place. I tried to make it clear to the dark-skinned man that I was on a budget and he was very aggressively trying to sell me more than I was trying to pay for at that time. He kind of had a bad attitude. I felt rushed in deciding what to purchase and I consequently chose something I didn’t end up enjoying. However, there are two very helpful employees, Cole and the blue-haired girl, that are always extremely patient with me trying out different juices. I wish they worked there everyday because the customer service I receive from them, is what brings me back to this vape shop every time. Overall, I highly recommend shopping here for any of your vape/smoke related needs!

Ive shopped here multiple times and I also go to custom vapes and e cigs in Matthews. I personally feel that the associates are awesome people. My complaint is it kinda feels like a weird setup for their shop. I wish they’d allow samples of juice In testers. And like a little place to sit and try them to make sure you get the juice you’re gonna love. I’m probably biased because I usually shop at custom vapes and e cigs which is a competitor for them. But I feel more comfortable here than some other places I’ve visited that can’t tell me ANYTHING about their products. So my only actual problem is samples and environment inside just feels slightly odd. If they made it more comfortable then I feel their sales would go up. I hope to see a remodel in their future. Not the best selection of vapes, the smell is so strong inside (incense) it’s almost not bearable. The customer service was decent besides the fact that they seem to not be sneaky. I will say I hated the vape I bought and although I was NOT happy that they wouldn’t give me my money back, they did swap it out for another very high priced device. —Prices are way over priced.—Much rather go to Infinity’s End or Kure.

Ive been to pretty much all the Vape shops and smoke shops in Charlotte, and Vapor Smoke Shop has won in my books for being the best Vape & Smoke Shop in Charlotte! There customer service is amazing! Worst experience I ever had in a smoke shop. Not only were they understaffed and I had to wait over 40 minutes to get service, the little man that waited on me was very rude. What is it with foreigners that they carry this attitude towards Americans? Sharon was the only reason I came in there. Now she is gone. Where is Sharon?? Over priced and very unprofessional! High Life has a better selection and are more reasonably priced!

I had read the reviews from Google members and they were spot on. Very knowledgeable staff walked me through every step of using vapor devices and answered every detail of what i needed. I was impressed that I was actually steered away from more expensive options and add-ons, but shown what i actually needed. Amazing selection, larger than anything i had seen up to this point. I have to add, the store background music selection was pretty cool too. I felt like I had been transported to a vapor shop in Denver or Asheville, just overall an excellent experience.I drove 40 miles to go there, passing several vapor stores on the way, because of the Google reviews. I had an accident with a limitless mod and goon rda this weekend that I had just purchased from Vapor Smoke Shop. Needless to say both mod and rda were ruined! The shop owner not only made sure to call me at almost midnight that night to make sure I was ok but the very next say he replaced everything with an entirely new set-up no questions asked! This is a very good hearted person and a true business man!!!!! The shop has one of the biggest selections of mods rdas tanks and juices that I have ever seen! But thats not why I am a loyal customer! Its the customer service that sets them apart. I live an hour away and I go there at least twice a week and I drive by 3 different shops on my way. That there should tell you something. I do like to give my business to other shops as well but this will definitely be my N°1 Shop! And thank you Lori for telling me about these guys! VAPE ON!

People may moan and complain about defective devices, but from working in the vape industry this is something no one can avoid. And being a regular I have seen all of the employees, not just a few, go out of their way to fix any and all devices that have had issues. Be it a dead cell to a leaky tank they are always happy to fulfill their job upmost setting the customer on their way happy and fulfilled. They have a fantastic selection on juice and price match stores as well! So all of the over priced mumbo jumbo is out the door with this shop! Not to mention the best mod selection I have ever seen, from high ends all the way to pod kits and pods. They have it all. May not look like much from the outside but you come in and are greeted with nothing but smiles and actual heart. Cant say that much about 95% of the shops down the road (cough cough)They now carry thc delta 8 in all forms, edibles, flower, wax, and more! You can never make a mistake by comming to this shop!

I walked by this new tobacco shop while on a Starbucks break. Upon entering, you are greeted by a clean and inviting atmosphere with some of the most beautiful glass pieces I have ever seen. They have a wide variety of smoking apparatuses, attachment accessories, glass piece cleaners and even fumari and starbuzz (for you hookah smokers).I have been to many smoke shops but I have to say this place is the exception. The guys here know their products. The staff are great! They know the ins and outs of all their products and are very knowledgeable. Not only that, but they spend time with you assuring that you get exactly what you want for the best price! They also know how to educate people on what e-cigs work best with what components and e-liquid and I am impressed with their customer service. Suhail presented me a beautiful curved glass water pipe and it looks amazing. I had to buy it right away. Suhail and Vency raised the bar for other smoke shops at the same time as ensuring I never go to another one again (for my needs will never be met quite this well again).So obviously, customer service is an A++. In addition to helping me quit smoking cigarettes, Vapor has been of great help to me on a personal health level as well. Their staff is extremely well-versed and knowledgeable regarding CBD products, they also offer products like Kratom and kava which are lesser-known but are also good substitutes for traditional Western medicine. I have to say the staff is by far the most knowledgeable an educated about their product than any other CBD / smoke shop I have ever visited. While I have been assisted by almost every employee, Lisa has been a great help, and Vency is extremely knowledgeable as well.

On the afternoon of August 8,2018, I visited The Vapor Smoke Shop. Upon entering the store, I was cheerfully greeted by one of the female employees. She had asked me if I needed assistance or just wanted to look at the store’s many vaping items & assessories. Since I basically knew what I had wanted, she began to show me some vaping mods that either came as a kit or individually. I was also shown a few vaping sticks from various companies. A few customers had come into the store & needed assistance, too. Another employee, named Su, came over to us to add additional help. Since I had plenty of questions, as vaping was still new to me (I vape for pain management using CBD oil as well as CBD tincture), Su continued to show & explain the features of various items while a few other employees assisted the many other customers that were there. Su was very professional & knowledgable about all their merchandise, always keeping in mind to show me items that would best meet my needs. Although making “a sale” is always important, his main concern was for me to have a vaping device that would be a good “match” for me—one that was easy to use & maintain as well as one that would be compatible with the CBD oil that I had been presently using. Su had shown me several vaping mods as well as several atomizer/coils that would be perfect options for the mod that I had finally chosen. I was able to see the pros & cons of getting “a kit” or getting a vaping device with indivualized parts, which turned out to be how I made my purchase. I chose a simple yet very well-made mod and an atomizer that would work well with it. Su took the time to demonstrate the ease of use with both these items. He also helped me with the initial set-up, including a simple way to prime the coil & how to fill the tank.I had a very positive experience at The Vapor Smoke Shop. I had all my many questions answered and all my concerns addressed. Su had gone “the extra mile” in making me a satisfied customer knowing that after the sale & leaving the store I had a place to go for all of my future vaping supplies—a place that also offered, as a courtesy to its customers, replacing coils as well as cleaning the atomizerparts—something that can be daunting to those who are relatively new to vaping.I highly recommend The Vapor Smoke Shop to anyone that has been vaping for years or those new or contemplating vaping. The store is brightly lit & spotlessly clean. It is well stocked to meet the needs of all vapers—new or expert. The employees are professional, courteous, and knowledgable. It’s no wonder that this establishment has been given countless 5-star ratings as have I. If I had been able to give it an even higher rating I would have.

I didnt catch the guys name that helped me out today, but i came in with a bare basic knowledge of what I needed, and he came back to me with useful information and his own personal recommendation that would fit my wants/needs. I used to be a regular customer of Vapor for vape supplies but found a store closer to home, but im glad today I decided to go back to Vapor for the exxus snap cartridge vaporizer. The Coil Honey, Naked, and Karma are hands down my favorite juice brands they carry, give them a try when you come in!4. The regulars who come in are just as awesome as the staff! I recently purchased and e-cig from another shop and I thought I got a really good deal until my e-cig exploded on my charger. I didnt know what to do and I googled best vape shops in Charlotte and found Vapor Smoke Shop. I went there and their prices were a little high but that is because their products are American made and not chinese quality. They also mentioned that they stand by their product. I have had their e-cig for about 2 months and it works perfectly. The staff actually cares about their customers and in helping them quit smoking. They are very honest with their customers about their products and dont try to up sale you unnecessary products. Thank you Vapor Smoke Shop and your wonderful staff. Typical charlotte area mom and pop vape/smoke shop. Good selections on juice and hardware but the prices can be a bit rough. They do have some decent authentic mods/attys though. I just dont like paying 35 bucks for 60ml of juice they may or may not have broken a seal on to let a customer smell it.

They were patient and understanding and answered all of my questions and helped me get started on the journey . I am now on 8 weeks without a cigarette . The place sell disfunctional products and customer services is sub par. I bought a vaporizer from this place. I made sure to ask a lot of questions and asked for reccomendations. When i got home with the product, i charged it up and it didnt work. I thought about returning it but no, they dont take returns. All sales are final. That should have been a red flag.

This is my go to vape shop. The employees and owner are all super friendly and knowledgable and always take time to answer any and all questions I pose. Found this new Smokeshop on Google Maps! I cant believe the great assortment of glass pipes and water pipes available. Vapor Smokeshop is the only place in Charlotte to sell and distribute the Illadelph glass! You can even order from the store. I love this place and the customer service is impeccable. I love coming here now because they have such a good selection of electronic cigarettes, e juice and their e cigs are phenomenal! I love how they have re-designed the place and made it more customer friendly. I feel the positive vibe when I come in now! That Asian kid with the glasses is really smart and knows a lot about Vaporizers and Hookahs. I love their new selection of Fumari, Fantasia and Starbuzz Shisha flavors. I regularly come here because I feel welcomed and I feel the staff actually cares about me. I quit smoking cigarettes after coming to vapor smoke shop. They have really helped me quit! I love everything about this store! A++++ 10/10 RATINGS! Number 1 in my books!

They have some good prices on e-juices which is the only reason I am giving them two stars. The sales girl really didnt seem to know much about e-cig products and was really aggressive. They wanted $55 for an ego kit, same kits sale for $18 on ebay, I dont mind paying some mark up for in-store products but I am not about to pay double. They carry a bunch of off brand mods for $80-200, which can be picked up for $25-40 online. No name brands like stingray, provari, or Valkyrie. I wouldnt suggest buying mods here, just grab them online for a fraction of the prices.

This vape shop has “stolen” ALL of my business away from the other vape shops because it truly is the BEST VAPE SHOP in Charlotte. What makes them the best? Vapor is the best Vape shop, due to their prices, quality and selection of products, friendly knowledgeable staff, and hours! Salt based Nicotine only available in a small amount of flavors and highly addictive since the lowest/only MG is 50... I vape 3 to 6 in my larger set ups. He introduced me to the Juul killer aka Von Erl My. He explained that there were almost limitless flavor options and a choice of how much Nicotine you want instead of being trapped into Juuls 50mg pods. I bought in completely. I recently went to Vapor smoke shop to get some Strabuzz Shisha. However ended up buying this new glass hookah called Heavy Hitter since the staff there explained to me how its all glass hookah and has a shower head down stem…making the hookah 10 x smoother. I also bought the new Haze shisha that they had and mixed it with the Starbuzz and they work amazing. Thanks to the staff there who explained how to use the hookah properly. They are very knowledgable in hookah and shisha department. they are very personal and i feel comfortable buying form that because they know what they are talking about. & my new heavy hitter hookah is working wonders. I will never go back to a metal hookah ever again. This hookah is less hassel and maintenance free. Roughly DOUBLE the price of surrounding vape stores and quadruple the price of online. Keep searching and shop at other nearby vape shops for a fair price. I do not recommend this place.
