Chis Smoke Shop

Bf and I were traveling and saw this little smoke shop when we stopped for donuts. Checked it out and the girl that helped us was super kind and helpful, absolutely loved her. We drove 82 miles back home and unwrapped our piece to find a perfectly circular hole at the bottom. Called the shop and talked to the same girl about it. She told us we could come back to exchange it and was very apologetic. We told her we would need to go back the next day as we lived 82 miles away and she reassured us she would let that shift know. Came back today for a bald guy with a beard to get mad at us and tell us the piece wasnt sold that way even though he wasnt there the day before when we bought it. He told us he will not refund or exchange for us and we were essentially lying about what happened but he wasnt calling us liars. He rudely offered us a discount on another piece. Bf and I would have been fine with that but we drove 82 miles to be treated like dirt. He was also venting and ranting about homeless people coming into his shop when a homeless man asked for a drink in 105 degree weather. The women here seem to be kind and helpful but the dude has to go. He will end up being the death of this shop purely from his attitude. In summary, we are not upset about the exchange not taking place, the staff doesnt communicate with each other and takes it out on their customers- thats what we are upset about. Always check what you purchase before you leave this place. Preferably in front of one of the cameras and staff. Good luck.

This place was very friendly at first i bought a piece for my girlfriend and took it home excited for a good sesh till i realized there was an almost perfect circle on the bottom i called the shop immediately and they said i could come in tommorow for an exchange only for a man to tell me they dont do exchanges they will do me a discount.... we drove 1h30mins for this and we are really bummed..... gonna try to fix the piece dont wanna give them more money 2/5🤦‍♂️

The dude who runs this place is very friendly and knowledgable, but the staff needs to be more educated on what theyre selling. Called asking for a product and after the girl told me what they had, which wasnt anything close to what i asked for, she then said i dont think we have it, so nor was she familiar with the product but she didnt even try and check if she had it, so i went somewhere else and they lost a sale of 130 plus dollars.

I was sold stale Bali Shag by the owner. When I came in the next day to exchange or refund the stale product; I was told that Chis has a no exchange or refund policy. The guy behind the counter told me to come back the next day when the owner was in. This is not the proper solution. This is wasting the customers time twice. I promptly refused this suggestion and demanded the owner be contacted promptly. The guy behind the counter said the owner doesnt pick up his phone. At this remark my intelligence was being insulted. Its the OWNER, he is deeply invested and is gaurrented to pick up, Ive worked in small business. Eventually the guy behind the counter reluctantly contacts the owner and secured permission to exchange or refund the stale Bali Shag.I will never spend my money and have my time wasted at this mickey mouse, armpit of a store.I have saved the best for last, the guy behind the counter was rolling a blunt in front of the shop and walked in after I did with a strong oder of pot. Very unprofessional, even for a smoke shop.Theres to much competition to deal with these guys.

I’ve referred multiple coworkers and friends to this shop. If you want to pay a premium then this isn’t your shop. This shop is as fair priced as they get. If you want knowledge and good products this is your new spot!

Love the Rastafarian theme! Most Definitely the best Smoke shop around!! Owner is extremely helpful...Super Clean, great service, and the decor is amazing. Highly recommended!
