Best massage.I have two kids and for many years my lower back pain never relieved. My husband gave me a Valentines gift certificate, a 90-minute massage, hot stone, eye mask, essential oil, and I just want to say its awesome.The room was clean and tidy, and I felt so relaxed.My masseur was Jason, and his technique was impeccable. He knew what I wanted exactly. I will be a regular for sure . Thank you for the great experience and I would recommend it to everyone.

I was visiting family in Chattanooga when I began to have muscle spasms in my back. I went to Pristine Massage and got an hour massage with the main focus on my back. It was absolutely the best massage I’ve ever had! He eased the muscle spasms a great deal and I began to feel better. I plan on scheduling a massage every time I come back to town! Very worth the price! Very professional! Very outstanding!

Great massage! I asked for medium pressure and that is what I got. It lasted the full 90 minutes. Best of all, there wasn’t any chatter. It was a nice quiet massage with pleasant music in the background. So relaxing. I will be a regular.

Went today and had a full body massage a the services where impeccable and staff was so friendly. Definitely worth the visit and very affordable.

I did not find my massage experience to be a good investment of time or money. The experience left me confused and uncomfortable, leading me to write this review.Through a local site called Local Flavor, I purchased a gift card for a 90-minute massage that was being offered for a rate of 50% off the original price.When I arrived I was greeted by a friendly woman that gave me a form to fill out. On the form I asked for no oil, only lotion be used & that I needed help to release tightness in the front of my neck, shoulders & arms.I gave the form back to the woman. She then turned to a man, spoke in an unfamiliar language while looking at my form - I asked if everything was alright & she said that she was telling my therapist not to use oil.I was confused.Confused because not only was I not told that a man would be massaging me, I had only ever had women massage me, but also that she had to interpret for me, that he could read the form for himself or comprehend it...I settled my mind and thought not to be sexist, to try & believe I would have a relaxing experience.So I smiled & asked if he understood not to use oil and to focus on the front of my neck, shoulders and arms?The woman said yes, lotion no oil neck and arms - and led to me to massage room where a massage table stood with only a thin white sheet upon the fitted sheet. Knowing my underwear and bare chest would be exposed through this thin sheet I asked for a blanket.The woman looked at me confused & pointed to a blanket underneath the fitted sheet and said, warm blanket here. It was a table warmer.I ended up repeating myself two more times asking for a blanket atop the sheet until she left the room & arrived with one placing it over the thin sheet. She then walked to leave the room again. I told her to wait and ask if I am to lay face up or down and if it was now her who was going to give me the massage since the man was not in the room with her to give him any further instructions in a different language. She said to lay down & that he would be in soon.A few minutes later I heard a knock and then the door immediately opening, no time for me to even give permission to enter. Without words the man started to perform compressions over the blanket & sheet which was relaxing, the massage was relaxing. But then that relaxation stopped & I froze when I realized the man got on the table and was straddling my my body to massage my back. What on Earth what hes doing?! Him straddling me is not okay, not appropriate. I felt so uncomfortable but I froze & couldnt speak.A minute later he was standing again on the floor around the table. I then felt a greasy slide of oil on my back. Knowing he couldnt understand me if I spoke English, I didnt say anything believing I could just wipe off the oil later.After what seemed like an hour passed, without warning the sheet & blanket was completely lifted OFF MY BODY, I was exposed. I tensed and I said what are you doing? He just said the word turn. I lifted my head to see that I couldnt see him. Okay, I thought, he wasnt looking at me...but why on earth did he not hover the sheet and blanket over me like all therapists have done before, why did he lift it completely off my body leaving me exposed?More uncomfortably set in, but I thought that the massage was almost over and now he can get to the front of my neck, shoulders and arms.I spoke then to say, is there enough time to get to my neck, shoulders and arms. He said, enough time in a stately voice. Making me believe he did understand and I would get the massage care I kept this session for.But no, no he didnt even touch my neck, shoulders arms or hands while I was face up. He massaged my legs with greasy oil, hit my feet with his fists a few times & said, ok done. He then left the room.I was disappointed, confused and felt regret. Regret because I should have just spoke up when the woman was translating for me from my form in the beginning to say I dont feel comfortable with the fact I cannot communicate with my therapist and asked for a refund.

That was the best massage I’ve had in years ! Very professional and kind people !! I’ll definitely be back soon and might be a regular from now on

Welcoming clean comfortable reception area!Clean, comfortable and spacious therapy rooms . I had a 90 min massage with Linda and it did not disappoint. I had an excellent experience beginning to end … Everything from gentle massage and stretching to deep massage and deep stretching, which is what I like and need! She was courteous and asked often if the pressure was to my liking etc.I would recommend, and plan to return!

Had my first massage here with Jason. It was wonderful.. perhaps the best I’ve ever had! I prefer hard pressure when getting a full body massage and I felt like a new person after this massage. I will be back and will be buying body certificates for family so they can enjoy as much as I did. Facility was very clean and professional.

I had the pain in my neck for a few days from a weird sleeping position, couldnt move my head normally. Went to Pristine Massage did one session, masseur Jason fixed it. Felt little sore after massage, but the pain is gone and I can move my head. Very pleased.

My massage was wonderful. They went above and beyond to make the room perfect. The heated bed, pain relief oil, and heated eye pad were the icing on the cake. Jason’s technique was perfect for the pain I was feeling in my lower back.

Honestly… the best massage I’ve ever had and I’ve had many! Jason was amazing! Very intuitive. He knew exactly the areas I needed the most treatment and how much strength to apply. Very professional. The venue is, like its name, pristine: clean and calming. The music is perfectly suited for relaxation . The receptionist super kind and helpful. I thought I left my earrings there and they bent over backwards to try to find them. (Later I realized I took them off at home). I wish I lived in Chattanooga: I’d be a regular customer for sure! Highly recommend!! 👍

Kind staff. My father and I walked in with coupons that gave $10 off a 90 minute massage with free rocks and eye mask, but when we were ushered back my father went into one room amd I excused myself to go the bathroom before being told to go to another room. I then went in for the massage and what started out as a good feeling massage ended in a not so relaxing. She got on top of my back and held my wrist and pulled me up to where my chest was no longer touching the table - felt like a chiropractor move or sports massage move than a relaxing move. Then for the hands instead of rubbing them she just smacked them, fist pumped my arm in several places and then at my legs crisscrossed them and pushed them far against my back, crisscrossed it the other way and pushed against my back; then my feet instead of rubbing, pulled each toe and smacked it then done. Aww, I was looking forward to a good massage. She then said she was done and I exited the room to find out that my dad was still being worked on in his room. Disappointed, I discovered the front desk rarely provides eye masks to women. Comparing experiences with my dad, it seemed the massage place favored men. I had hoped for a relaxing treat but left unsatisfied. 😒

Jason did a phenomenal massage for me! The environment was clean and comfortable and the overall experience was one I would recommend to my family and friends. Little check ins were done to make sure I was comfortable throughout the massage and the atmosphere was quiet with soft music. Go check Pristine out, you wont regret it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Unlike any massage Ive ever had before! If you have some time, do 90 minutes and add-on the oil. My lower back & legs were so sore after two days of intense exercising. After a consult at Pristine, it was recommended I get the extra time with the pain relief oil, which Im glad I did. What makes this massage unique was the inclusion of trigger point therapy, stretching, hot stones and reflexology. I have had these a la carte, but here they were included in my massage. I woke up the next day less sore & feeling great! They are a new massage spa, definitely worth trying! They will now be my go-to place. Do not miss this hidden gem not far from Hamilton Mall! I recommend and I am already telling my friends & family about for when they visit me. Thank you Tracy & staff!

Kind staff that does a pretty good job with their massage. Do you mind me at to think this is merely another Asian spa in the area? However, I would tell you that you can get a very good massage here at affordable price and there’s nothing sketchy going on.

I don’t usually leave reviews but this place is just amazing and deserves one. I took my wife there for our anniversary and we both enjoyed it. All the staff are very friendly and the massage was great! I like that they provide free drink and treats as well. Everything is just so clean and comfortable. My wife said it is her new favorite place now.

I called after experiencing back soreness from an injury. They worked me in for a 30 minute massage within the hour. The lobby was nice and the front desk staff welcoming with a good intake process. I was able to express my situation and the massage was terrific and very therapeutic. I highly recommend

I dont usually leave reviews but Ive been three times for a Thai massage with two different therapists and I would say they do amazing work. Cant wait till I can treat myself again. I would definitely recommend them!

Come here and expect absolutely impeccable massage and beyond courteous staff! I especially recommend Tracy who gives an excellent massage of any kind with added life advice. Tracy is the best masseuse I have ever seen. I have had back issues for more than 30 years and she makes me feel great afterwards. She pays attention to what her clients need.
