Needed help with coils change in our vapes and called ahead to ask with would assist since we were in from out of town. And they said yes they would with no issues. They were very helpful and very nice. Bought some amazing tasting juice while we there as well.

Recently, Ive had a habit of dropping devices and damaging them. The manager and staff are always incredibly helpful and willing to pick up, or transfer, a device Im looking for. Great customer service!!

Great store, very clean and great prices. Even better customer service.I was passing through on business and went into this vaper store for a coil. I picked up the wrong one. The staff replaced it with no problems to the correct ones and gave me an upgrade to the 5 pack at no additional cost. Highly recommended!

Dude, every time we come here they are always so helpful. But Paul and Robbie keep us coming back. They are so knowledgeable on all the new vapes and take care of our vaping needs. They let us know about the deals and recommend new flavors. Definitely recommend.

I wondered how they could afford to pay so many employees on the clock at the same time, but when I saw the receipt it was obvious. I was able to choose the number of coils I could buy but when I asked to buy 1 replacement pod I was sold an entire 3 pack without being told. You can buy all these products for less somewhere else and not have to deal with 3 different employees to get it.

If I can help it, I will NOT shop anywhere else. Chatt Vapor sold me a great product multiple times. Other places wanted and did sell me watered down or a diluted product that did not last. So I will NOT be going back to that other place to get a diluted product, when I know I can get GREAT and Lasting products from Chatt Vapor. Plus service was outstanding too.

Staff is awesome. Selection is great. And the hours are nice since I can’t usually get there until later in the day. Can’t recommend this place enough and I always appreciate doing business there.

Totally recommend this place before other competitors. If it wasnt the vast amount of inventory that brought me in week after week, it would be the great customer service they bring to the table. Totally want to shine the light on Cody Green, Taylor, and Sean The Golden Star of the company. Absolutely great place to kick that nasty cancer stick addiction most of us have.

Don’t bother going to this location. The staff seems to change often along with how much they charge you for products. I got charged double for a pack of pods that are always $10 for 2. At this point it’s better to just go online than deal with people who can’t do there job correctly. I won’t be going back!

My go-to vape shop for years now because of their selection, great service, and knowledge of their products. Now that they have added CBD products to their selection there isnt much reason to go anywhere else.

I buy from them every week. Amazing prices. My hubby loves the banana nutbread. He has bought this flavor every week for a year. We drive 57 miles for this faithfully every week. The staff are great and they always have other great specials. They send us discount coupons several times a month and treat us like our business matters. I recommend this vape shop to everyone.

I always have a good experience at this location, but I went in today to ask about my Vape not working correctly. The staff member explain to me what most likely went wrong and then offered to trade one of his personal units to me for the time being until I could get a new one. I don’t normally write reviews but this is the most customer cared location I’ve ever been to.

Im out of town and need my vape juice, which is a very common juice. I went to 2 different vape stores with no luck. I stumbled upon Chattanooga Vapor Co. Let me tell you that I found a great vape store. Very professional customer service thanks to Bree and Robbie. Very knowledgeable and welcoming. The store is very well organized, clean, and fresh. The place is amazing! If I lived nearby this would be my go to place for all my vaping needs. Thanks Chattanooga Vapor Co for fulfilling my needs when I was in a pickle.

One of the owners immediately reached out regarding the issue I experienced and gladly agreed to resolve this problem by allowing me to exchange the device with something else as soon as I can go by their store. This type of customer service really said a lot and turned things around so I look forward to continuing my business with Chattanooga Vapor Co.. Misunderstandings occur and the owner made it right.I’m very disappointed with the store and mostly the owners. A couple of days ago I went in to purchase a device. I was looking at the Vaporesso and I asked the lady assisting me if it was equal or better than my current Innokin adept device. The lady assisting me said that it was as good and actually better than my adept and that the battery would last the same. My adept gets me through all day from about 9am to about 1am after midnight. Sadly the Vaperesso gets me from 9am to about 6pm max after trying it for 2 days. I went in to see if something was wrong or to exchange it since the difference was tremendous in comparison to what I was told the day of purchase. The manager working today was very polite and understood my position so he said he would do his best to see what can be done. After the manager went in the back and spoke with the owners they refused to exchange and only offered a max of a 25% discount if I purchased a new device. I asked the manager if he understood my position and that I would not be able to come back as I felt I was not told the truth when I purchased the product and he understood but could not do anything since the owners would not allow it. I’m disappointed as they would not do the right thing and exchange a product that did not meet what they said it would do so I have lost my trust with this company and the owners.

This business does not stand behind the quality of their juice , nor do they care about customer satisfaction.** In response to the business response: I did not ask for 4 bottles of different flavors, I asked for the 100ml bottle that I had purchased the day before to be replaced since it did not taste right, it had a strong chemical taste. The opportunity to resolve this issue should have been while I was standing in the store not days later and only because I gave a poor review.

I was pretty much ignored from the moment I walked in the door until I recognized an employee from a different store. When I sat down to try juices, a different employee came up and made me feel rushed. He stood in silence and tried to get me out as fast as be could and made me feel unwelcome. Horrible experience at this location.

Went in to get some general information on switching from Marlboro to an e-cig.... The guy there explained everything I asked about & was very patient and even went over all the options and what sales the best! With out asking he went over the e-juice types, options,and nicotine mg. Their e-liquid to me is the best by far in the entire Chattanooga area with the premium now being the best Ive had!

Loved this place but they sold me old juice. I came back in to explain this and both of them mansplained to me what I literally told them lol. I just walked out instead of debating it because if you received a shipment of juice that is altered in any way, send it back lol dont sell to customers. Pachamama is a light clear juice and they tried to convince me this brown goo was ok. It looks gross in my vape. Guy repeatedly suggested coil burners , then admitted he only Vapes the highest menthol so he doesnt really know. Look, Chad, Ive been vaping for 2 years now. It has been more error than trial. But you cant be out here using citrus in ADV. Suggesting I lower the mgs so I can taste the complexity.Im trying to catch a nicotine buzz not have a neckbeard vape tasting soiree.Bottom line, dont sell old vape juice, its not that hard.Yes I would recommend to a friend just ask them to open the box to check it first because you heard on Google Reviews that they are shady, blame me idc, I will still have to go in there because I dislike Vapor Tonic even more than here.This is for the East Brainerd location, not downtown, they are great down there.

After going to 2 shops to find the coil I was looking for we ended up here. They didn’t have what I needed but was still able to help me out and hook me up with a new tank and new juice. Super clean shop and less than a mile from my house.

Have had many positive experiences here, most recently about 2 hours ago. In another state currently and my Efest LUV V4 charger quit working, called them up and described the problem and they relayed to me the solution. Freshly charged batteries now 😊

I was visiting from out of town. And came to this shop because it had good reviews. I had my fiancés vape in my pocket. I accidentally hit the button while it was in there and ruined her coil. She is pregnant and has been weening herself off of smoking. She was upset. So, when I came into the store to buy a replacement coil, she told me she didnt feel good and started grabbing her stomach and said she needed to go to the bathroom. The guys in the store said there was no bathroom. They told her to walk all the way to the end of the strip mall to break out games (which ended up being closed). When she walked out of the store because it was an emergency, I asked the 2 guys at the counter if they really didnt have a restroom. They said it wasnt public but they did have one. I said, well she is pregnant and she really needs to use it.. They just said sorry and gave me a look that they could really care less. I took back our vape and notified them that I would not be needing to purchase anything anymore. I am taking my business elsewhere due to the fact that they were so heartless towards my pregnant fiancé.

Bought a VooPoo Drag S from here this past week. I LOVE this thing! I liked that it was explained about the salts v regular. I had no idea it was an option! Very cool! (Though too much nic in mine makes me shake so I cant salts haha) I love the juice I got and have already cut down on cigs to maybe 3 in a day just bc I prefer the flavor of the juice. (I found out I am allergic to TOBACCO YALL, so I decided it was time to see if vaping was easier on me and it has been!) So thanks guys! I will DEFINITELY be back!

Ive always had great service and the staff is more than helpful and friendly. I have been going to Chattanooga vapors nowfor over a year I still get the same great service and sometimes they go above and beyond and its even cooler when you get the points and you get five to ten bucks off of your total.I go to the one in Hixson always even though I live in ooltewah I have been to one other one but theres just something about the one in Hixson I love it. because if vaping I have almost quit smoking Im down to maybe two packs a week if that so thats pretty good considering that used to be two packs a day if you want good service and good prices I would go to Chattanooga vapors.

A bit pricey on some things, they have a tendency to sell you more expensive things than you need which is buisness./shrug but if you say hey im new to this and want a starting vape, being offered a 75$ item isnt likely to get you wanting to start.but they have lots of variety, and normally have Good suggestions on flavors, in addition (not during current crisis) you can sample flavors

Asked if they could order me a specific flavor, guy said no problem. I periodically checked back to see if they had gotten it in for a month, and no. The guy said that was the one thing they didnt order... Okay, so went for another flavor, then he tells me they are discontinuing that one as well? Done. Wont be going back.

Came here with me son.. He bought a vape didnt have it 2 weeks, it messed up didnt take it back for refund we live 2 hrs away. But over all .. the gentlemen that assisted us was very helpful and patient. Note: need to inspect the quality of the things your selling...

I came in twenty minutes before closing. Ensley was the first person I spoke to and he walked me through the whole process. I had been given my first vape, but it needed batteries and a coil. He hooked me up with everything I needed and even showed me everything I needed to know about my vape. Couldnt have asked for a better experience.
