I’ve been in here 4-5 times now and usually it’s Noah there. He’s an absolute peach. So friendly and patient and always trying to help educate me on the products (not that I retain it but he’s so sweet for trying) 10/10 Excellent salesperson. Highly recommend. Even when they don’t have what I’m looking for exactly he’s so good about finding something close to it and has yet to let me down (and that of course is after having checked the other locations for it).

Changed my review to 5 stars from 3 here because Ive noticed an improvement in the managers attitude. I give honest reviews, and dont want to tarnish reputation undeserved. If i receive any negative service again, will update! So far so good again, one of my favorite vape shops again.

I won’t go anywhere else in town. The staff here is beyond helpful and they do not try and sell you the most expensive thing in store. Dropped my vape today and thought I broke it. They easily could have told me I was outta luck and sold me a new one but the guy spent 20 minutes fixing mine. I will definitely go there for all my juices and coils and come time for a new device, they will definitely get my business.

After trying all the surrounding vape stores this is by far our favorite. Great prices and brands. The sales associate is very helpful and highly knowledgeable from every flavor, mods, coils whatever they carry he has helpful information. I regret making a previous bad review and apologize to vopor tonics to jumping to conclusions and leaving a bad review. I highly recommend to anyone looking to get great products for great prices while experiencing great customer service!

Just came from here an hour or so ago. The store is very clean, the gentleman that assisted me was very knowledgeable on what I was looking for. Hell, we spent the rest of the time talking about old school video games and Megaman. I have been to this location twice both times have bee good will definitely come back again

I always have a great experience when Noah is working but tonight Sunday, August 21 gentlemen that was working told me that I didn’t get a new card with the two stamps because I purchased two items and I used my current card with five stamps and he told me that because I use my five stamps I didn’t get a new card and I’ve always got new card until tonight and all the locations Hixson East Brainerd and downtown I’ve never been told that you don’t get a new card if you use your current stamp card that had 5 on it I decided to change to 5 stars cause because one employee gives me bad experience sheouldnt reflect my past and future visits and the company and owner as a hole I will be back absolutely a great vape shops neeed a lot more in this area like Vapor Tonics

Decent. Neat people. First time vape buyer, reasonable prices of what i compared to online. Being a new user i asked what i could think of, which was answered. I stated that i was new to it and kind of expected some more knowledge about the piece i purchased and the juices. But nothing google cant solve. Overall satisfied.

Super knowledgeable staff. Very friendly and helpful as well, even though it was late and they were about to close. Glad they were the only ones open!

I descided to snap a new gizmo to play with while in Chattanooga because I go to a college in Nashville. I was on my way out and stopped by Vapor Tonics. I snagged a Lokee and it was awesome! ... until the release mechanism stopped working. But thankfully Dustin talked my boyfriend and I through a 15 minute conversation on how to fix it. Now it’s back to working like it did when I bought it. Customer service to the max!
