Its sad how many people pass this bar by without giving it a shot. Its a nice little bar with a great selection of various beers from around the country. Service is always great and I really enjoyed their food. We did the cheese curds, signature sandwich and Bleu Burger and everything was really good and would order all again.If you want to come in to watch a game (tons of TVs) and enjoy a good beer and some food then this place is perfect since you can usually find a seat and chill.Food: 4/5Beer selection: 5/5Service: 5/5

Walked by this place more times than can count! Finally found the door😊 feels like a well kept secret for locals which we are! Lol this place is super relaxed and the drinks are gorgeous! Tiki is so sweet! Definitely be back!!!!! Open super later on weekend too:)

We had a good time here but the service was questionable. They were only kind of busy but it took quite some time for anyone to take care of us. Cool Jenga on the tables and very dive bar feel but pretty cool.

The burger was good. Our waitress was great. Pretty chill vibe. Dogs are allowed inside.

Their Happy hour menu and music has made this place my favorite summer hang out. 🍻to many more Happy Hours in 2023

Nice little themed bar with a lot of seating, giant jenga and giant connect 4. I was completely surprised at how great the food was. The chicken tenders were so much better than you typically get at a bar and the truffle fries were amazing!

Awesome ambiance! Came here for a Christmas adventure & it was so much fun! Games and good times! Drinks were a decent price in comparison to other options along the strip. Had the best time !

Sat at the bar and saw they had a tunes music box so we chose a list of friendly RnB music and what do you know, the manager paid premium to bump our songs just to get back to the dry hospital music they consistently play. Being African American I can spot how many are in a restaurant being in Old Town. Also, I’ve come to this bar several times and they have the same old dry music and not many people. So whatever, money lost on the tunes music box because they bumped us by 6 songs. We ordered BBQ chicken, Caesar Salad, traditional burger with tots. The wine and cocktails were standard so you couldn’t go wrong there. However, the food is another MAJOR ISSUE and needs another post for the AWFUL Caesar salad that tasted like anchovies. I mean pure fish!! I’ve never had a Caesar salad that tasted this bad and this is really the only reason I need to write this post. If you want a fish tasting salad then this is the place to go to but I don’t think you do! I felt sick afterwards! The burger and tots were okay. The BBQ was good. But whatever you do, pass on the anchovies Caesar Salad

Awesome addition to the Old Town scene! Excellent draft list, the food was great (had the steak sliders and the French dip), and the new look/feel is solid.

Very cold and unfriendly. There was brown haired bartender who gave me very racist vibes. I meant to go to the other Rabbit Hole in Wrigley, and from the moment I stepped in she made it clear with her demeanor that I was not welcome for what I should assume as the only black man in the room. I vacated the premises as after I found I was in the wrong bar (thankfully) I left as she gave me a look as if I was crazy for not waiting out in the cold for my Uber. Very disappointing, if you’re black or care about black people take your business elsewhere.

This place is always an epic great time. Chris Ryan has hit another homerun with this community approach to incorporating gametime into fun time at the local pub

The food menu is very limited and they didn’t have their signature sandwich. Maybe that one is awesome. I had a pretty tasteless blackened chicken sandwich and the comically smallest Buffalo wings I have ever seen. If you want a chill mostly empty place (as opposed to the insanity of Happy Camper) it’s nice aesthetic and chill with a great beer selection. Just don’t come hungry.

Good food but half of the cheese curds had no cheese in them. Breading was so good that Im not even mad. Good prices for Chicago. Crowd has bad attitudes though

The bartender working this afternoon is an absolute boss! Wow! Running the whole place by herself and it was PACKED. Spot on with her drinks and never seem frazzled. Shes a superstar. We will be coming back again because of how good she was.

Fun spot, great music and crowd, fun games and a lively atmosphere. My cocktail was a bit unbalanced though and the waitress had to check the ingredients from the menu which makes me nervous, 1 star off for that. Still, Id recommend visiting!

Went here last night with some friends and had a great time! The vibe is super chill - Theres a flip cup.beer pong table set up right when you walk in. They also have giant jenga. The staff was super friendly and fun to chat to. I will definitely go back!

Went on a Thursday after 9pm and was disappointed. Random lady (former employee) kepted skipping the jukebox songs via an app on her phone; people were upset she only played her favorite songs. She kept inviting herself to our table and was very obnoxious.The staff was sorta attentive so the rating is for the staff.Nothing special about menu but may give a try in the day some other time to update the rating.

Too loud. Music was loud. Other tables were loud and it really reverberated. High top chairs were uncomfortable and wobbly. Fast service at the bar. 7:30pm on a Saturday.

Always love it here! Great service, lots of food and drink options. My wife is a vegetarian and they are always willing to customize their menu to give her more options. The chef even came out to make sure she liked it! Amazing service 👏 🙌 👍

The new menu was unexpectedly impressive. The staff was very informative on their craft beer and liquor knowledge. I just wish the place was a bit bigger. Other than that its the perfect place to just have a great time with a group of friends.

Was surprised to see such stellar reviews. Had such high hopes for this place!! Subpar food with a higher price tag than what its worth. Frozen fries, Horrible ranch dressing-- key to any happiness. Nice attempt with the drinks though. May be back to try again , but will also give some time for them to adjust.

We left after sitting at the bar watching the bartender talking with a group of men for 5 minutes without acknowledging we were there. Hopefully they’re as good of tippers as we would have been had she given us service. 🤷‍♀️

Always a fun time. They have tons of big jenga games that you can use on the tops of tables. If you order a rabbit hole, they give you a mystery shot + a random beer in a paper bag. Definitely one of the better bars in Old Town.

Ive been here once. Decent service, though with so few customers, I was disappointed my beer menu was taken. Seemed to have a kitchen, but I didnt see the menu. Perk: they have large block Jenga. Dont knock over your drink! Drink selection was Pale-heavy with a pilsner and wheat or two.

Carlos is the best bartender. Handsome, dark, and mysterious. The kind of guy to walk your elderly grandma across Chicago and Michigan during rush hour. And also give you the perfect pour of fireball.

Best dive bar in the city. Great during the week or random weekends. Food ain’t bad but you’re not coming here for that.

The bartenders, doormen and all staff are absolutely great! They provide good service, are very friendly, work hard and efficiently! One of the top bars in Old Town by far.

Ive been here twice and both times a homeless guy has sat next to me and bothered me by trying to ask for money. Its nice to see a bar helping out this population but there needs to be more supervision of who comes into the bar and how they interact with the rest of the patrons.

I had drinks outside when I came here with a friend. This place is pet friendly and has some great drinks as well as some great staff who are knowledgeable and helpful when you arent sure what you want to imbibe. It is a solid choice when in the area

I must say I loved the place. The hamburger I ate was so good that I could have finished my trip right there. I must appreciate Cat her advice and service, she has such a great attitude that I will come back there as soon as I am in Chicago again

This used to be my favorite Wells Street Bar. But I think they either changed ownership or management. Menu isnt as great, cocktails arent as artisian. Service is still pretty good, but I miss the old Rabbit Hole.

This spot has declined heavily since pre-covid. Before covid when Julia and Cat were working there and they actually had a chef and the kitchen open longer it was the SPOT. Now the food is eh and the bartender with king grey hair is sort of unpleasant and idk the vibe is just off since they reopened.

Every drink we had was a disappointment-- very poorly made by the bartender. The music & vibe was also odd. They played they same 6-8 songs on repeat over and over.

The bartender was absolutely awesome, she should get a raise. Remembered us from a few days before..She was friendly, helpful and amazing, she should get a big raise!!!Thank you

I was here for the St. Patricks Day celebration. It is a tiny place but it was jam packed with people. There was a Dj which made it fun but it was so hard to move around. I guess thats what you expect in a Chicago bar though

The DJ had good music. A little crowded for my taste but overall a good place to hang with your friends. Attentive bartender.

I went here to get a carry out order..paid..n the guy didnt give me my change back..guess he thought it was his tip...its cool..ill never go back.

Is cheap, Its a small college / young people bar . Loud music at night there will be no talking at all. Just hand gestures to Express what you want to say.
